Super Home. Excellent breakfast, very correct room. Access to the Spa is easy for an extra cost of course but it's worth it!

Probably an old luxury hotel converted from the Ibis, the rooms are large but showing their age. Friendly staff. Very nice park and small heated pool.

However what a disappointment.
The interior of our room was carpeted with Here's what we had booked at the base: double room 1 queen bed with kitchenette. The photos made you want! But once you get there: hello the old coated plaster! The dated bathroom with a broken sink smelled strongly of sewage. We had requested a queen size bed, we ended up with two twin beds. It is not at all pleasant when you are a couple to find yourself in a bed that gets hollow in the middle as the days go by. However the bedding was quite comfortable. We had specified when we made our reservation that we were coming for our honeymoon ... No little attention when we arrived. It doesn't matter in itself. But we were greeted with a small 50cl bottle of water and a mini packet of sweets ... It would have been nicer to think there were two of us. Might as well do nothing ... We had a kitchenette, but no equipment on site other than cutlery, plates and two water glasses. No equipment for washing dishes. In short, we should have complained as soon as we arrived, it might have saved us from being disappointed with our stay. Too bad for a honeymoon. In short, the hotel itself is obviously not terrible. But for the price and the claim to be 3 stars, it is largely to be reviewed, and given our disappointment, I would say that it is shameful. Come to think of it next time we book at the Mercure next door, it will be much more worth it.

The hotel is good the rooms are clean however you have to ask for a room with balcony when booking otherwise you will get a room without a balcony. the elevator is scary it is very slow and sometimes goes higher than the floor. the full gourmet lunch and the people in charge of the reception are nice on the other hand access to the spa is via a glass tunnel which is a service access in fact we cannot access the spa in a bathrobe you have to change on site which is a disadvantage

The hotel has the entrance to the city opposite the hypodermis is in a beautiful park with old trees. It is right next to the Mercure Hotel. At the bus stop to get to the city center and at the foot of the park. The rooms are quite spacious but the decor is a bit dated TV screens are small The carpet floor is clean but dated too. The bathroom has a bath with shower and toilet inside. The view from the rooms on the park is nice from the small terraces. There is no on-site catering but the hotel offers a Snacking service or a catering at the Mercure Hotel.

The hotel does not deserve its three stars ... No air conditioning it is really hot in the rooms and the corridors ... Not even fans available ...
The bedroom is dilapidated, TV carpet etc. The bathroom is completely out of time! A shower curtain of questionable hygiene. With the surprise when I arrived to have to pay an additional 33 euros for my wife's part which was not included for them! Great welcome after 6 hours of driving. Ibis yes but style and 3 stars no! Nice surprise for my wife's birthday gifts ...
I will never go back there and I hope others will not go thanks to me.

Very quiet hotel in a park near the city center with a heated pool. There is also access to the terms at a preferential rate, 10 EUR per half day. Breakfast is buffet style, with local produce and squeezed orange juice. Good to know the front desk is waiting for the towels to go to the pool.

Great hotel. Price-performance is right. Pool area is well maintained. Breakfast complies with the standard of the chain. I will come back on my next trip to Italy.

I killed 2 species of cockroaches walking on the ceiling. Petit dej without interest. The room was really tired. This hotel deserves a frank renovation.

My opinion is mixed for this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights. Overall we are satisfied because we slept well and had a good breakfast, but small details tarnish the image of the hotel.

Thalasso stay of 3 days.
Very spacious room with balcony overlooking the park.
If the bathroom has a decor that dates a bit, it is very clean.
The bedding also impeccable is very comfortable.
For the thalassotherapy part, the treatments were perfect thanks to the advice given during our telephone reservation.
Staff very nice, we will return in late spring to discover the work of the balneo party.
I recommend this hotel for its value for money!

A long-awaited weekend that was disappointing after the performance of a SPA institute that seemed like a farce not very fun for my taste:
Nothing to complain about the staff of this institute except the so-called lifeguard jogging / basketball barking and running to the length of time with people to enforce the direction of movement of the structure. This structure, which I think is much too small compared to attendance: cloakroom too small (1 shower, 3 exchange cabin in just 10 m2 !!!!). Institute offering 1 service with access to SPA (hammam, sauna, swimming pool and relaxation area) and care but mediocrity of the place because too old (Hallelujah! You will renovate!). It would be good to think of proposing rates in relation to what it really is. This kind of establishment is made to relax but I felt like an amusement park! : I found the Zen side only thanks to the beautician who did her job very well ... Until she informed me that I had to rinse myself after the scrub in the shower of the cloakroom where I waited 10 min to return refrigerated for the continuation of my care whereas in the cabin of care where I was there was a shower !!!! It was a total failure! Having the habit of setting up the same type, I do not recommend this place at all. We met the head of the care and health center who made a gesture to us that we thanked but there is really a lot to see again in this place without talking about the renovation: the lifeguard should not be in jersey and in swim shoes? (How could he intervene if a person is uncomfortable in the pool? He jumps all dressed up?!), maybe to limit the frequentation or to revise the schedule of appointment: one has the impression of being cattle for the care ! All areas are noisy because there are so many people! And I will not talk about the ambient temperature ... After, maybe it's because of the waiting time because we have time to cool before each treatment if we are too many .... In short! You understand that this trip was disastrous and very unfortunate because we did kms to be disappointed (finally we can find better near home)! Positive point: nice discovery of Aix-les-bains and fortunately we were between friends.
