Hotel far too expensive for the services. This hotel is aging and the view is very average. View of a huge roundabout that is quite noisy day and night. The good points are a helpful staff, its location, and a hearty breakfast. The negatives are the room that does not want to stay too long, the view and noise. In addition, we must be careful in the morning to think about leaving the window closed because when the household is done in the upper floors the seals of dirty water are thrown on the lower floors! So we end up with very nice projections in our room ...

for now most part of it its under renovation but still awesome if want a room or a spa regim

Very good hotel; the setting is just beautiful, a large park with shaded areas. The receptionists are all at the top always available. The large clean rooms bright and well equipped with a fridge and a small balcony. The pool is always clean and the deckchairs are well arranged. The breakfast is also very good. I will come back and recommend it to you

Great hotel are great spa and especially especially avoided the restaurant food disappointing and bad service is really not worthy of the hotel

It was 26 degrees outside, but at the end of April the air conditioner is not in use. The heat in the living rooms unbearable. Many people have been inconvenienced.

The kitchenette is good because it allows you to bring food and store in the fridge. On the other hand, small downside to the fact that there is nothing to cook (hob) only a microwave is there.
Really great breakfast! With something to please everyone! And the plus: fresh squeezed orange juice on demand!

Hotel located not far from the city center in a large park really quiet we enjoyed the sauna and the pool

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. Breakfast good but not rich. The outdoor pool is relaxing and includes deckchairs. The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean and spacious. I recommend this hotel.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel in the middle of the greenery very resting. Few people at the pool and spa on weekdays.

I rented a superior studio with balcony perfect pool view. On the other hand the kitchen was blocked the staff could not open it. So the evening cold meal without plate and without glass. The repairer must come Monday. We hope that it will succeed otherwise this morning breakfast will also feed us lunch and dinner

Room level Ok (classic) a few pins but nothing annoying.
On the restaurant side, the food is good but the hot dishes are served on cold plates (that's a shame). Rate service (restaurant), (that's pretty blah) to review.

Although it is a bit dated, the rooms are very spacious and the facilities very well.

We are in the middle of a heat wave, the rooms are not air-conditioned, our neighbors below smoked at the window of their room and we had the ascents of smell, we were made to save water with towels but not with the flush !!! Fortunately there is the pool, the breakfast is plentiful and the staff is friendly.

A return to the source ... the bedroom is spacious as is the bathroom. A balcony to enjoy the view of the park ....

The Ibis Styles hotel in Aix-les-Bains is shabby. Much too expensive for what it is. The rooms and bathrooms are very run down and we found a lot of bug (animal) all over the room. One thing is sure is that we will not return to this property.

Pictures deceptive (was to be expected it is true), smaller pool than we would think, old establishment, fortunately we booked only one night.
The lady who took care of the lunch was very nice though.

Don't expect much in terms of style, but nothing bad I can say about this place. It is clean, staff are friendly, free car park and the breakfast was fantastic (French style....exactly what I wanted). If you expect a Ritz Charlton, this is not for you. For everyone else, it's great.

Very nice home. Room ok but too heated. Flat carpet on the floor. Otherwise very well located for a stop before the ski slopes with everything nearby. We have just returned from a second night and the bed bug again ... we do the head hunting at night really not top.

The rooms are not very good, 1 plug in the whole room, an unacceptable blanket and the carpet on the floor not very clean. The problem is the spa is outside the hotel at 200m which is not practical at all.

I have a mixed opinion about this hotel which alternates between the good and the less good. On the positive side, good location a bit away from the city center, located in a huge park with a beautiful swimming pool. For the rest, the rooms are very old (we imagine that a total overhaul is planned), the road nearby is very busy and noisy (a noise barrier would make a huge difference for peace of mind), the breakfast is varied but with poor quality (positive point for the squeezed orange juice. Finally, the room is "bare", no kettle, fridge, bathroom accessories ... it looks like an ibis budget with touches From ibis styles To conclude, the value for money did not seem good to me even though we had a pleasant stay.

Number of times staff spoke behind the counter, this man spoke English very poorly and did not understand much.
