Hotel very well located, quiet. Just a small avenue brews some traffic. But in 3 nights, the insulation of the room does not let in any noise. The room is spacious but aside "style", I still remain unconvinced compared to other ibis styles I could do.

Very good Hotel! All roadside rooms have balconies ... top! Bed 2m by 2m ideal with slight separation in the middle for those who take up too much space ^^. Bath, carpet and large bedroom with double curtain. Quality of the breakfast very good! Only small flat and Etoile and less. The noise of the road, train and plane (airport a few kms) otherwise top as well as the staff smiling and pleasant!
basic hotel in need of a lot of modernisation. the complex includes a monster Mecure 5 minutes walk away which is more peaceful but not well run, a bit run down and has a poor restaurant menu

The carpet in the bedroom needs to be removed, the hallways need to be restored and updated, not to mention the smell. I find it unacceptable that our room was botched at the level of cleaning (bed not made correctly, bathroom not cleaned).
Access to treatment and the restaurant are in the hotel next door (around 50 meters) so you have to cross each time to get to our services.
The only good thing is the staff. Very welcoming.

We had a 2 day stay, booked through an agency, firstly the photos have nothing to do with reality. In the photos: beautiful bedroom, double bed, luxurious decoration. In reality: 2 single beds pushed together, basic decoration indistinguishable from a low-cost large chain hotel. Secondly, the hotel does not offer meals despite the all-inclusive formula, having to go to the restaurant of the Mercure hotel (very good by the way). In the future we will stay at the neighboring Mercure hotel.
The hotel is overpriced for what it offers.

Pleasant enough, older hotel. Room was large and the bathroom was enormous. No air conditioning which was uncomfortable on a hot day. Three swimming pool was great but very crowded. Tea and coffee available for self service in the foyer all day but no milk
Super good three day stay class hotel no complaints full breakfast nothing was missing. Spa located 200m glass passage to get there very well.
Spa staff very cordial and attentive to the customer. Spa with swimming pool, hamam, jacuzzi, sauna. All spa treatments (balneotherapy, pressotherapy, submarine jet, multi jet ...) with towel and bathrobe provided.
Not to be missed if you want to relax and enjoy the region.

Rather light youth hostel style. The bathroom is not really clean and the toilet is underground with lime streaks (brownish color in the back) all the way through the toilet. Toilet seat is crooked on it.
The decor is very simple and 80s style.
The bed was clean with a protective film under the sheets. I just had to look for the rest of it. :-)
The extended sofa was also neatly upholstered, but sloping down towards the foot section. A really restful sleep is not really possible.
In the hallway on the fourth floor (don't know if that's the case on all floors) it smells very old and musty.
Breakfast is enough but very simple. Croissants, soft raisin bread and chocolate rolls are definitely out of the bag. Otherwise there were 2 types of baguettes (light and dark). The cocoa is made half with milk and half with water. There is freshly squeezed orange juice.
In addition to French, the staff speaks very good English. At least those we spoke to.
All in all 2 stars. Because of the aging but clean beds, it is enough for a short overnight stay as we are, but more is really not recommended.

Breakfast turned out not to be incl. Something that is always standard at Ibis Styles normally. On that point, therefore, worthless and contrary to the ibis styles all-included concept.
Home nice deco summary, the breakfast room looks like any other lower range as well as the lobby, standard rooms, large parking, trees fence the place.
Located in the southern part of Aix Les Bains village, this hotel is suited well for the business travellers. I stayed here for a week during Oct 19. Hotel has a very good natural background and lot of woods for walking. But the room amenities are limited. I feel the cost is a bit high with respect to the facilities offered.
