I am a tenant of Westlea housing association ltd. If your tenancy is not with GreenSquare you should question why organisations using that name are accessing all your personal details.Only employees of westlea or its agents are entitled to visit your westlea home & Agents should provide you with a letter of introduction from westlea as proof.

I used to work for greenSquare as a housing officer back in the Westlea Housing days it was a very organised operation back then but i i can tell you now they dont have the resident interest forefront. Its a business, and now its best staff in a particular case, sacked for being 1 minute late to their computer and then being publicly slaughtered for it. Said person speaks out, then gets thrown to the wolves. Its happening, It real. Said person helped many with her caring attitude, stayed late in the day to finishing her cases. Now look

Dreadful accounts department. Took a rent payment ...

Dreadful accounts department. Took a rent payment by direct debit a month after I had vacated the property.

In addition to this they took the best part of two months to return the rent that I had paid up front when I initially moved into the property. I'm quite sure that had it been the case I had been arrears they would not have been happy with the timescale I was expected to have to deal with.

I highly recommend you do not pay your rent for the month that you vacate their property. This is if you have paid rent up front (in my case six weeks) as they will not resolve the matter without a great deal of time and effort.

For obvious reasons it is in their interest to hold on to the money they owe you for as long as possible. It must add up if everybody in this situation has the problems I have had to deal with.

We've had bathroom/ electrical issues going on for years! This company is a complete joke! Utterly incompetent in fixing issues. Totally wreckless in their handling of this issue and as a result my house has been destroyed!

Every job that has needed to be done was not done to standards. The ceiling was made out of books and newspaper dating back to 2005 and actually fell down, they came out and done a great job. Mould growing behind the kitchen units and in the living room and in the bedroom they installed extractor fans but they have done nothing.

When the worker was out when the units were suppose to be removed, he stood there and asked what he was suppose to do, when I told him he justblaughed and said he wasn't doing it. Purely unacceptable! This has been going on for 2 years so they should come out and do the jobs!

I have been a tenant under Greensquare for over a ...

I have been a tenant under Greensquare for over a year now, and I have had nothing but despair in trying to deal with them, they are a profiteering business and do NOT care for their residents as anything more than a tenancy to create income. I have a hole in my roof that allows water to flood into my kitchen, coming down the walls and dripping from the light, at an alarming rate when it rains. I have phoned Greensquare multiple times on this matter but can never get anywhere with them as the staff answering the phones aren't in a position to do ANYTHING at all! If you require any effort at all on Greensquare's part they will have to send your details to yet another office, who will take up to 7 days to get back to you, even if you specify the urgency of the situation.
Since the beginning of my tenancy it was made clear to me that Greensquare simply doesn't not care. The building I live in is full of dogs and pets however, solely due to date at which I began my tenancy, I was not allowed to bring my (tiny and utterly harmless) adored family member with me when he couldn't remain where I'd left. So I raised an appeal for this so I could give him a home with me and different housing officers would give me completely contradicting answers, one trying to assist me in the matter and the other clearly strongly against it, though for reasons I can only assume are personal or because her ego couldn't take me going over her head with the appeal. I was forced to give me beloved little buddy away or become homeless myself, despite the fact that he had done no wrong and had never hurt anybody, this was just Greensquare's decision on the matter and that was that.
In conclusion I'd have to say that, although it is entirely possible to get along on paper with a tenancy involving Greensquare, (simply due to their lawful obligations as landlords) they are entirely devoid of care for their tenants.

We have been tenants for less than 2 months and have had nothing but threatening letters to end our tenancy all because of a direct payment of rent from Wiltshire council. We are both disabled and I am ill with my nerves, they are forcing me to think the darkest thoughts, this is very hard to handle and I am hating being their tenant.

They need better management to run the repairs side of things. My mother has had three showers fitted due to being faulty. This one has broken after two months. It's a joke.. cheap dear.
The reporting of a problem with the property is such a bad experience. Every time there is a problem. 3 attempts now with sorting a roof that is leaking and still no-one has looked at it. I hope it doesn't collapse with more rain now in this lock down. You had time to send someone out before this happened !!

Regardless of who I email or phone, I am told to read government legislation. Otherwise you ring, and ask for someone, waiting at least five/6 minutes to be told sorry there is no answer.as they use a call centre, you should be able to access the correct people. I have been into the branch, food van pulls up, they all appear, how strange is that.but you still cannot speak to any person.my argument is under social housing and tenancies, it says, rent a property to you on worse terms than other tenants, charge you higher rent than other tenants, ours being 80 per cent of market value, we are both old age pensioners,I and registered under chronically sick and disabled.this home was not fit for habitation, and only with the help of borrowing money from a family member we have cleaned up the problems.mi list the problems, uneven floors, dead mice under the airing cupboard. 5 days to get someone to clean the place .human faeces all around the toilet seat and lugs.heating that is costing 100.00 per month, when I say cleaning, not green square. Paint all over electrical connections..to put it now in a nutshell, who sets the rent levy and how do they arrive at 80 percent of the market value.there was a bungalow just a couple of doors on the other side of the road, the rent was91.00 per week.i asked about this and was told I could go for this exchange and be charged that amount of money.green square has victimised me, especially over rent, I now pay it weekly, and have to get some person to pay on my behalf.the other week I did go in and pay at the co-op, spoke to an elderly lady their, and told her that I had to pay my rent weekly, she then told me that she pays her rent monthly, therefore is that not discrimination, why am I being treated like this.my husband is now quite ill, and recently been diagnosed with a prostate problem. Therefore he is unable to help me, so here I am just stuck here, Therefore green square you should also help myself and now my husband yet you do nothing except charge us an extortionate rent.we cannot afford it, we also have life left.you should work for the common people not the beaurocrats, I am a productive member of society and pay my dues, not like some people who are non productive staff, just look around you will see them.FOOD VAN FOOD VAN, SORRY NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL, MUNCH MUNCH,

Had a faulty fire alarm that goes off about 3-4 times every single day starting around 5am for the last 8 months. Despite me calling multiple times every week Greensquare still have not fixed it.

Clearly they don't think a faulty fire alarm is a problem, let alone me being woken at 5am every day without fail by a fire alarm that a lot of the time is so loud the fire brigade are called by people on the street.

Absolutely ridiculous.
