Rooms are dated but clean
The breakfast is excellent there is a lot of choice and the setting is super nice
The Spa is nice but it could use a good refreshment
The park around the hotel is great

Pleasant welcome, low-cost decoration and a room that does not live up to an ibis "style".
Breakfast and swimming pool: a plus for the establishment.
Hotel well located and close to the city center of Aix.
(The elevators are scary ...)

Friendly and warm staff. Spacious and well maintained room. I thank you for this stay, your small dishes affordable but tasty and the small detail that is very pleasant on arrival in the room

We had a good stay at this hotel. The positive points: very well located, comfortable bedding, free parking, swimming pool, rather varied breakfast, beautiful park, warm welcome.

The negative points and that's the star in less: plaster and very dated bathroom! I was surprised! And as a welcome a small bottle of water of 50 cl and a small packet of candies when we were 2 and it was overwhelmingly hot! Another bottle of water would have been normal!

Very nice hotel with heated outdoor pool and a beautiful park. A little refreshment and it would be perfect!

On the other hand, we had reserved by telephone a room with supposedly access to the spa and sauna, what a surprise on our arrival when we learned that this space is closed and that the person who reserved the room for us would have 'forgotten' to tell us !! !
What a feeling of SCAM! and no compensation of course ...

Standard Ibis hotel. Stars for very friendly and helpful reception staff.

The hotel is under construction and Imen needs it but the staff are so lovely !!

For the price, a dated room, without charm and basic .... no warm decor and a simple breakfast. Fortunately the bedding is there and a nice place even if you are far from the city center ....

No air conditioning in the rooms and in July it was not nice. The hotel really needs refreshing. It depanne 1 night
