It was very easy and quick to sign up. Getting my funds took about 3 days, so very fast after approval. Plus it goes directly into your account!

DO NOT under any circumstances fill out anything for Lending Tree. You will (within minutes) be bombarded by hundreds of calls from various brokers. Many of whom are offended and very pushy if you answer and ask them not to call again. I also find it quite interesting that they all seem to call from random numbers with the same area code as my phone number. Typically this is an indication of using spoofed numbers. If you want a mortgage, do your own research and apply specifically to reputable companies. Don t fall for this garbage.

Do Not apply for anything through lending tree. The phone calls from third party lenders are relentlessly never ending.

I don't see how it could be any simpler to get a loan. It is nice to get several offers to compare without having to visit several different web sites. Everything was smooth and efficient and I got my loan unbelievably quickly and hassle free.

I received a letter in the mail stating that I was PRE-APPROVED for a personal loan. In my mind, and probably the minds of others as well, take that to mean exactly that; that they are willing to give me a loan. All I need do is call or go online to see what interest rate they would give me. I went online and applied only to be DENIED !

What kind of pre-approval is that ? So I called the company and the rep said "....that letter is (just) marketing; we don't know your income, etc before you actually apply on line..."

I will be sending them legal documents shortly to receive restitution for damages incurred from use of their service. The company is a fraudulent entity that advertises quick approvals and will ruin your credit by removing barriers and forcing complacency through an addictive game like process that places undue burden on the user to be aware of risks involved in use of their service. They rely upon click through discolusures that are purposefully less important looking and ignore person's right to full disclosure via warning, notification, or conditioned behavior. I will be contacting the better business bureau and delivering written as well as digital information relating to this fraudulent and demonstrative lack of attention in designing a system for siphoning information in such a incredulously psychologically violent manner. This company and any affiliated company has lost my full respect and any current or future business I may have with them. That includes the site that sent me to them originally, Kelley Blue Book or KBB. I expect them to fully cover any legal fees assessed in attempting to collect restitution from Lending Tree and its partners.

They prequalified me for a loan based on my credit with a good rate and terms, exactly what I was looking for. I have good credit. I then went through the application process and was offered a loan with an interest rate 3 points higher! It was very deceptive, and affected my credit. I went elsewhere and got the interest rate I wanted.

What a joke. My local credit union got me nearly 100bps better than their lowest option. Additionally, I get spam calls all day now as a result of providing my information.

This is a quite and beautiful place surrounded by trees and fresh air. Love to come here . People usually stroll near the park.

Lending Tree is great. I did an online application and got preapproved in minutes. I talked to a customer service agent and she talked me through everything I needed to do to get my loan completed. She was very nice and helpful, she made me feel welcome to call back if I needed any help or had questions. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.

Applied and got approved for the loan immediately. Got the transfer in a couple of days. Great rate!

This company is awesome. Reasonable rates great customer service. The best part is that when you the customer service number a real person picks up within a matter of seconds.

I used Lending Tree to look for a debt consolidation loan. It was the easiest experience ever. I filled out my information, was presented with multiple offers and when I filled out one of the offers, I was approved in a very short time (same day). We had the funds within 4 business days.

A loan of 3000.00 , I was told would be deposited into the
Wells Fargo bank this morning
After multiple calls and waiting hours for a callback we were broke and could start none of our plans. They will not answer a phone.

You get 0 stars due to the fact that they wouldn't give me a loan to help me move. But when filling out there application it ask what the loan is for and give you an option for moving....I only asked 3000$ but after speaking with them on the phone they said they can't give me a loan solely due to me moving, if I wasnt moving I could get the loan.then on top it of that I had 3 different people call me to tell me I wasnt getting the loan. I don't need multiple calls denying me, very rude and unorganized

This is just a pain in the back, over 200 calls in 3 days from lenders, they are selling the personal infomation all over the internet. Worst page i ever visited and I have major privacy concerns with this type of web pages.

The lower star rating is due to the excessive spam phone calls and emails that came from a single inquiry. However, that being said, we did find Freedom Plus via Lending Tree and they have been a God send!!! The process was amazingly quick, we closed the loan from app to signing within 2 hours
and had funds within 3 days. I was very skeptical but in the end, a satisfied customer!

They are very easy to do business with and made everything very easy for me! I will definitely do business with Lending Tree again! Also I had the money in my account in less than 24 hours. Thank you Lending Tree!

I don t usually write reviews but I find that Lending Tree has offered many different avenues for debt relief. I love the way I can see the what is on the dashboard all in one place. I am greatful for the assistance and look forward to doing more business with them.

Lending tree made it very easy for me to obtain this loan. I received the preapproval email from them.
Then I just chose an amount I needed to pay off my debt and put down my debtors and hit the send button and all was done. Love lending tree, thank you for helping me get out of debt with one easy monthly payment. Now I don t have to worry about bills any longer.

The process could not have been easier. Lending Tree compiled a great list of potential lenders with competitive offers. There were many good choices, but we chose LightStream. They have also been very easy to work with, and the approval and funding happened within a couple days. Amazing service all around.

I received several phone calls from Banks. My email was flooded with spam! I thought three offers was the limit. I asked one vendor how they got my information, they said Lending Tree sold them the information (This bank wasnot included in my three offers).

I did not see anywhere that Lending Tree sells this information or did I give them permission.

I have been completely bombarded by emails, phone calls and text messages from people who want to sell me a loan.

It has been an absolutely horrific experience. I was simply looking for perhaps a list of companies I might research and contact for a long term, low interest, business loan. Instead I was interrupted all day with phone calls and emails and text messages with pushy loan people.

JUST AWFUL!!!!

Had to call cause I had trouble filling out the application. They helped me through the whole process and were very patient answering all my questions. Definitely recommend the LendingTree to friends. Thanks guys.

bait N switch service. I'll never deal with Lending tree or their lenders ever again. offer a "possible" low rate but then only can offer a much higher rate. Just my humble opinion.
