Nasty rentals, nasty management. Very unprofessional. One would think that being so close to a hospital they would want to rent to professionals but they honestly seek out poor trash because it seems they are managed by poor trash! The community is worse than a trailer park in the Deep South!!!
We had some tile work that needed to be done in the bathroom September 2018. Maintenance put a trash bag up to cover the missing tiles and said they would contact us about the repair. In February 2019 they called us and gave us a date they would come by and do the tile work. When we got home the evening of the promised date, no work had been done and we had not received any information from CSW. I had to call them multiple times before getting a response. When they answered they stated they would set a new appointment soon but never did. We moved out May 2019 and the repair had still not been done.
Well I didn't get the apartment, no worries still waiting for my credit report..., just make sure you ask about the qualifications, and be specific, they will talk things into existence as if your good , and then the let down of not being approved and 50.00 for application fee . Don't get me wrong I understand the fees . But please two sisters who own the complex make the decisions upon approval. Well I tested this location. They approved a friend of mine who trust me is pretty bad off as far as credit, employment, and my credit score was higher and guess what ? YESSSSS she got approved, however she didn't take it lol she said it's not as diverse lol .......love my EUROPEAN Friends !!!!! So remember owned by two sisters and they make the decision don't fall for the corporate nonsense.....
Everyone is really easy to talk with and super friendly. Glad I decided to rent my new apartment with this agency.
