NIGHTMARE!! Beware that by giving them your personal data they will blast your confidential information out to hundreds of companies, my phone and email have been blown up as well as texts at all hours. This is the last thing that I needed. Your life will never be the same after you submit your info to them and there's no way to stop it. My credit inquiries won't stop and I can't stress enough to stay away from this place.

Exceptional service and easy application process. Great loan terms and affordable payments! Funds are received quickly with no prepayment penalties. This was a great overall experience for me and I highly recommend using their services .

After losing hundreds of thousands of dollars in the Mortgage meltdown of 2008, I had rebuilt my very poor credit, loss of a job, and a FICO score of 500 to well over 700 and perfect credit except for the debt to available credit ratio. With decent credit again and availability of high-limit credit cards It's easy to begin to overuse the correspondingly high-interest cards; in my case as alternative to dipping into rebuilt savings. That's a mistake you should not make.

After reviewing the onslaught of direct loan offers I developed a debt-reduction plan that would eliminate these high interest, high payment credit cards, pay off other high payment non-credit card payments and reduce my monthly payments by over $500.

Getting started with the "lending Club" offer was a rocky start, which requires you to stick to your plan and not be persuaded or pressured to accept more than you need or terms that just don't meet your objectives. With the Lending Club system not able to pay any type of non-credit card account and initially not even accepting my credit card accounts, a high pressure salesperson tried unsuccessfully to pressure me to accept the all-cash loan instead of direct payment of the required amount to qualify for the lower rates and payment. The all-cash loan will have a significantly higher rate and payment.

To make a long story short, continued dialogue apparently solved the problem. I was able to restructure my planned reduction, finally enter the credit card accounts to pay off direct, and receive enough cash to eliminate the other high-payment accounts with a net reduction of $491.00 in payments and untold thousands in interest charges. A few double payments over the next three months will eliminate three additional cards and bring my net monthly payment reductions to $621.00. A major financial goal achieved.

I highly recommend you explore this process. Just have a firm plan, stick to it, and don't accept anything less than a deal that most benefits you - not the Lender.

After providing the usual personal info needed to get the process started Lending Tree provided me with several lenders who has varouvas payment options After choosing one the procesd went quickly since I had all the documents needed. Going in I knew I wasn't going to get a great rate due to my credit score, so if you have a low credit score don't kid yourself into thinking one of these lenders is going to provide you with one. All I know is that I will save $400 a month on credit card payments and have this loan paid off in 2 years without any early payoff penalties. Just be sure to listen and ask allot of questions.

Needed a personal loan for a moderate amount, checked with local banks and did not like the rates quoted, thought why not try Lending Tree. Easy to do online, very user friendly, quotes came back immediately, Liked what I saw, and made a connection with one of Lending Trees partners, After a few phone calls, most likely to make sure it was me, I had money deposited in just after two days. Used Lending Tree and was immediately contacted by Amerisave Mortgage. They charged my credit card $500.00 and told me it was for a conventional loan. When I received the disclosures it was for a FHA loan. I informed them I wasn t interested in an FHA loan. Was told by Amerisave Mortgage loan officer that I had just wasted $500.00 because it was non refundable. I m not happy with Lending Tree. The Mortgage companies lie to you and take your money. I feel like I should have at least had my house appraised for $500.00

The whole process was painless, took only three days from start to finish, and the interest rate was very low. It did effect my credit score with a hard inquiry, which I was not thrilled about, but that s the only down side to the whole process. I won t hesitate to use Lending Tree again if needed.

Do not use this site for research and definitely do not fill out any form on this site asking for your personal information. Lending Tree obviously bases its business model on the sale of your information which is how 15 companies in the sector you are researching can start calling and emailing you the moment you hit submit, and will continue to do so into perpetuity. Intrusive, annoying and harassing! Definitely NOT a service. No stars is my true rating but that is not an option here.

I was offered multiple choices from different lenders for the loan I was looking for. When I accepted the offer from one of the lenders which fit what I wanted, I actually received what I asked for. There were no stipulations or add on. I got exactly what they promised. Very pleased with result.

Would give zero stars if I could. So, if you want your phone to blow up with calls from mortgage brokers and small banks for days Lendingtree is for you. If you are looking to avoid that sort of thing stay far away from Lending tree.

I am so glad I found Lending Tree! I had been looking at different debt consolidation loans, and all of them were outrages! I was to the point of just throwing in the towel when I decided to do a google search for low rate loans. Lending Tree popped up, and I gave it a go, and it was the best decision I have made in years. I got a great loan, and I feel like I can breath again.

Fast and easy process. I submitted my application on Saturday and the loan was funded Tuesday night. Excellent Customer Service. Nic was clear and answered all of my questions without hesitation.

My first payment is coming due and I went onto the website and I can t find anywhere to find my current loan defined out what the amount is to put in my checkbook it would be nice to be able to see the current things as well as the things you re offering

The process was very easy and convenient. The only inconvenience was the barrage of calls and email I received from some lenders after I selected my loan. They claimed they had better interest rates than were shown on LendingTree. In my opinion this devalues the approach LendingTree uses. I simply told these lenders it was their loss because had they shown their best rates they might had earned my business. Capitalism at work!

It was quick and easy. I found the best rate and applied online with a fast approval. The only downside is I also received phone calls and several email from other lenders afterwards. I still get a few so I need to go to the landing tree site and see if I can opt of them. Otherwise it was an easy process

Have got 1 house loan through Lending Tree and 1 Personal Loan. Both loans were low interest. Great sales reps who where very professional an polite. I would recommend Lending tree to anyone looking for a low interest house or personal loan - 5 stars.

Very easy on line app. Had a lot of offers in a few minutes, found one that would fit our needs. Had money in three days and in the bank.

Do not even attempt to request a price quote without companies running your credit. Although it says in big green letters "this will not affect your credit score". When contacted they told me well "you should have read the fine print" (Darryl from lending tree) Not to mention the 30plus phone calls I received from all the different lenders trying to get a sale. I literally wanted a quote and now get harrassed even though I went to the lending tree website to remove me from the contacts.

Highly unethical company. The website lets you believe you are providing information to view pre-qualified & pre-approved offers, but in reality you are agreeing (without being properly advised) to a set of terms & conditions I have not even been able to find myself. I provided information and two lenders ran hard inquiries on me without even so much as a howdy-do. I am going to take every step possible to delete my LendingTree account and will certainly never use this service again.

I had an amazing experience with Lending Tree to the point I was almost afraid it was too good to be true. After contacting several other lenders, their interest rates were 5 to 6 percent higher and they were asking far more documentation than Lending Tree. I never spoke with anyone on the phone and the ease of using the internet made this a truly fast and efficient process. My loan was approved within days and funds were dispensed right after that. It took much less time than I had anticipated.

Lending Tree made it very easy to see what loan companies I qualified with thus saving me time and several credit inquiries on my credit report.

The lender I chose was One Main Financial who had all of my information that was provided by Lending Tree and so all I had to do was basically confirm info and provide paystubs.

My loan consolidated all of my bills. I now have one smaller payment and a stress-free end of the year thanks to Lending Tree and One Main Financial.

The experience was very easy and professional. Everything was self explanatory and fast. I applied for a loan to pay off some debts going into the new year. I filled out the application online. They verified my employment and the next business day the loan was in my account. I would say that the interest rates are alittle high but I'm planning on paying it off early. Example: 20%-24%.

The website was user friendly & the loan process was easy. My only complaint was the pushy salesperson phone calls from the other loan companies I didn't select. I can imagine that a person who is not technology savvy would have ended up with several different loans. Be sure to confirm that you are speaking with a representative for the company you selected because all of the companies with an offer will call you with pushy sales tactics.

Lending Tree is VERY GOOD at getting your information out to those that can help, but those that can help do it in a rather pushy way. For me, I was inundated with texts and phone calls (and of course emails) at all hours for almost two weeks. It takes a lot to fluster me, and I have to say I was overwhelmed. Unfortunately for me, it was not a good experience.

They just get your date and divert you to lots of lending companies, where you have to enter your data again...

Even after receiving a loan from one of the lenders, other lenders continued to contact me, even LendingTree, asking me for more information to open another loan. Communication between LendingTree and their partners does not seem to exist. Even after I sent voicemail and email to the LendingTree representative, he continues to ask me for more information.

I was advised my interest rate was lower than what you gave me at. Not happy!

This was the Quickest loan I have ever applied for and loan process I have ever done. I answered a few questions and within a few days the money was in my bank. Absolutely the best experience ever!

Wow -- I thought I was just going to be able to easily compare mortgage rates... I didn't realize I would immediately get 5 phones calls, followed by a steady stream of e-mails, phone calls, and text messages from lenders. BEWARE - You'll get spammed like crazy when you fill something on out their website.

Needed a quick loan to consolidate some credit. With compounding interest from credit cards , getting a loan made things easy and easier when applying through lendingTree.
CON: although lendingTree will offer a specific loan, the lender may not. Some lenders have two week process before money is transferred.
Overall, great experience.

Business location. Most offices/cubicles are okay. Some employees could use better chairs. Clean and cafe area is nice for employees.

Sadly I could not get the consolidation loan I requested. Wanted to consolidate debt but was told that I had too much debt the whole point was to pay off the higher interest debt for one monthly payment at a

Beware! Using this site means you are agreeing to have your name sold to perhaps hundreds of companies for tele-marketing. I literally clicked submit, and 3 seconds later my cell phone was ringing off the hook. That was a week ago, and it hasn't stopped.
