Haven't purchased anything yet but visited the retail store and was provided with great customer service on details on their products to include their grinders....update it is now 3 weeks later from first review. I have been to the store mutiple times. The employees are very friendly. They are in full work mode since it is hunting season. I bought the #8 grinder along with other product. Still have to use it but the experience started off great. So we will see in a few more weeks after some hunting.

Absolutely the worst customer service i think i have ever experienced. Ordered parts for a meat slicer and they were wrong. Called to ask for assistance and keep getting that they are extremely busy dumped to voicemail that is never answered. Yes my slicer has been discontinued but to completely blow off a customer just seam bad business. Highly recommend if looking for food service equipment you look elsewhere!!! Never purchase anything from LEM you will be sorry... If i could i would give them zero stars!!!

Orderd a simple boning hook from Lem on the 6th of December. Got an e-mail from them on the 7th. They said the product was in stock and ready to ship. This is the 15th. I still have no tracking number or e-mail saying the item has been shipped. I'm 64 years old. I hope that hook gets here before my meat spoiles. I will never do business with Lame products again. I believe their meat has already spoiled from the neck up.

My wife and daughter had purchased me a electric sausage stuffer for fathers day and the first time using it the gear had let loose so know after spending 900 dollars I had to revert back to my old had crank to stuff 150# of sausage. I had called lem to notify them of issue And they wanted me to take the pieces apart that were broke and send it to them so they can send me new parts . I sent it to them and it s been 3 weeks still no communication as to where we are on this. So I called and checked on it today and got that they have just been so busy haven t got too it . Keep in mind I took stuffer apart and sent them the broken pieces . WOW!! So here I sit 900 bucks spent no product and I m doing my own repairer. I will probably resource my butchering needs elsewhere from here on out I have spent. Lots of money with lem and I m not even a valued customer ??

Don't buy if you live in Canada. Products are OK but for those living in Canada expect ZERO service unless you are willing to pay crazy high shipping charges like $40 on a $2 replacement part. They will also send you emails with promo codes for free shipping, but they always exclude Canada. They are happy to take our money, as long as they can dump their products over the border and then forget about them.

Their warranty is terrible. You buy the stuff online from their site and they need more paperwork. It is a joke. Their customer service is terrible too. They take around 2-3 weeks to respond. They don't answer the phone. That should tell you something about the stuff they sell. I used to buy quite a bit of stuff through retail stores and online. I will drive miles to find product that is not theirs.

Have been into home processing of game for a few years my #8 grinder is the little engine that could. Got the sausage stuffing and vegatable juicing attachment. Not top of the line quality but fits my home needs and price. My customer service experience is a little unfair as I live in Cincinnati where they have their headquarters and have just gone there physically for help. They have a small product store that I got to when I need parts and extra items, this eliminates the shipping cost. The workers are super helpful and the warehouse workers will find any part I need on the spot.

The food grade rounded corner tub, solid base, removable tub and tilt option convinced me to purchase a 50 LB meat mixer however the bean counting engineers that aborted the quality control process and included the china chrome screws/bolts in the stand, tub removal hasp, tilt lock bolt and of course the kmart tinker toy handle that does not fit and will fall off it you let go of it has convinced me never to buy Lem again.
There is no reason to put water in your sausage unless you are going to resell it to the unsuspecting public. There is to much water in retail meat already. See "rinse and chill system". The mixer will work fine without.

Ordered a product for my husband for his Birthday got it in just a few days. He had told me the wrong thing so I had to return it. Shame on me for not reading return policy that they dont cover shipping for returns. Now I paid 15$ and some change to get it. It now has cost me 41.78 to ship back. So right now I have spent 56.78 for something I dont have. They receive the item on 12/17/18. Today 1/3/19 I'm still waiting and check my credit card and guess what interest has hit my 350$ purchase so now I have spent 126.00 on a product I returned. Their products are great but their returns policy could use some major rethinking. But lesson learned always deal with a company that pays for return shipping.
