Their warranty is terrible. You buy the stuff online from their site and they need more paperwork. It is a joke. Their customer service is terrible too. They take around 2-3 weeks to respond. They don't answer the phone. That should tell you something about the stuff they sell. I used to buy quite a bit of stuff through retail stores and online. I will drive miles to find product that is not theirs.
