Whether you need home delivery, or delivery at the office, I highly recommend Alpine Valley.

First time to visit. Very very friendly and first class. Bought 2, 5 gallon bottles. Water is best.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Last week we were expecting a delivery. we got a call from the driver saying he couldn t get up our hill do to ice. there was only one spot on the hill that had ice and it wasn t even near where he d have to drive up to get to our place. so we rescheduled for the next day. we told them to call us if they have any problems. the next morning we had a Wardway truck, Amazon truck and UPS truck come up our hill to deliver with out any problems what so ever. Noon came around and no sign of Alpine. Then we get a call from our neighbor. she says did you order water? if so.. they left it at the bottom of the hill... Alpine never called us to let us know they dropped it off or anything. so we called them and the lady says oh they are suppose to deliver to you later today I then told her that the driver left our waters at the bottom of the hill.. the driver didn t even let them know he dropped the waters off. the lady was very nice and even admitted that some of their drivers are lazy and like to cut corners.

We called them again this morning to see when they were going to come pick up the waters at the bottom of the hill because it s sitting on someone else s property. the person tells us that they won t be able to pick them up until next week!.. we told them we are not responsible if they get stolen, so they need to come get them. it s Monday night and they still haven t picked them up. (I will update this later).

So impressed by the employees at Alpine, especially our delivery man/driver. Always polite and good-natured. Today, I witnessed him trudging up our icy driveway with our water, and he smiled and said hello when I approached in my warm car.

We have been using Alpine Water in our offices for several years now. They have such a friendly staff, always very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We enjoy their product selections and the ease of having our favorite beverages delivered right to our door!

I have been using Alpine Valley Water for our company water coolers for years. We then added coffee service to this account They are amazing to work with. Always on time, very polite, if I don't get my order to them they make sure i'm not forgotten with a reminder email (believe me I need this). They are by far the absolute best

If you are in a full semi truck and trailer, make sure you go past the building turn around in the little cul-de-sac and back in off the street otherwise you will not fit into the lot. other than that the unload time was decent

I have been with Alpine Valley for 15 years and I m looking forward to 15 more! The product is great GREAT and their customer service is even better. They make everything so easy and affordable and healthy! I also like the fact that this local company gives so much to our community. I see their contributions at charitable events throughout the city---races and walks-- all the time. They are a gift to Cincinnati.

Our company routinely receives water from this company and I have no complaints. If I ever have any questions, they are quick to respond. It is quality H2O.
