Normal price DKK 175 we got it with state support for 87.50 what we did not get it at that price was awarded 1 star. We were on the 18th of July. In the middle of the peak season, everything was closed, the only place we could enter was the new Viking Hall. Weaving closed potter closed wooden cutter closed house next to closed Iron Age houses all closed. The weather was good.

A really good place to learn a little about Denmark's history through the Stone Age / Bronze Age / Iron Age and the Viking Age.

Was not implemented in the customer journey. Missed a tale and the buildings confused - what time did they try to convey?

Beautiful experience to do with children, it is practically a village where you can see life in the time of the vikinghi, also there are various activities to do including a ride on the pond in a tree trunk, work the clay by hand , archery, stone grinding the wheat and cooking it on the fire to make loaves to eat, etc. All very fun, there is a bar and a large space for picnics with the possibility of accessing the fire, to get there it takes 35-40 min. by train from Copenhagen.

Always a good experience. We have had season tickets for 8 years in a row. Cozy, active and educational at the same time. The kids love it. There are always different activities that make each visit different and then there are some fixed things that just need to be done. Hand-feeding the large carp in the carp lake at the clay pot workshop is always the first thing our kids need. We almost always end up cooking something over one of the many bonfires that are always available. Either we have something with us, or we make puff pastry from flour which we paint in a completely old-fashioned way.
Everything in between you never know what will bring.
In addition, sweet and committed employees.

We have been on a trip from the Stone Age to the Iron Age and it has been all time with javelin and throat singing, dried meat and royal hall.

If you are into nature experiences and historical enrichment this is the place to go. Super cozy. Huge beautiful natural area.

A very interesting place to go with the family with workshops, activities. Worth it!

Really nice place to visit for a historical look back. See and experience how to live before, from the Iron Age, the Middle Ages, the Viking Age, the last century. Super educational for both kids and adults!

Impressive what one can learn about their ancestors

Lovely area, beautiful buildings and surroundings. Activities and new initiatives were advertised. Much of the area was cordoned off when there was
construction site. Disappointing. There was activity in some of the houses, the two - ceramics and textiles - were very exciting and there were employees with good knowledge of the activities. Nice.The rest is d is not much to write about.
Considering the price, we do not think we got exactly what was promised ..

Exciting place with good experiences for children. You can spend a lot of hours here, while learning something.

Interesting sites from stone age, iron age, viking age and a few more modern buildings. The staff is engaged, knowledgeable and friendly. We spent around 5 hours there which felt about right

Many small working workshops and activities where both children and adults can participate. Beautiful nature area. Small cafe with good and organic food. Possibility to bring your own food at the many outdoor seating. Worth a visit than experience richer.

Over the years, camps have become more aware of generating experience pedagogy for the youngest. Everyone can get something out of a day in the beautiful surroundings.

Could well have spent an extra day. Lots to see and experience

We were there on Good Friday this year and were very disappointed. Big advertisements made on the radio and then you get there, pay a lot of money and the only thing that was going on was painting eggs. Nothing with archery, pottery etc. Honestly we felt a little bit ver ......! We could paint eggs at home for much less money!

Hello, yesterday we visited this Museum.
Well, the landscape is impressiv. For only this i would give 5 points.
BUT
We expected some more staff and also explanations - minimum englisch - german additional at several points, for example iron age road, sacificial bog, mesolithic stone age settlement etc, etc.
Also the viking area was too small with less attractions. I missed a viking market.

Maybe you change your system of prises for the entrance.
Paying so much money (580DKK) for a family it isn't worth it.

Unfortunately i also paid 90 DKK in the shop
for a lamb Salami which i had to throw away the very next morning because it was definitly not edible anymore.

if you are interested in history, or have curious children, the place is a must. Spend the whole day or a few hours, you'll love it.

Wonderfully sensible place. Too bad that the economy has made them have to cut open hours so that you can not really see it all.

Had probably figured out something else. Otherwise, it is reasonably accomplished with costumes for people and old buildings.

I love Camps! There is never crowded. It is fun to write poems about the history of the Iron Age societies and the earlier Stone Age cultures. The new royal hall is insanely beautiful. Truly an impressive and accomplished edifice!
