I had the privilege of working with Fremont Laboratories while working at a small environmental consulting company in eastern WA. The staff was such a pleasure to work with: they were always kind, patient, attentive, and had no problem explaining complicated issues or answering questions regarding analytical processes. They were always prompt when getting back to us regarding issues and always contacted us in some way or another when they noticed something amiss. I've recently worked with some larger analytical companies in Minneapolis and have been disappointed by a lack of decorum and/or customer care/service that they have provided. Fremont and its staff are gems among its industry.

Technical staff and support well above other labs. No carrier service, but there s always parking.
