Very poor customer service. Lots of delay in sorting out pending issues.
The subscription is way higher than contemporaries I know.
Lots of service interruption with no compensation.
However when service is uninterrupted speed is good. But I still have a problem with their subscription and flexibility.

Awful service! After paying for nearly a month, I still haven t been connected. Customer service is atrocious, the team was unable to provide clarity on how the cables would be laid. First survey they did was absolutely useless because the second time around, the team was clueless on the layout of the house. I received an email with an appointment date that had already passed after calling numerous times to complain. Overall, this has been a very frustrating couple of weeks, and I m just hoping the internet service will make up for this unpleasant experience.
Update: so far, internet is the best compared to other ISPs I ve tried in abuja.

Not really good in customer relation. My installation at house took over 1 months even I paid full for 3 months bill in advance. It was kind of dispute situation which was later solved through the intervention of Nigerian Communication Commission's (NCC). Not really good experience. If you complaint to authorities they will pressurize you to take complaint back rather working on problem! In case is in after taking connection you have connection issue, they will take 2-3 days to rectify! You won t get any complaint no to any such problem, as they say it as confidential , which is surprising! After paying @23000 Naira for min monthly bill customers will be on their mercy! The internet speed is ok, but not good as claimed in advt. Confusion is also on dual play, etc, in real sense TV can run through an app, if you have smart TV only. But, one can't get great speed, so, better be wise and can go with service provider like Ntel, Airtel, etc. NTel for Abuja is best. I wouldn t recommend Legend to anyone, it will be a suffering after spending huge money!

Very bad customer service. Please don t rely on them. It took over 2 months before I got my internet installed and I have not had network for the past 4 days and nothing has been done to rectify the problem despite the fact that I call them more than thrice daily and I even went to their office. I wish I could give no star, I would have gladly done that but fortunately for legend no way to give no star for rating.

I do not know where to start, it has been two months + since i made payment for this service and am yet to be connected even if their junction box is just beside the house, customer service is terrible, i have called their office everyday for the past 2 weeks, they have given me 5 different dates but did not honour any. i am pretty sure most of the high ratings here are from their staff. terrible!!

DON'T BUY THIS FOR YOUR OWN SAKE! Very POOR customer service. Disappointed with my experience so far, I expected better but unfortunately the company has no ethics or morals.

I was so excited to start using Legend because I really thought they were the best internet service provider in Abuja but I was wrong. I made payment for my internet router over two months ago and they mentioned that the entire process will take about 3 weeks however it's been more than 2 months now and still nothing, they've started connecting the wire then they stopped completely, i just have some long wire in my office without the router or anything else.

Before I made payment they were very responsive, I was in contact with Daniel and he kept answering my emails and calls however after I made payment he stopped replying my emails or messages because they got the sale. I've been trying to call them but no one is answering.

The management seriously need to do some work on the company and the employees because the way they treat their customers is appalling. The people in charge should actually take a look at the day to day operations so they can see how inefficient their team is. I don't know why this is the case but they need to fix this. This is by far the worst experience I've had with any internet service provider.

They keep sending me emails saying that someone is coming for the "survey" but they only came once then they stopped coming. They made a hole in my office and connected the wire and just left it like that for over a week. I've been calling but no one is answering. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Yet to get installation and very terrible customer service. They are constantly clueless as to what point of installation they are in. Petty mistakes like putting out the wrong name. I ve paid for service and it s been a month but I ve not been installed. Last time I called I was told someone will reach out that was a week ago. I m here regretting trying to switch internet service after making upfront payment.

Three months ago my company paid for their services, they were supposed to complete it in three weeks, can you imaging that till today, Sep 14 2020 its only pipe we saw plus when we asked for refund, that same day they came to remove the incomplete materials and for two weeks now we have not seen alert of refund and they said our account is rejecting the refund they sent. a Joke!

I had a chat with them and their response rate was fast and awesome but they are still Operating in Abuja for now. They have dynamic products like Fibre optics, TV, voice call&modem that can do IoT(internet of things) which makes all your gadget send and receive data.

Terrible service quality and even worse customer service. If they pick up the phone, they are indifferent at best (laughing at the fact that you haven't had internet for 3 days was the highlight I had to deal with), other times, the "hotline" doesn't even connect/pick up the phone. Having your customers spend several days without internet without compensation is not a way to expand your customer base!

Terrible, you will paid for 30 days and you will have 29 days of problem, i miss my spectranet beleve me !!! The are not able to orovvide the service ( this is my personal experience ) i am every day on the phone with customer care and noting solve , no service!!! Only sorry!!!l

Do not bother patronizing this company. They do not keep to their promises as regards timing of installation & their customer service is terrible. It took them a month (they promised to get it done within 2 weeks) from the date I made payment to start the installation process at my home. I recommend Cyberspace or cool link as they re quicker and more serious.

Paid for Installation since 9th of December 2019, The marketing department was really eager for the payment to arrive. Eversince, Phone calls were were barely answered and replied. I went to their office in Maitama to complain, Still no progress. Now, It's February 17th 2020 and i still haven't been connected to the internet. LEGEND just keeps sending random automated messages via SMS, at odd times. Imagine getting a 'scheduled installation message' for 1am on Saturday? Lol. They just inform you on random dates and honour non of them. DON'T MAKE ANY PAYMENT DURING DECEMBER O. They don't do installations in December, They will use your money and run christmas bonus lol, who knows? The Chain of communication at LEGEND is horrible.
