Terrible service quality and even worse customer service. If they pick up the phone, they are indifferent at best (laughing at the fact that you haven't had internet for 3 days was the highlight I had to deal with), other times, the "hotline" doesn't even connect/pick up the phone. Having your customers spend several days without internet without compensation is not a way to expand your customer base!
