Thieves. I drove the hit car in the back to repair it. Car painted in two shades. It doesn't matter how long they are in the service. The trick is that after a while I found out that they stole my stabilizer bar. Chic

Nice people, good sales persons, not to many parking spaces, the service part need to be improved, becouse they are to busy and lacks at time management. All arround nice showroom and employees are ready to offer the best answer !

They tried to force me to buy services I didn't need. I arrived at the service to replace the hub at the driver's door. I was told that the sheet that had a small bend must be repaired. The price they made me: 1100 lei. I also tried Meridian Auto where they asked me for 700 lei. Eventually I arrived at another authorized Dacia service where they managed to reposition the hub for 50 lei.

DON'T GO HERE !!!!! One star service. I had an accident in the traffic was at the insurance near them and they recommended Cobalcescu I left the car to them 3 months (I understood until the insurance company approves the parts, bonnet, headlight, spoiler, wing and two plastics) after a month since the lift from the service my paint is exfoliated on the hood in several parts, I go to them. Sorry about them, I understood. Over 9 months ago and it is exfoliating. Let me go to the circus, because the car certainly does not.

The overhaul does not let you attend, but change parts that do not require change, walk around the pipes and electrical, inflate the bill, obviously with the parts changed in vain and labor and take your car out of service directly with problems, when you just came a trivial annual overhaul with the new car, taken from the factory. Romanians at real value. They don't even cross my threshold to pay me.

I overhauled the car. Although on the car's maintenance booklet was registered the change of the habitat filter (2 weeks ago), with the service stamp and the date of performance, I saw that the invoice showed 200 lei for filter + installation. -I forgot through that stack of papers, to see exactly what I pay. After long discussions and observations, they deducted this totally incorrect payment, for an unnecessary operation, only for some extra money. Looking further at the operations performed, I saw that there were, however, other unjustified costs, but my opinion still did not matter.

Excellent Dacia and more service. Very well organized, many service posts. Short waiting time, but sometimes can become crowded. You have to make reservation if you don't want to wait. Friendly staff, especially Bogdan Enciu which helped me every time.

I bought the car from them (very ok on sales) and after a year I had the first overhaul. Very ok the receptionists, the mechanics, explain everything you don't understand, ok services, prompt, fast, they don't talk about keeping you crazy. The prices are a bit high on the parts side (for that and I give 4 stars, not 5) but ... they are like that at all dealerships ... but some are exaggerated ... for example the filters for a Logan cost 2-3 times more than the price of epiesa or unix ... the same filters, the same codes. It's not really fair play like that ... to have an addition of 300-400%.

I went to them to replace the second door and repaint the rear wing. Initially, I was told that the repair lasted a month, but it took 2 months and a week. After this immense period, the result was a disastrous one (the color is totally different and full of impurities and imperfections), which I reported to the employees there, employees who answered "I have nothing boss!". Total lack of professionalism from all points of view. I do not recommend!

Reception staff not ready to communicate with customers. At the reception of the service they gave me a review fee of 450 lei with the included pieces, and on the phone at the same service, 550 lei with the included pieces :))) I ask the guy on the phone if they have two words the same as the ones at the reception where he tells me he does not know what service I have been to but it is so :))) Someone is lying or poorly prepared :))))

Dealer like this. Yeah, I look good on the street, but Saturday is a bit of a staff break. The consultant who finally came to help us was dressed that weekend, and didn't know the details of the car. Can't do test drive on Saturday (why don't I know). I would not recommend this dealer.

Lack of professionalism, arrogant attitude of the staff at the reception and very poor quality of services. If you go here, expect to return with what they have "repaired" and pay two, three times for the same thing!
