Not really good in customer relation. My installation at house took over 1 months even I paid full for 3 months bill in advance. It was kind of dispute situation which was later solved through the intervention of Nigerian Communication Commission's (NCC). Not really good experience. If you complaint to authorities they will pressurize you to take complaint back rather working on problem! In case is in after taking connection you have connection issue, they will take 2-3 days to rectify! You won t get any complaint no to any such problem, as they say it as confidential , which is surprising! After paying @23000 Naira for min monthly bill customers will be on their mercy! The internet speed is ok, but not good as claimed in advt. Confusion is also on dual play, etc, in real sense TV can run through an app, if you have smart TV only. But, one can't get great speed, so, better be wise and can go with service provider like Ntel, Airtel, etc. NTel for Abuja is best. I wouldn t recommend Legend to anyone, it will be a suffering after spending huge money!
