I change my review from a 5 stars initially to 2 due to my service today. One of the valet guy needs to learn proper etiquette. It is important to greet the customer because it sets the tone! He's been consistently rude and lacks respect! As a new customer and new to this city, it is extremely terrible to go to a car dealership for regular maintenance and be treated with disrespect for no reason! He needs to be educated on his behavior! It is not okay to make a rude commit "get out of the way, so they can sit down" as a joke when it wasn't. I wasn't laughing and clearly my car advisor and the two customers heard his comment and did not like it either. Clearly today was not his day and he decided to use his personal problems on me as a scapegoat. If you are having a bad day, leave it at home when you come to work! This is the third time, this individual has been rude! I've been polite! I do not expect to be treated with this form of disservice! I hope his employers do something about his behavior!

Alan Blackburn is always professional and helpful. I feel very comfortable and confident that I am getting the right expertise when I take my car in for service. I appreciate the facilities and the shuttle is amazing. Thank you for that service! I would definitely refer people to Legacy Toyota.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT LEGACY TALLAHASSEE TOYOTA. I WENT THERE 4 TIMES TO BUY A TOYOTA HIGHLANDER WITH MY BEST FREIND. WE EACH WANTED TO BUY ONE FROM TALLAHASSEE TOYOTA BECAUSE WE LIVE IN TALLAHASSEE. THE SALES MANAGER AT LEGACY IS BILL BOLLER WAS THE BIGGEST LIAR I HAVE EVER MET. HE LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING AND EVEN ABOUT THINGS THAT DIDN'T EVEN MATTER.
WE BOTH FINALLY BOUGHT FROM COGGIN TOYOTA IN JACKSONVILLE. I PAID, $42,950 OUT THE DOOR. I GOT THE 2016 HIGHLANDER WITH THE TECH PACKAGE AND FRONT WHEEL DRIVE. I HOPE THIS REVIEW GIVES FOLKS IDEAS ON HOW TO SHOP. CALL THE DEALERS ON THE PHONE, TELL THEM WHAT YOU WANT, ASK THEM FOR A PRICE AND GET THEM TO SEND IT TO YOU IN AN EMAIL SO YOU HAVE PROOF.
LOVE MY TRUCK AND HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT COGGGIN TOYOTA IN JACKSONVILLE. Jim Miller was the sales man that sold my friend and I our trucks. He NEVER once lied to us and the entire experience was really nice. I also liked the finance guy that handled our loan. His name is David Maleckar.

My experience is always excellent thanks to my Service Advisor Alan Blackburn. I have been seeing Alan since 2008. He is always professional, courteous and takes the time to explain every detail from the time it will take to the service or repair needed for my Highlander. I go to Legacy for service and repair to my 2003 Highlander because of the service I receive from Alan.

We walked into Legacy Toyota intending to buy a used vehicle of a different brand and were greeted at the entrance by Fred Crass who was just amazing and took wondeful care of us. After just a short while we decided to buy a new Camry and can honestly say we bought a Toyota because of Fred. He was patient and gave us time and space to think and talk it through and in the end we have absolutely no regrets about our purchase. Fred treated us like family and that is exactly the kind of thing that makes him a gem at Legacy Toyota. We would not hesitate to buy again and recommend Legacy Toyota to those we know.

They used to work really well. Last visit though was unfriendly and the work was unfinished. They made an oil change but apparently they forgotten to reset the oil meter. I like this dealer, but they need to take a little more care about the services.

THE best place to buy a car in Tallahassee PERIOD. I went there and wanted to trade in my car for a new one and they offered me almost twice as much as everywhere else, and trust me when I say this I went to EVERY. SINGLE. CAR DEALERSHIP. My car salesman was Gary Bailey and he was amazing, he wasn't just trying to shove me into a car he worked with me and made sure I got the car I wanted with the best price possible. I am now the proud owner of a 2019 Camry and I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole experience. Go there and ask for Gary you won't regret it.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my first car here! A used '14 Corolla. Eric was helpful, friendly, and he and the team worked with me on an out-the-door price that we all felt comfortable with. I came after work and the process lasted into the evening, but they stayed after closing to make sure I was able to drive off the lot with the car that day. As a first time purchaser I was extremely anxious about the whole process, but they made it simple, and I got exactly what I expected in terms of price. So happy I shopped here. Thanks Eric, and thanks Legacy!

The sales process was great. We felt very taken care of. However, two weeks after we purchased the vehicle we started having issues. We emailed management. We called management. NO ONE in upper management even acknowledged us. It took 3 months to get something done and even still, upper management never returned an email, voicemail or left message. Plus, when we had to pay to get the issue fixed, they tried to charge us for a new starter that their mechanic broke. We will never shop at Legacy Toyota again.

Great experience. Would definitely recommend this place. Great deal! And service. I worked with Tony Dalton and was very happy with his service. I bought two vehicles from him. One was a used cheap car and the other a new one. He treated me with the same courtesy, interest and respect on both vehicles. I would deff go back to them for my future car purchases. Can't say enough of how well I was treated and how positive my car buy experience was with legacy Toyota. Ask for Tony Dalton!!!!!

Went there today to buy a 4runner. Given the information placed in front of me, I made a reasonabe, full cash counter offer, deposit that day and balance payable the day the vehicle was scheduled to arrived -2 weeks later. The sales guy retreated to confer with the sales manager . As I am sitting there, I hear the sales manager shout, if he s not buying today, screw him! A few minutes later the sales rep comes back with a new paper, all with higher numbers on it from the origional offer presented to me. Ignoring the switched figures, I challenged the sales rep about what his manager said. He looked me in the eye and lied straight to my face, stating that never happened. I asked him again. Again he denied it. I asked him again. He then said that it wasn t his manager. So then I asked him which customer the manager was referring to. He went back into denial mode. I thanked him for his time, stood up and walked out. I will never go near that toyota dealership. Screw em.

I just purchased my 2015 Chrysler 200 from this location. My salesman was Dave Spanks and he is literally THE BEST! From the time I walked in to the time I bought my car, he has never had a attitude, always cared about what I wanted, and gave me the true Toyota Dealership experience. I came in to Legacy (after having went to a few of its surrounding competitors and left unsatisfied) with a beefed-up mustang with a lot of negative equity. Chris from sales (who was all smiles and laughter), approached me and my wife as we came in and I could tell he was an honest and kind person. They gave me the most of any it s competitors offered for my car and put me in a 2019 Rav 4. Which, is what we wanted. Sure, there s only so much a dealership can do with a car that was as upside down on its payments as mine, (we paid full price for car) but they worked tirelessly to make it right. Chris was phenomenal. He would text me throughout the week to check in (not in an annoying or overstepping way), and would offer to help in any way. Thanks to Chris and the entire sales staff that had anything to do with my sale, I got out from under a bad buy, we got the car of our dreams and we couldn t be happier!

Thank you, Legacy... I ll be back.

I as a Toyota owner I was very disappointed with the Tallahassee manager's behavior last Saturday. It shows lack of leadership skills something one needs when dealing with customers in a public place. If there's a problem with "VIP" take it up with Toyota's Headquarters...not make a scene in front of potential customers. I would be very cautious if I had to do dealing with this person. There should be some type discipline for this kind of behavior, umm... almost seems racist..what do you think? just a thought.

Eric McNeil was a very great help with getting me into a 2017 Camry! I honestly did not even think I would have been able to get this car at the price it was at. But by the grace of God Eric worked his magic and did everything he could to get me into this car! I am loving this car and would to thank Eric for all he has done! Junnis hugger was who did my girlfriends paperwork and took her for a extra 4000 dollars . I wouldn't do business with them ever again .

They will scam you out of thousands just like everyone else , also the selling points on the mat on everyone's desk comes with every car you buy so when they say theyre adding it to your price to save you money they're lying. Also lots of loopholes in any warranty you get best bet is to go with an adult male so they don't scam you

Have had multiple issues with service at this location, with staff at this location, prices at this location, and with contact at this location. I LOVE Toyota (I am on my 3rd Toyota vehicle and will always purchase Toyota s) and will drive to another dealership for my service to be completed, or any other needs I have that need to be met.

I took my car in for a maintenance on the air bag, because of a recall. When I got my car back, the window was broken and part of the door panel was ripped up, like they unsuccessfully tried to fix the window before giving my car back to me. They refused to fix the problem, even with it being their fault. This place is a joke, and Alan is very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, and take your vehicle somewhere else for service.

This is a review of their service center, specific...

This is a review of their service center, specifically:
Service reps are really nice when you drive up. They ask a lot of questions, and try to serve with a smile-- but that's about where the good experience ends at Legacy Toyota.
I brought in my car to have a myriad of problems fixed, and got it back a week later with more problems than I dropped it off.
They added work that wasn't necessary, over-charged for labor, and literally installed brakes incorrectly and forced me to bring the vehicle back to them to fix it (again) along with other issues that weren't resolved.
When they found the actual problem to one of the previous issues they neglected to fix? They offered to replace my *whole* transmission for a measly $4200+. A quick Google search revealed the problem could be solved with simply purging the dirty transmission fluid (and perhaps adding in some lubricant additive)... which I'll do myself.
Upon asking other family members about their experiences, it seems their service center has done a poor job with every single one of them. Don't let the 4+ stars fool you, their Sales people have earned those stars.

Jennifer was my service representative. She was helpful and made my visit very pleasant. However, I had to wait approximately 20 minutes for her to get out of a meeting. It does not seem logical for service representatives to be tied up in meetings at a time they are expected to meet customers and discuss their service needs. Jennifer apologized profusely for not being available at the appointment time. Overall, my visit was satisfactory

Legacy Toyota is an awesome dealership to deal with. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Anne Lister and Jim Bell, when I say that this dealership has an awesome team believe they do. I purchased a 2018 Ford Escape SE from them. I live 200 miles away from this dealership. They all have been amazing team players on getting the vechile I wanted to me and doing all the paperwork. If and when I decide to get another vechile this will be the place I come too.i have not ever had the upmost and well respected people that I have had with them. You all are AWESOME AND THANK YOU!!!!

My experience with Legacy was 5 star! Mr. Benny Watson was patient, informative, and made sure that all of the bases were covered when I leased my brand new Toyota corolla . He was even helpful to my father who had an issue with servicing his vehicle. This was my first car buying experience and I am glad that I went to Legacy!

Service Department is EXCELLENT!! I was in the ar...

Service Department is EXCELLENT!! I was in the area for a funeral (~500 miles from home), the check engine light and multiple other warning lights came on. I had no idea what to do, drove to the nearest Toyota dealer (Legacy). They ran a diagnostic check, assured me I had probably gotten bad gas, told me how to remedy the situation, and $60 later I was on my way. Followed their instructions and two weeks later, no problems!!! This has not been my experience with dealerships or mechanics, in general. THANK YOU, Legacy.
