I change my review from a 5 stars initially to 2 due to my service today. One of the valet guy needs to learn proper etiquette. It is important to greet the customer because it sets the tone! He's been consistently rude and lacks respect! As a new customer and new to this city, it is extremely terrible to go to a car dealership for regular maintenance and be treated with disrespect for no reason! He needs to be educated on his behavior! It is not okay to make a rude commit "get out of the way, so they can sit down" as a joke when it wasn't. I wasn't laughing and clearly my car advisor and the two customers heard his comment and did not like it either. Clearly today was not his day and he decided to use his personal problems on me as a scapegoat. If you are having a bad day, leave it at home when you come to work! This is the third time, this individual has been rude! I've been polite! I do not expect to be treated with this form of disservice! I hope his employers do something about his behavior!
