The policy is not to do more than is necessary. If we ask for a real position from them for a real subject of co-ownership or / and to get things done, for them it is better to pretend or tell us bluntly that assistantship is not part of their tasks

Member of the Union Council of the residence in which my home is located, the Members of the Union Council and I can only congratulate ourselves for having selected and chosen this building management firm. The key words: responsiveness and professionalism.
Congratulations to the team of Cabinet Lefeuvre in Nantes who is in charge of our residence of around fifty apartments, they are fulfilling their

The Lefeuvre firm has managed our co-ownership for 5 years, and it is therefore only on the "Copro" service that I can give an opinion:
First of all, it should be noted that for 5 years, we have had the same contact (which is very significant, since she knows the building and its history) who is a professional and competent person, very attentive.
Note that it regularly organizes meetings (in the building hall) between GAs to take stock.
Finally, note the good reactivity of the service (assistant included!) In breakdown situations (with confirmation by email of the intervention request).
Also, in view of my experience, I can only recommend the Lefeuvre firm.

For my purchases (or sales!) I would avoid this agency at all costs.

Service just amazing, but not in a good way. Tenant at home I must constantly remind them that work (electrical safety (for 1 year 1/2), or replacement of heating that does not work (for 4 months)) are done. And despite courteous reminder no action is done.

Tenant via the Lefeuvre firm. The person who made the visit and the inventory of the entrance (Christophe) was very pleasant. Response quickly following the study of the file, settling on the date of entry. The managers are easily reachable by phone and we can communicate by e-mail. Very professional firm, I recommend.

Service purchase / rental and rental management and trustee generally pleasant and effective despite some mishaps but ...

Accounting service management really zero. The manager of my rental does not respond to any mail despite multiple reminders. Almost does not answer the phone. Give false information if by a miracle he answers. On the other hand it quickly draws the extra costs if the rent is a day late and despite good faith and attempts to contact.

I have this agency in horror, I will never forget the level of incompetence of my interlocutors when I was faced with a major water damage while they had the obligation to relocate me. The days passed and the more the apartment became unhealthy (smell, humidity) and I put my health in danger. I ended up leaving and not relying on them to find an apartment and they even had the nerve to note at the state of exit that the apartment had been badly cleaned!

Have not had the basic decency to warn upstream of the sale or their lessor (commercial agency located in our building - Neither the co-owners of the building (including their lessor) managed by their trustee and SOLD to the competition)

we do not "sell" the co-owners with the furniture

Ref: Court of Cassation, 3rd Civil Division, 29 February 2012 (appeal no. 10-27.259),

- Article 18 of the law of July 10, 1965 provides that the trustee is solely responsible for its management and can not be substituted. The Court of Cassation, had already indicated that if a syndic consolidates his firm with a management company, the new entity has no quality to perform the functions devolved to the former trustee (Cass May 30, 2000)

The cabinet asked us many pieces, 3 times, without examining what was sent to him. Otherwise they could have seen that the pieces were provided to them.

Very good Syndic of Co-ownership for many years for our Residence. Listening to residents, they successfully completed our facelift. Regular site visits for upstream work and maintenance in order to prevent any problem. Responsiveness, professionalism and quality of communication in a company on a human scale.

Apartments have been experiencing water infiltration since March 2020 and still waiting. We spend our time emptying the buckets with each downpour and observing the deterioration of the ceilings, walls and floors.
We don't care about our comfort. !!!!!

Our new residence, entrusted to Cabinet Lefeuvre upon delivery by the developer (LAMOTTE and ARC), is extremely poorly managed by the property manager: no advice, no transparency, no reactivity, no proactivity. The claims for damage to the work follow one another and come to nothing. The teams have no weight in negotiations with the various suppliers. The manager notices, takes note, then nothing more happens, despite numerous reminders. It is unspeakable.

We kindly paid our rent on time for 3 years but when our kitchen tiles exploded with a loud noise, we had to wait more than 6 months for everyone to agree (...) for the reparation. Especially since the rental manager was not at all accommodating to postpone the work by a few days and suffered work and dust 2 days before our vacation. As for the compensation for genes caused: 00
We are just good to pay and if there is a problem not our fault ... Week there to close.
In short, I do not recommend this agency and the rental service was not very competent when we left for the renovation.

Syndic service: an efficient team, rigorous monitoring, anticipation to the advantage of the owners (for example the search for an elevator maintenance provider other than the one who installed it, which made it possible to significantly reduce the annual bill ... and this without request from the union council office (that's anticipation!). I am president of the syndic of copro and speak on behalf of the office. I will give a favorable opinion to the renewal of the mandate. I recommend this particularly reliable and serious trustee.

It was amazing. I made more than a dozen states and this is the first time I see it.

Charges have dropped, Lefeuvre has renegotiated all contracts binding our building (insurance, elevator, etc.)
We have only one regret: Not having chosen Lefeuvre as trustee earlier.
