An incompetent trustee, do not take into account requests made for inconvenience in the buildings they "manage"
Example: leak in the basement of our building, a case that has been going on since September 2019 and they are doing nothing.
You have to harass them to hope for an answer, and even if they are aggressive they don't care (to be polite)
They are incapable!
I put a star but they don't even deserve one
