Ok personally over priced but good quality and the staff so helpful and polite

Handy shop for some home DIY, closer than B&Q. The staff are friendly, welcoming and willing to help you without it feeling like you have disturbed them.

Rubbish company one good man in the yard he was driving the forklift all the rest are lazy no help with loading needed 30 bags of chipping not one offering to help me load them up one star is to much to award them it's for the guy on the forklift

Found fantastic offers and great trade deals, just ask and they are keen to help.

Shop has some good stuff for reasonably good value. Some of the staff ain't very friendly or helpful pretty sure it can be improved

Visited Llantrisant store today and was impressed by the service received from Michelle Jenkins on the furniture department. Very helpful and pleasant member of staff, can't wait to receive my new furniture in a couple of weeks.

I can t praise all the staff at Leekes Tonypandy enough. Darren & Kerion in the office, all the girls that take the payments at the checkout and Ty and the lads in the yard.
I always have a reply/help to questions I ask and had help in the yard when collecting goods-you only have to ask and be patient if they are busy which they usually are !!!
Steve and Ken on the lorries are so helpful when I have goods delivered !!!
Always great service and support and In these difficult times and they have all gone over and above what could be expected of them

Since moving to my new home in Wales I have bought all my paint from here. I have only been assisted by the female members of staff & whilst friendly and keen to help they are not too knowledgeable.

I ordered a kitchen after the sales person came to measure and following a visit to the store to make my choice.
I paid a deposit 20th July ..
here I am 4 weeks later being told delivery won't be tomorrow as promised.. but some 3 weeks away!
I've wasted 4 weeks waiting for Leekes!! With no cooker or washing machine :(
I've ate out and used the laundrette as they promised to start instillation 21st Aug..
This wasn't the cheapest kitchen I found but could be installed the quickest that's why I chose them
My disappointment is distressing and stops me from sleeping as I now have to start all over again.
My daughter and son have their birthdays next weekend now I don't know what I'm supposed to do.. you've not just disappointed me and let me down but my whole family. I'll never forget this.
How can this happen in this day & age?!

I visited the Tonypandy branch earlier today and went straight down stairs to the building dept to ask when they could deliver a ton bag of sand, the lady on the desk was unsure when this could be delivered so pointed me in the direction of one of the lads who then said go and see some guy in the drivers Hut, who then said for me to go out into there busy yard with no hi viz or ppe on to ask a driver if he had time to deliver my order witch I was happy in a day or two. I Didn't think me wondering around the building looking for someone to do a delivery for me is good customer service...

Claim to be open until 1pm on a Sunday, my partner rushed up to get something to finish a job, arrived 12.50 and the shop was shut. Even the sign on their door claims they close at 1pm.

I have used Leeks Tonypandy as my main supplier for my new build bungalow and they are outstanding , from the employees in the store to Darren and Keiron in the office. Very competitive prices and fantastic delivery service.

Absolutely shocking service from Leekes. Ordered 2 sets of lights (not exactly cheap either) online and reserved them for pick up from local store. Estimated delivery was given and on the day I had to phone to check to see if they had arrived in store. Told they wouldn t be available for another 3 months due to manufacturer. Had to email and phone to get a refund and received a sorry after numerous emails to manager and customer services. Had already booked an electrician ready to fit the lights so wasted time and money. No offer of an alternative product or voucher due to the amount of hassle. Will never purchase anything again from Leekes

This place is fine - IF you get served on the first floor department. The staff manning the ground floor cash registers clearly hate dealing with the public and/or their jobs. Barely a please or a thank you and are only too quick to point out a customer's lack of knowledge about the products they sell. I prefer to pick a product then make the long walk upstairs to pay as the staff upstairs are far more congenial and friendly. Very overpriced as a whole though I must say.

Can be very expensive. Charge higher prices to non traders so Traders get a discount

Nothing is ever priced and very unfriendly staff but that's been the same issue for 20+ years.
Just popped in at 4.50 to get some essentials and they've closed 10 mins early again. Useless.

Bought soft sheen paint but what they mixed up was gloss started painting wall's not happy is understatement obvious staff not trained and don't know what they are doing .got a refund but going to cost a lot of money to put my bathroom right will never trust leekes again big mistake to think a big shop professional service

The staff and manger will go above there duty for you. Darren help me a lot when I was doing my house out, a true gentleman, Thank you all your help !

Great bunch of guys working here, great on deliveries and at the front desks, Ann upstairs is fantastic and a credit to this branch always willing to help out finding stuff and giving advise .its a pleasure walking in there and being greeted with a smile and friendly faces.

Delivery times are terrible time they gave me was between 1030-1130 still waiting at 1500hrs had builders waiting that I still had to pay!!!!!.Difficult to get through to the yard and the said that the load had left over an hour ago. I rang back later and the answer I had was hes just about to leave???.?? Just tell the truth and don't lie to customers. I then asked when is my delivery due and they said possibly tomorrow afternoon. Are you taking the piss!!!!!!!!
