Absolutely shocking service from Leekes. Ordered 2 sets of lights (not exactly cheap either) online and reserved them for pick up from local store. Estimated delivery was given and on the day I had to phone to check to see if they had arrived in store. Told they wouldn t be available for another 3 months due to manufacturer. Had to email and phone to get a refund and received a sorry after numerous emails to manager and customer services. Had already booked an electrician ready to fit the lights so wasted time and money. No offer of an alternative product or voucher due to the amount of hassle. Will never purchase anything again from Leekes
