This place is fine - IF you get served on the first floor department. The staff manning the ground floor cash registers clearly hate dealing with the public and/or their jobs. Barely a please or a thank you and are only too quick to point out a customer's lack of knowledge about the products they sell. I prefer to pick a product then make the long walk upstairs to pay as the staff upstairs are far more congenial and friendly. Very overpriced as a whole though I must say.
