I live in a ledic owned apartment and since I ve been there my ceiling has been from the upstairs bathroom into the down nobody to come fix and I m sure that s mold in the ceiling and walls... I no longer use my downstairs bathroom hasn t for 2months of the 4 I ve been living here went to the leasing office on many occasions they even sent someone to tell me my ceiling is fixed when I know I was drying water every night it s to the point I don t care I leave the door closed because I cannot stand the smell of that bathroom it s has bugs coming because it s always wet and I have mold now the air has been out a week and 2 days I can t bring my kids home because of heat and mold this isn t fair yet they expect rent on time I bet when I should be in a hotel on them while they cutting that mold out my ceiling out did I mention that I pregnant this is bad I have pics y all from the 6th, 10th and 30th of August it s an extreme growth

i live in Peaks at West Atlanta and I've been living here going on 8 years now but i move from another unit into this unit because my kids are grown now and out of the house so recently about a year ago they hired a Maintenance guy so i notice things was starting to walk out of my unit so i was blaming my children's and thought they was taking things but i also knew that maintenance also come in my unit to and they wait til you leave
most of the time.so i didn't think anything else of it so i talk to the lady at the rent office concerning not to let anyone come in my unit unless we are at home and they should have a note stating the time and date that maintenance come to do repairs and she told me its not on my time but its on there time so i didn't argue with her so in this unit i just move in here on may 1, 2017 i started getting bitten by insects and i thought that they were mosquitoes in my unit and found out that they were bed bugs by pest control so the rent office was very rude and unprofessional i just found out my wife has stage 4 cancer the same day and i'm trying to get my disability started also so i get this note on my door for bed bug treatment prep and to have it sign by Friday Oct 27 2017 the next day i went to the rent office to tell about the A/C unit still blowing out hot air and they ask me about the sign letter and i told them that i'm going to have someone to look at it because of something i didn't agree with was in it and they threatening to terminate my lease and black mail me because my wife don't want to move so i inform them that it stated on the letter that i had until Friday to sign and return the letter and the property manager told me that i was responsible for my treatment and the whole building if anyone else get infected so i research GA law clearly states the property manager is responsible for payment i really believe i'm being scam because they have there own pest control service so after i turn in the sign letter she said my treatment is 600.00 dollars and i'm terrified at this point thinking how is we going to pay 600.00 in our condition and i better not let them get into any other unit so i went and bought some diatomaceous earth to kill the babies if any hatch before the pest control date. so on the treatment date pest control came and he left within 5 minutes and never came back to do the treatment pretending he had done it also maintenance was stealing out of my unit and i believe they have a scam to rob people of there personal item doing the treatment hours that they are suppose to be gone. that's what happened to me and i didn't call the police because i believe in forgiveness and giving people chances and i wanted to do inventory after the treatment was over. so i let the rent office know that maintenance was stealing out of my unit and all they did was make up lies to cover the maintenance guy so i believe all of them is involved in the scam and now they wont renew our lease in 3 months what a terrible way to treat people and we are not the only victims. i don't know how we suppose to move and pay them within 3 months. somebody !!PLEASE!! Help us my Wife is Dying and they treating us very cruel.paypal.me/HelpUsFightCancer management got in touch with us and agreed to renew our lease if we sign the payment letter so i was trying to contact my lawyer but we could never reach her and my wife and daughter pressured me to sign the letter so i did based on the renewal and now in march they claim to have change management but the same people work in the office. i think they are lieing about the new management just to renig on the agreement and to get us put out on the streets. this is cold hearted and i don't know what else to do. we only have 1 month then our lease will be up. i hope they don't do us like that lord help us.

I live in one of their properties and I don't have a problem with the property actually I love it and as far as for most of their employees their great maintenance does a great job and gets stuff fixed very quickly I stay at Country Oaks Apartments and there are two women that work in the office and go the extra mile they are really helpful but they have one employee by the name of Billy he must be a big manager because we don't see him very often but I know of three cases with me and other residence where he has just flat out lied and talked very rudely to us and me and another Resident have been in the office and heard him talk to other employees like they were nothing it's really sad when one person will mess up everything for the rest of your company but two of us are moving because of this guy he does not need to be in a management position he is extremely rude and unprofessional

My experience with the attending so called manager( Ms. Lucky) has been very unprofessional, disgusting and horrific business person in dealing with the public. . Her mean-spirited attitude turns consumers away. Ironically, three apartments are being gutted out due to a (fire? smoke damage?...Since my stay at the apartment for at least 5 years, management has gone to the pits, particularly ; the office managers(Lucky), it use to be another there, she probably ran her off. Never has there been a Code Inspection to evaluate problems in the apartments...(hot water tanks, electrical issues, plumbing and etc.) The rental prices continue to rise but no maintenance or services has been administer on my behalf... Country Oaks in Hickory use to be a respectable place to live due to Caring Managers and maintenance men (Issac, Jesse) who were professionals and took pride in being the best at what they do...they took care of us and I miss them. They kept the apartments in immaculate condition and lest than two days, they were there to rectify the problem....Unfortunately, in dealing with this particular desk manager at Country Oaks, the manager personifies herself as a "BULY" and will punish you if you are consistent in trying to get things done. She will ignore your requests and disrespect you through her interactions; for example, this morning. May 14, 2019, I reiterate to the manager (Ms. Lucky) from yesterday in reference of a light bulb that should be on as I ascend the steps to my apartment at nights...she said she would send someone by to have it done. Actually, all the apartments outside lights comes on as the day darkens, all the apartment lights automatically comes on prior as the evening darkens. Two nights after the damage, the light was on but was turned off and has not been on since...this concerns my safety because I sometimes work at some nights...and it's pitch black when approaching the apartment. Furthermore, I requested the light to be turn back on as all the lights automatically does. There is no damage to electrical wires to the light of the apartment: Consequently, the light was on the following day after the (smoke? fire, electrical? damage?) but since it's been cut off. I asked ms. Lucky, office manager, for a card of the company, "LEDIC" She said she didn't have one, I asked for the email. She cited numbers, I asked if she could write the email down for me..she said" I got something to do (mind you she just sat down) then repeated the numbers. I asked for her name; with a theatrical attitude (eyes bucking and neck jerking) she proudly said Ms Lucky..I said "really" you don't seen so lucky a lot is happening around you and at this complex..That's not good"'Is that lucky" She's said "YOU BAD, You have a Great Day" I went "HUH" I knew there was issues with this person and didn't want it on me, I left.
In retrospect, I've have waited since Memorial Day of May 2018..last year and inquired to the manager to get the roof prepared in order keep rain from coming through the ceiling then in the apartment when it rains...They said they would get a work order in but nothing has transpired, it leaks in three different places in the front room and I have to place pots on the floor to catch the water. Secondly, the carpet hasn't been clean in two years after renewal lease and each time I request it, manager says "We have a work order in and will get to you according to the work order. Question: WILL THE WORK EVER BE ORDERED?

I love my new LEDIC apartment home! The property is well maintained and the staff is awesome. I mentioned that I scuffed a few walls during my move in and a staff member hand-delivered the touch up paint along with a paint brush. Great customer service!

NEVER stay at Millcreek. We moved out in 2015 & now they are saying we were evicted in Jan. but we lived there until April? So, we took out lost and paid $326 to general sessions court. Now we "owe" rent, late fees, and water ($675) for April 2015?? No one from Ledic has contacted me back Parker takes my messages and the regional manger and direct has not reponded in over a week. The apartments kept paperwork poorly and no one knows where the receipts are. I would never rent from this company again I feel like this issue will end poorly for us.

I am currently a resident at Roxbury Estates. The property manager is a liar. She continously has to be checked on lies she tells around the neighborhood. She starts drama between the residents. She is very dishonest. Unfortunately, I have complained to corporate numerous times about her unprofessional demeanor but they do not take it seriously. She is also not to be trusted. Funny she apologized to me in a text message for lying on me. And being an untrustworthy people.

Been living in short mountain village place for ten years. Since 2014 my place that I rent has flooded every time it comes a heavy downpour. They will only fix the wet carpet problems but they will not fix the flooding issues. Sunday may 23 my house has flooded again. I have called the office and they said they will fix it but guess what only thing they fixed was the wet carpet. There's black mold in my house. This is unsafe living conditions. Ledic said it's not us it's the owner fault. This management place is a big joke because I have a disabled wife and they won't fix our place of residency

I think the title will turn most people away from living here, however if you are still considering then please read further. So to start I am actually a very laid back person, however they have driven me to write this very poor review and post it on any site that I can google search or come up with. I moved into this place awhile back and boy was that a mistake.

First of all there is a policy that maintenance requests have to be completed within 48 hours or they are considered non-compliant. Well apparently this policy means absolutely nothing to the incompetent workers that somehow run this place. Don't even bother using the online maintenance request service because this probably hasn't been checked since who knows when. So now that leaves calling in requests or going to the front office. Great right? WRONG! You have to call between 3 and 5 times in order for them to stop dragging their feet and fix whatever needs to get done. This is also coupled with excuses as to why things haven't gotten done when you complain multiple times. If there is a reason something hasn't been completed within 48 hrs I would like to know. I shouldn't have to track someone down to find answers or stay on top of management to fix a problem. I've gone a week without A/C in the summer to put this into perspective. You are almost better off living in the ghetto like my GF because her apartment problems are fixed the same day.

Now lets talk about their office hour times. There is ZERO oversight on when people will be in office. Don't even bother looking at the website for when they are opened or closed because this is not followed. First of all they are apparently closed on Sundays. Their website says open 1 to 5pm and their are zero signs stating they are closed. In fact, there are signs that say be back at 1:30! On top of this apparently they close at 5:30pm on weekdays, but don't expect anyone to be there past 5pm regardless the sign saying "open" on their front office.

Recently I tried to escalate my concerns with the LEDIC Property Management group. This isn't much better and I knew I was in trouble when they had a 1.4 rating on google. Everyone seems to have the same complaints as me just at different properties. I've tried to call a few times now and of course nobody has answered yet.

Save yourself the trouble and go live somewhere else.

To anyone considering moving into their apartments or on their properties anywhere throughout the united states should consider it again!!!! Unless You Stay in the UpScales town of your cities. And have a little extra to spend. You with get treated with royalty .Atitudes in their management department is absolutely uncalled for FOR others. WHO ARE LESS FORTUNATED .Who does that? WHO DO YOU THINK ARE PAYIN YOUR BILLS??? "NOT ONLY ARE GATES BROKEN AND CRIME IS HIGHER BECAUSE THEY COULD FIX THEM AND THEY DON'T" IT SHOWS U THAT ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND NOT U. DO THEY CARE? Buena Vista Senior Community in Cleburne, TX would...

Buena Vista Senior Community in Cleburne, TX would be the perfect place for seniors to live if it were not for the management. The problems are masked by the extra efforts made to correct problems at state inspection time and keep the residents quiet by not giving them any avenues to voice their concerns. The setting is nice and the floor plans are well laid out. The residents enjoy getting to know one another through several activities. However, when a resident has an issue that needs to be addressed from anything as small as a light bulb being replaced to repairs and facility issues such as constant security gates being non functional to elevators that often break down for a week or more at a time, there is no evidence of management acting swiftly to correct the problems-only lots and lots of excuses. Often the residents themselves are blamed and talked to rudely. I have even heard from several residents being told that if they don t like the way things are handled they can leave. Residents complaints are treated with hostility, rudeness and there is never a sense of urgency to address the needs of the residents. It often takes several calls, visits to the office or even having a family member or friend having to intervene or advocate for the resident in order to get results. There is no one on staff during the weekends to address issues. It is no wonder that there are often vacancies that go unfilled. It is disheartening to see seniors and their families treated with such utter lack of disrespect by the management staff. I hope something can be done to provide staff with training and better oversight from LEDIC. I would be happy to provide video, pictures and testimonies from residents as well as discuss this further.

The only reason they get a star is due to the fact you have to put a star in order to give a review. I live @ the Bartlett apts. Let me tell you, it's been a horrible experience since Ledic took over. We went months without a manager. They had Corp here to "help out", yea they never did. NOAMI who is Corp has the worst attitude, she is useless, and very unhelpful. 2 people that work here that are amazing is our manager now and Pablo from maitence. Don't rent if this company is in charge, rude staff, nothing ever gets done. No matter how many work orders you put in they don't get fixed. And if you call Corp office, they never answer. Or return phone calls. This lady Naomi has been in the office everyday for the past 2 weeks, I've been calling to get my back door fixed and my shower, yea she doesn't answer the phone or when she does she hang up. She yelled @ my husband was rude to our son, and was extremely rude to me. My dog could do a better job @ Noamis job, that's how bad her customer service is. This company should be done with. Believe me BBB dept and the Housing authority will be getting emails and calls from me. This company is pathetic and useless. I wish the owner would read the reviews from my apts, he would know what kinda mess he got into.

I am living at The Peaks of MLK and there has been six breaks ins of apartments during the weekend . I had to go to the office repeatedly to get my door fixed . The third time I went the Maintenance guy told me that my unit was not on the list to get fixed after The Property Manager told me I was . The property Manager is not helpful at all. In addition to this I have placed several work orders and it has been two months and still no service . Terrible front office . We need security on the property as well to maintain a high presence to prevent break ins

UPDATE: The issue I had has now been resolved! The new Ledic area supervisor Carrie and the new maintenance supervisor replaced my washer and dryer completely once they were made aware of the situation and even offered a $100 rent credit for our next month's rent. Thank you for getting people who listen and care about residents!

I currently live at Wedgewood Village Apartment Homes in Oklahoma City, OK, which was recently bought out by LEDIC. I have had a horrible time with the front office personnel at Wedgewood. I put in a work order IN PERSON for my washer to be fixed at the end of May (or so I thought). A week and a half went by, no one from maintenance had come by to even look at the washer. So I went back up to the office to check on the work order and make sure they were going to have someone look at it. THE SAME WOMAN (older lady, short spikey brown hair, glasses) I talked to the first time told me there was no work order in the system for my apartment, and that "I guess she forgot to put it in the computer", and that she would put it in and give it to one of the maintenance guys right away and send them out to look at it once she was done (this was around 4pm and the office closes at 5:30pm). She ended up not getting the work order to him until the next day, he was very nice when he came out and looked at it and said he would have to order a special part since the locking mechanism was broken on the door. He also asked when we had put in the work order, I told him a week and a half ago, and he said he gets so frustrated with her because she won't give him the work orders or she will forget, then he looks bad because people think it's his fault things aren't getting taken care of. So he said he would order the part and it would take a few days to get here, then he would be back to fix it once he got the part in. A few days went by and I hadn't heard anything, so I went to the office and asked what the status was for the part. The same lady said it was ordered and on its way. Fast forward another week- I went back up to the office to check on our work order, to see if the part was in transit since it had been more than a few days. The other front office lady, Stephanie, told me she wasn't sure whether the part had been ordered or not, but she would ask maintenance and talk to her manager for me then give me a call once she found out. Surprise, she never called. Fast forward ANOTHER week- I go back in the office asking why the washer has NOT been fixed yet, (same lady as the first time that forgot to put in the work order) and she "didn't have a clue what I was talking about". So I reminded her my apartment number, and she said we might be one of the ones that need our washer replaced. I then told her that the maintenance guy told us that he just needed to order a part, and she conveniently remembered. She said the part was on its way and that I need to be patient because "it takes time". I asked how long it would be until the part got here because I have been without a washer for 3 weeks now, unable to wash my clothes, and she said she was not sure and very sarcastically said "I know, it's such an inconvenience". Since then my husband and I have called the front office asking what the status was on our washer getting fixed and have gotten false promises of "let me talk to my manager and I will call you back" with no calls back. It is now almost July and our washer is STILL broken and not fixed. I have not had any problems with maintenance or the front office staff until LEDIC bought them a few months ago. Ever since then for whatever reason, the front office people seem to be rude and unprofessional, even though they were the same staff that was there before LEDIC management. All I want is for my washer to be fixed so I don't have to keep spending money at a stupid expensive laundromat where people steal my underwear! We are TIRED of getting the run-around and this needs to be fixed ASAP.

The way Buena Vista Apt in Cleburne has treated my mother is atrocious. For a month her apartment has been infested with roaches and management had never even bothered to call the exterminator.
Her and the assistant manager have been no help. This apartment has been treated with very little. A couple of small sprays, two bombs and they didn't leave. Management has said this is a long running problem which is false, heavens my mother cleans light bulbs. A few months ago she has extension cords to the outside of her apartment since Mandy refused to call a certified electrician. They won't change smoke alarm batteries so smoke alarms are constantly beeping for days. Residents are afraid to say anything for fear of getting kicked out. This is no way to run a senior community or any community. I could go on and on. Mandy wouldn't even give the name of this company out. Very poor customer service. I do have to say my mother loves her apartment and the people there and does not want to move and is worried about repurcussions. . Wonder if anyone can help.

Follow up on roaches. My sister went to the business Buena Vista uses, showing the owner the roaches she carried in a jar. He had no idea this was going on and no management had never called. He said he would make this right and am keeping fingers crossed. I just hope the toxicity of all the previous treatment doesn't hurt her, especially the bombs. Which the exterminator says does no good.

I have been with the company for 9/12 yrs they are the worst. I pay rent on time been to court over rent I have paid and have problems after problems. The people in office are very unprofessional. I paid rent twice this month and they have failed to give me my money back. I'm waiting on a check and no one has contact me or given me updates on what's going on. I have left a numerous amount of messages daily still to this day I don't have a response. I have paid rent several of months which has been lost on several occasions. I'm ready for court again if matter isn't hadle its a shame I have to make a public announcement and not be able to speak with someone. I hope this gets to who it needs to get to.

My experience of paying rent on time for 2 years has been horrible. Millcreek leasing management is very unprofessional. Ledic does not return phone calls. Very bad place to rent from they expect me to pay 2 months of rent when I haven't been inside my apartment for weeks due o another mental ill tenant coming to my door all type of hours threating me because she feels I stole her kids. I have several police report they haven't even offered to move me into another unit. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM VERY UNPROFESSION!!!!!!!!!

From our upstairs neighbors flooding our apartment and next door neighbor causing our apartment building to catch fire . . . the property staff was amazing and helped my family through it all!

Management company that is a complete failure at what they do. Scott Ledbetter owns nice properties and you'll pay the very highest rents for them. Everything will appear normal and maintained to a aesthetic degree until you've had 3/4 months to discover that management is not their forte'. Management staff turnover is ridiculous, they must give the job to any entry level person off of the street. The staff is not skilled in customer service, they can however take a message and hang up on you. Maintenance is worse. No maintenance services on weekends, no emergency availability. Today a family with 2 toddlers had to evacuate their apartment because maintenance wasn't available to fix a broken AC unit. If you live in the South, you cannot live without AC in the Summer, not even for one day. Scott Ledbetter knows this, and he knows most of his properties are at a 40-50% rental rate before he purchases them. He's not concerned about the communities he owns, the families paying rents so high that they surpass the rate of a traditional mortgage. Housing is a issue in our nation not because there isn't enough of it, there are just too many folks like the Ledbetters who own tens of thousands of properties and are greedy. It shows in their lack of customer service and the reviews that are left. If you can avoid housing that is property managed under LEDIC REALTY do yourself a favor and don't live in their communities.

LEDIC just took over management of my house which is part of a scattered site project in Louisville, KY. In the time they have been managing, they have failed to protect my daughter and I from a dangerous and threatening neighbor who also rented from them, filed eviction on me after I paid my rent 10 days early, then got smart and angry with me and couldn't understand why I was upset, and I have had an open code violation on my house because there are sink holes in my back yard...there has been a violation since JUNE. Today they tried to tell me they had cut the grass and fixed the holes...I guess they don't think people have cameras...no one has ever cut any grass but the person I paid, even though the Code Inspector told me not to allow ANYONE in my back yard because it was dangerous. I only ever had the grass cut because it was hip deep and growing into the air conditioning unit causing it to make a terrible noise.
They liedon't to me blatantly today, and I assume they plan to do the same when we meet with code next week.
You can call LEDIC in TN anytime, and I guarantee they won't call you back. You can call the local office here, and no one ever answers. They have the worst customer service in the history of the world. I had no yard all summer. I had to send my child away because my neighbors threatened to kidnap and rape her, and it took LEDIC 2 months to do anything. I now have an eviction on my record because their office got broken into and they filed eviction on EVERYONE'S RENT THAT WAS STOLEN!!!!! I WISH THERE WERE NEGATIVE STARS!!!!

i got a bad experience with ledic. the property that i used to live was spanish creek in el paso tx. 4 yrs ago their office was rob they got all the money orders from the resident on march 2014. after 4 yrs they are trying to collect their loss with the residents that i paid on time. ledic have sent to collection they want me to make me pay the amount of their crime. i got an attorney i have the police report im going to fight. i ask for that record and they aparently avoid to speak about it they want money. they erased that crime but a police report exist. ledic is a fraud. I worked for Ledic in the Montgomery office for about a year and it was a great experience. The company has a very good culture which values and respects employees. The pay and benefits are competitive and the work environment is top notch.

I have been trying to contact someone about my apartment for over two weeks and I have left multiple voice-mail and no one has gothen back with me. There was a fire in the complex I live in and the water suspension system damaged my apartment. No one from the office contacted me or my emergency contact that anything had happened to my apartment. I just happened to have a friend drive by that day and ask me why the fire trucks and yellow tape around my complex!!! If she hadn't had contacted me I wouldn't have known until one got home late that night with no where to live!!!!! That Monday, after NINETEEN phone calls, someone answered the phone saying it was safe to go back into my apartment and the work would be done by that Tuesday or Wednesday. The fans to dry my apartment left my apartment Thursday morning. I have damaged walls, missing baseboards, and the door is warped so bad you have to body slam it to open and close it. My body is SORE just getting in and out of my apartment. Later that week my window leaked and I had to call the after hours who were rude and unprofessional. They never got back to me when they said they would. Weeks later, I still don't know if the windows have been fixed. My apartment is a mess. I have funiture moved so they can fix the walls, door, and baseboards. It's very cramped and uncomfortable to live in my apartment and my body is sore and achy from trying to open and close my front door constantly with so much force. I have tried contacting my property office and the LEDIC office multiple times, with multiple voicemails over the issues and no one has gotten back to me in over two weeks.

Purchased a home, LEDIC is the property management company who has allowed a home within the association to become in such deplorable condition that it has to be torn down. As a homeowner I am dealing with insects, stray animals in and around the property, overgrown bushes, and a stench. If someone from the LEDIC staff was living next door I do not think that they would have allowed it to get so offensive and dangerous. I do not think they have even been out to see and smell the property. In my opinion they have been extremely negligent in how the exterior of the property has and is being maintained.

After several attempts I was able to meet with the leasing agent, Morgan, to view a couple of units in downtown Memphis. The agent was unprofessional and seemed to be high. During the showing she spent THE WHOLE TIME on her phone. I would be less harsh on this as I too conduct business on my phone, but the time it took to get me to get a reply back from her was ridiculous and the "business" on her phone was her sending photos of herself in various states of dress to someone through text. The units themselves seemed to be ok, I had several questions that she was unable to answer and when I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to with my questions she gave me a flat out no. If that is the kind of service you put on your front lines of a business It's a business I want nothing to do with. I was able to lease a similar unit from another company and had an angel of an agent that was attentive and helpful every step of the way.

I moved from Cantrell Heights Apts in March 2018 (YES! NINE MONTHS AGO) and am being given the run around for my security deposit! This management company deserves 0 stars. The complex they manage the boulevard apartments are terrible. The maintenance coordinator has a horrible attitude. I have been without air. A stove that sparks and could catch a fire at any minute. Not to mention the fuse box blowed after it was sparking and could have caught a fire. I've had a leak that caused mold. Bats all threw the house because of these apartments. I also submitted a e-mail to this company and they did not bother to answer me at all period. I have missed work to deal with issues that maintenance don't come when they are supposed to and lie on their work orders. But I guess that's ok with ledic. Now I'm without power in my apartment and no one cares. Terrible business terrible apartments the boulevard apartments. I'm thinking of just packing up and breaking my lease. Terrible!!!!!

I payed rent on time each and every month for over two years. They tried to change the terms of moving out and giving notice with a simple letter on my door and now after moving out they have not sent any return of deposit whatsoever. I left the place immaculate. The only thing damaged was some blinds by my cat which I paid a 300 non-refundable deposit for. A dripping hole in my shower was left unfixed for over 6 months! It was dripping from the upstairs neighbors shower. A leaking roof was fixed and then molded baseboards and carpets were left in the apartment. Never rent an apartment at The Esplanade by the Lake in OKC. This company will not return calls or deposits. They will also tack on fees not stated or outlined in your lease and take referral fees to make up for their mistake. My next stop is the better business bureau.

These people are outright crooks. I live in an apartment community that was named Bentonville Commons in Bentonville Arkansas when it was operated by them. Now that it is operated bu5a different company, certain discrepancies have come to light. I typically all pay my rent on time or months in advance. When the group operating this site found that they were going to be out of work, they took advantage of this. I just found out that when I paid three months I advance in December, the management group only recorded two months. They pocketed $580. Now, I am trying to figure out what to do. Don't do business with these people. They are thieving scum. If I could give negative stars, I would.

UPDATE ON PREVIOUS REVIEW: Since my last review ,my locks have been changed. I received two visits to my apartment, by the LEDIC regional supervisory staff. They were interested, understanding, empathetic and assured me they are committed to improving this complex's standard of living. Some of those concerns have already been addressed by the LEDIC Management Group. I have had long awaited repairs done, and new more competent staff has been hired. The LEDIC staff are interacting with tenants to get their input. I am seeing a positive change. The LEDIC staff really seem committed to turning this complex into the great community that it can be.

Worst place to live. I have family that lives at one of their apartments called Mesa Place in Texas and the management is the worst. They do not allow for any flexibility meaning you are basically not allowed to have anything you your patio. Another thing for the people that live here they barely feel like they are home at all. They have so many restrictions on your apartment that unless you plan to leave soon you will be uncomfortable living there because they place so many restrictions. No flower pots outside your apt, no scooters inside, no window ac's, no parked cars for more than 1 month regardless if its a brand new 2012 car, no pets not even birds (by the way just get a doctors note saying you need a dog if you want one). I mean for the people that are paying money a lot of money to live there I expect them to have more liberty with what they do there. Of course they may not have money to live somewhere else but nonetheless they are still paying to be there and they are not allowed to do so many things. The worst place to live. I currently live at the Red Hills Villas and the apartments are nice and clean , I love the area so much I referred a friend to live their as well. I was told I would get a $300 referral fee and I was super excited. Once my friend paid the deposit and moved it I still never got it, So I spoke with someone at the front office and she confirmed that yes I would get it in November ( this month ) so yesterday I went to the office to make sure and I was told that my friend has to be current... But I was told after she paid her 30 day's I would get it, she is now paying her second month and I don't have it. UPDATED REVIEW: LEDIC Management was prompt to response to my emails and i received a call from an Area/Regional Manager within the same day. She was kind and showed empathy. I will still be moving out of Wedgewood Village when my lease is up in April, but understand it is NOT because of LEDIC Management, but rather the people at the front desk. I apologize for having to say this, but it does need to be known. I would gladly live in another complex or housing that was managed by LEDIC.

If you see the name of this company on your lease, be prepared to be underserved as a tenant. I'm currently a tenant at the Peaks @ MLK, we can't receive mail to our mailboxes because property management refuses to fix them. The Post office says we will have purchase P.O. boxes just to receive mail!!! Couple that with these buildings being INFESTED with cockroaches, the destroyed security gates, dangerous playground and numerous break ins...it should be free to live here. Slumlords! And the state of Georgia offers NO HELP in dealing with this garbage!

Please go take your business to an apartment community that APPRECIATES IT'S RESIDENTS. I've lived in my ledic community for over almost 10 years and you only hear from them when the rent is due or when there is an inspection approaching. I'm pissed because I placed an emergency maintenance call on 9/15 for no air. 2 days later, I still have not heard from management. What's the point of allowing residents to report maintenance emergencies if you are going to treat it as routine maintenance? Having no air when it's almost 100 degrees outside is life threatening. My thermostat is reading 94 degrees on the inside and no one from maintenance has reached out. Good thing bad news travels fast as in now I will not hesitate to give ledic poor reviews every chance I get. If you want to inconvenience me as a resident and treat me like a non factor, the I shall impact your bottom line!
