I currently live at the Red Hills Villas and the apartments are nice and clean , I love the area so much I referred a friend to live their as well. I was told I would get a $300 referral fee and I was super excited. Once my friend paid the deposit and moved it I still never got it, So I spoke with someone at the front office and she confirmed that yes I would get it in November ( this month ) so yesterday I went to the office to make sure and I was told that my friend has to be current... But I was told after she paid her 30 day's I would get it, she is now paying her second month and I don't have it. I don't see how her account being in whatever status affects me when I got them the business and got a tenant to move in, I wanted my discount and it keeps being put off.
