What a bad service they have here. E-mail conversations are sometimes 2 days in between, telephone is not answered and I already feel completely ignored as a customer ..

Beautiful recessed spots bought, excellent quality. Delivery time slightly longer than indicated but clear communication about this.

There are indeed several days between questions and answers. I ordered an ecodim2 LED dimmer here, this works very slowly, it takes 2 seconds for the light to turn on with various LED lamps tested. Is dismissed as normal and would be better for the "soft start" lamps I am crazy about having a Jung dimmer 1730DD and works perfectly.

No product received, no email after 10 days. Service desk is unreachable.
Of course paid, but this does not look good
