Saw some negative reviews, the staff took great care of me as well as my vehicle.

I wish I could give this place Zero Stars. By the far the worst experience I had parking. I paid for my parking 12 hours before our show at the Private Bank Theater and showed up to park and was refused by the attendant. There was 2 spots open when we arrived and I was told by the attendant that I could not use one of them. They were not marked reserved (which I did reserve my spot earlier in the day). The attendant decided to move her personal vehicle into one of the open spots and told us to leave the garage because it was full. We were treated extremely bad as she would not provide an explanation to why we could not park. She walked away and entered her attendant office and proceeded to call security. After speaking with the security officer Jordan Dixon he admitted that we had a valid point and we had purchased a spot and one was available. It was a humiliating experience and it caused us to be late for our show that we were waiting months to see. I hope that other parkers/patron choose a different location to park to avoid our experience. Do Not Park Here!!! You can see the attendant car in the photo. She claimed her name is Kathy (sure it was a bogus name).

terrible experience. B&t!chy customer service. Scam you out of tons of money with extra fees. Place is the biggest scam of all time.

Very well located for going to the Bank of America theater. Once parked you come up into the lobby of an office building almost directly across from the theater. Plus the garage was heated, great for the freezing day we went. The slightly tricky part was finding the garage. Entrance isn't on W Monroe. Instead, you turn from Dearborn into Marble Place, which is an alleyway. Getting in and out was quick, at least when we went.

Clean, convenient and reasonable...took me a minute to figure out how to get back in to find my car though

Didn't see any open spot (despite reserving one in advance) until someone left. Also signs said to turn in your keys, but the attendant just pointed me in the direction of the exit, leaving me confused. Turned out alright but was a bit worrisome.

Cancelled my monthly parking after one month with them. Terrible management, rude staff, customer support who argue rather than offer support, the list goes on.

Close to the adkison law firm and downtown shopping and eating. Expensive parking but thats how it is there. The garage is nice and goes into a beautiful building. Make sure you have your ticket on you because they check.

Stone age manual system. Took forever for the "attendant" to process my online cell phone payment. Get with the program

Incompetent slimy establishment that let a theif without a ticket steal a customer's car. After victimizing their customers, management is still giving these poor people the the run-around not returning their calls. worse yet there are no video cameras which would have captured this theft after the employee mistakenly gave the keys to the wrong person.

Visiting Chicago on October 13 from DC. Arrived around 10 PM to park my car but the parking attendant was the most unprofessional person my wife and I met. He did not want to help us or ask any questions about the rates. Not a welcoming experince for my 3rd visit to Chicago. I hope the owner read this to take corrective action with this employee. We located another garage for the week with more professional service.

We reserved parking ahead of time. Easy to find and nice clean garage.
