Just absolutely awful. Avoid any dealings with Lebara. I've only been with them for a couple of weeks, after switching from EE for a pay as you go at Lebara, what a huge mistake that was. Have had to contact Lebara's customer services numerous times over the past weeks (which I was billed for each time) for basic SIM problems and each time there's been some "technical problem" with their systems which they take several business days to resolve for me, leaving me all this time without a functioning phone. Apparently now I'm going to have to wait for 4 days (for what was initially promised to be 2h) for a PAC code to move away from them.
