Worst customer service ever. Do not order directly from LM. I orders a bit extender for a Titanium Charge and a saw and diamond file for a Surge on Jan 18 @36$ of which 6$ was ups shipping for the 4 ounces of accessories. Tracking says my local PO received it on the 25th.Today is late the 29th and neither ups or usps knows where it's at and said LM needs to initiate an "investigation". After calling LMs non existent customer service twice and emailing twice, a very aggressive woman basically keeps telling me to pound sand(keep waiting). Looks like I'll need to get Mastercard involved on Monday.
