Leads Const. did a fantastic job repairing water damage in our family room. We can t even see where the repair work was done they did such a great job blending it with existing walls and ceiling. Dave was great to work with and extremely helpful in determining the source of our problem. I would recommend them for any repair or remodeling job.

Everybody I interacted with at Leads were very polite and professional from the estimate (Garth) to project management (Kevin), to the project itself (Marcin and Roman). Our school had a small flood from a broken sprinkler head and Leads did a great job restoring it and you could never guess that there was a flood. Their prices were also fair as they matched up very well with our insurance adjustor's initial assessment.

Very Good! All the workers were very helpful and polite. Made the experience of redoing the entire outside of the house seamless!

They replaced our roof after hail damage and we were so impressed. They worked with out insurance company to make it all work out smoothly, and they worked with our frustrating permit system so we didn't have to do anything. Best of all, I was 37 weeks pregnant during all of this and they came on a Saturday and worked all day in the crazy heat to get it done before baby came. These guys are amazing!

We had a house fire and Leads Construction company was in charge of the renovation. I can not believe how cooperative they were. My house is beautiful and all updated. The worked with the insurance company and now my house is up to code. I have nothing but praise for this company.

February 2020, a drunk driver drove into our house. We picked and used LEADS Construction to repair our house. The BEST choice we ever made. Starting with Derek & Joe from LEADS, to subcontractor Tom & his fantastic crew. Everything was done first class,from first detailed proposal to the end of job cleanup. They were attentive to our needs and concerns, they gave valued insight for improvement, , any item that needed additional work was completed promptly. Very skilled tradesmen in all aspects of the reconstruction. LEADS followed through on all our calls and Emails.

I was referred to Leads Construction Company after experiencing storm damage to our roof, which caused a bad leak into a finished area on the upper level. A less reputable company could have easily taken advantage of the situation, and proposed all sorts of un-necessary work. But, the crew from Leads did a TRULY EXCELLENT job in diagnosing the source of the leak, as well as HONESTLY proposing and performing the right solution at a VERY FAIR AND REASONABLE PRICE, saving our home from further damage during a year of seemingly endless rain.

Leads assisted us with our kitchen remodel after a unfortunate dishwasher leak . They made a stressful situation less stressful! The level of professionalism was fantastic! They were the best and I cannot recommend them enough . We will be using them for future projects !

LEADS Construction did an outstanding job for us. Though the job took longer than we'd like, many of the items we chose to order were on back order. Dave B did a great job meeting our expectations and delivering a great product. LEADS did 2 bathrooms for us, and an office. We later added small side jobs, while they were working here, like patching and painting other rooms. In all cases, they did a great job and one year later, the Dave B contacted me to make sure everything was still going well (it is). Needless to say, we sent LEADS Construction a referral, and they picked LEADS for their project, as well.

My mother had an awful experience and they are asking for reviews in lieu of a $25 gift card which they never send. Took forever.

We had a pipe burst during the polar vortex last year and Leads helped us repair everything to get back into our condo quickly.

They helped us negotiate with our insurance to get the coverage we needed to repair all the damages.

There were a couple minor mistakes and they came back and fixed them. What s crazy is they came back to fix stuff after we paid them so it speaks volumes to who they are as a company. (My brother-in-law works in construction and he was shocked they came back after we had paid them.)

Everything was beautiful. Joe and Tom were kind people to work with and we really appreciated them throughout the process.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Leads Construction on an insurance claim we had at our house. Our kitchen and living area were affected by a water loss. Even though this was a stressful time in our lives, the folks at Leads Construction did their best to ease our worries and quickly restore our home. So I was introduced to Leads construction from the water mitigation company my insurance recommended for my home. I had a roof leak that affected multiple rooms as well as needed to repair my roof. Needless to say the damage was extensive...

John and Garth came out and meet with me and went over the scope of work. I had a few questions I needed answered and they were more than happy to take the time to answer all my concerns.

Everything came out great and I would use them again if I needed some remodeling. Hopefully not because of water...

I can honestly say our family enjoyed the level of professionalism and patience Leads contractors provided. I only have one because I can t leave zero. Leads construction is unresponsive once they get the insurance check. We vacated our home for 4 months so they could work fast inside and they still came in 3 months late. They missed their pre Thanksgiving completion date, then Christmas, then the new year and never updated us once with an exact date they just declared it done with multiple outstanding items. Joe L. and Zach H don t return calls, texts or emails from me or my insurance agent.

Leads try s to get you to pick very cheap material to save costs for themselves. This happened every step of the way from carpeting, cabinets, paint and the list goes on. They wanted us to choose presswood cabinets from a book when ours were hand made custom cabinets.

Two examples of their lies were our cabinet handles and supports. Joe L. told us and our insurance agent the brass handles for our cabinets were no longer made and actually screwed 30 old handles into brand new cabinets. We found the company on line, in business and bought the handles for Joe to replace. The second are the supports in my kitchen cabinets some brass and some plastic no explanation why. We had to beg Joe L for a final walk through, the entire project was a nightmare.

The best part was they hounded us for payment while work was still on going. I can t warn you enough.

The men that did and completed the work on painting and roof repair did an excellent job. I couldnt have asked for a better group of men. Thank you

We had leakage from our master bath into our dining room. You would never know there was damage. The work was terrific and Kevin was a pleasure to deal with.

Recently, I had water damage in several rooms. Leads Construction of Burr Ridge came to the rescue. Vic, the owner, carefully itemized and photographed the damage for submission to the insurance company. I felt I was in good hands. This proved to be true.

Joe and his crew of Mike, Nick and others beautifully painted and did repairs. The furniture, pictures, light fixtures were protected and put back in place. Every question and concern was handled patiently and politely. Also, I appreciated Andrea keeping me informed in a timely manner during the process of approval and scheduling.

For any future work I might need I know I will call Leads Construction. Great work. Thank you.

We recently used Leads after they were recommended by my insurance agent for repair of storm damage & couldn't of been more satisfied. From Zachary working with adjustor to assure the claim was fair, complete & accurate to Kevin's communications about progression of work, to Jakub & his crew's high quality roofing & gutter repairs, the work was completed seamlessly. Jakub had excellent customer service & his recommendations assured we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend Leads.

After receiving my insurance pay out, and reaching out to Zach on several occasions with no response, I contacted the main office. I spoke with Arlene, who was very helpful, and in turn had Zach reach out to me. After we spoken I made it clear what I wanted fixed. I received the contract from them, and it was a complete replacement, not a repair, which I made clear was all I wanted. I reached out to Zach, again, twice, finally receiving a text response telling me that they are not willing to take on my job because they are general contractors.

Do not waste your time with this company. They seem to string you along.

I had Leads repair my house after a hailstorm in May of 2019. Kevin and Luke were both very helpful with explaining the process, showing what was doing each day, and doing a great job with the repairs. I would definitely recommend them!

Leads Construction was great! They were recommended by our insurance company after a serious fire destroyed our kitchen. They were there from the beginning to help with the entire process to get everything right and back to normal. First step, was they recommended a good smoke/fire remediation company to go with (which we used) and then when remediation was done, Leads Construction took over and worked diligently with getting the proper village permits to start reconstruction, handled the kitchen design, kitchen installation (cabinetry, tile, floor, electric, plumbing), coordinating having their team on-site with appliance delivery, coordinating having their team on-site when there were installation and appliance-delivery issues, and handled the village inspection process (electric, plumbing). Our project lead was Kevin and he was nothing but helpful, friendly and understanding throughout the entire process. Thanks to Derek as well, who was first member on-site to help things get rolling. Thank you Leads!

Absolutely no communications whatsoever.
We were recommended to Leads by our water mitigation company to repair the rest of our condo unit. It was difficult to reach Zach from the very first day and several days passed, we finally reached him and was told that the project has been dropped. Who does that??? We wasted days in the hotel to hear back when he could have told us the day he came to inspect the house.
