After receiving my insurance pay out, and reaching out to Zach on several occasions with no response, I contacted the main office. I spoke with Arlene, who was very helpful, and in turn had Zach reach out to me. After we spoken I made it clear what I wanted fixed. I received the contract from them, and it was a complete replacement, not a repair, which I made clear was all I wanted. I reached out to Zach, again, twice, finally receiving a text response telling me that they are not willing to take on my job because they are general contractors.

Do not waste your time with this company. They seem to string you along.
