Good quality hotel. Well located. Valet can take some time, but it s free and that s more important.

Rooms are well appointed.

Great service. The dinner menu of fish sandwich was amazing. They also rent you a bike for free. The wifi in my room worked very well. It's just too pricy with a resort fee being charged on top of the base charge.

Nice hotel but the photos hanging on the walls in the room could be a bit more diverse.

242 room and noise the entire bar or restaurant open. No exhaust fan in bathroom do fogged up after shower.

Stay away from this hotel spg platinum members! The complementary breakfast is simply a joke... I ve ordered by the menu anyway (on my own costs) and asked for some complementary bread to my eggs dish which was denied. Will not come back to this hotel!

Great amenities and free sparkling wine as a guest. The rooms are good sized. I would recommend

The hotel is located at a good place, near Santa Monica just 1 kilometer approximately.

At the first day after I checked in, I had a hot water problem in my room. The staff whose name is called "Pedro Escobal" helped us a lot. He changed and updated our room to a very good room (#734). I appreciated very much and am satisfied with this solution.

It is a hotel which I would recommend it.

Ate at the the lounge, the portions were small, the menu was limited but good food. Is this European style?

I absolutely loved this place! The customer service is fantastic. I recommend taking advantage of the bike rentals and going to th beach. One thing to watch out for is the additional $30 resort fee. I dont know why they dont just list this in the posted price.

Hotel was very nice, off the street but they provided shuttle. Room is in decent size, but utilities seems a bit old. No restaurant near by, guests have to go to downtown for food

The front desk people were rude. I travel frequently on business and never seen hotel staff such as these. Hotel itself was ok, but smelly sheets and towels tell me something s not worth the high hotel rate.

Dated, void of design perspective, hugely overpriced and homogenous, and the location is central but utterly uncharming.

3 stars because the staff is pleasant. The walls are thin and I haven't had a good night of sleep in a couple days because both neighbors have been loud at all hours. Not worth what they are charging.

Great hotel near Santa Monica Beach and 3rd Street shopping. Excellent service and large rooms. Only negative is that while lovely, pool area is a bit small and can get crowded on sunny weekends, making it hard to find a seat.

Their service and amenities are excellent. They will bend over backwards to fix any problem, or accommodate any circumstance.

Love this place. Close to Venice and SM pier. If your a skareboarder, legendary Dogtown area. DTC

Convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach! The hotel is very clean and the fitness center has everything you'd need. Great hotel but a little pricey.

Mostly a wonderful stay. Heater/AC loud rattled like RV airplanes. Wind and rain in room under patio door.

Currently staying for 5 days. Staff is friendly and the public areas are well maintained. My room is comfortable with nice decor.

Amazing place to stay, awesome view of Santa Monica beach, room service was delicious. Clean soft beds, Apple TV available, jacuzzi on the balcony over looking the ocean. Rental bike available in the front. Will be returning to this hotel.

Amazing service from Mr. Samuel Shofet. Very professional compare to the other hotel we stayed at yesterday.
He welcomed my friend and I with a glass of champagne and no racism service here.
Rooms are great and cosy and the staff members are friendly and so as the valet.
Continue the great service and respect is everything.

Visited the hotel for the 2017 LA Marathon. Being that I was running, the hotel put us in a quiet area without asking. The room was spacious, clean, and decorated nice. All service was great. Will stay again. Especially for the marathon. The location and price was perfect.

Very nice hotel, great service, complimentary Valet parking and free shuttle ride to the pier. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Le Meridien Delfina was fantastic. I highly recommend it. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and very comfortable and the food in the restaurant was tasty. I absolutely loved the free valet parking and bicycles. I plan to stay there on future trips.

Celebrated my birthday in Santa Monica and stayed at Le Meridian. Everything was fantastic and Clara at the front desk made it a extra special.

Spacious rooms. Great location. And ask for Beto Bacerra, manager. Been in the business since he was 15. Very personable and focused on guest satisfaction and comfort.

Great hotel! Was going to give it 4 stars but staff and perks were so great, decided to bump them up. Suite was nice though it is slightly smaller than I'd hoped. Decor is good, modern and fun.

Great facilities. Great staff. Great location. Couldn't ask for more. We will definitely be staying here again!

A very nice hotel that is close to the ocean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only drawback I saw was the lack of an in room coffee maker.

Nice place overall, free champagne at check-in :). I didn't really use the amenities but there is free wifi which worked well for Netflix etc.

Pretty room so long as you don't look too closely at the makeshift and sloppy remodeled room. I would stay somewhere else for the price. Stains on the floor from rusty pipes, paint peeling on the vanity, carpet bubbling, all sorts of electric cord extentions, and what is going on with the sprinkler system...

I m very disappointed with this hotel. I booked my room 3 weeks ago to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my husband. We booked a suite with the jacuzzi in the balcony we paid a very high rate. 1 day before my reservation I get an email, not even a call, by the director asking to get in contact with the hotel. I called the hotel and they told me the suite I booked and already paid for is no longer available due to an emergency. I understand emergencies happen but the options the director Bruno Santos provided were not held as satisfactory standards. I felt the hotel did not make an effort to accommodate this inconvenience. Unfortunately our plans have been canceled due to this unexpected circumstance.

Avoid at all costs. The staff is rude and non responsive, you will be charged for strange charges without any reason, etc. A 4 star hotel would do way better

Health alert: there is a mold problem in this hotel. We had to switch 2 rooms before we got one without the smell of mold. Staff was not happy and almost refused to show us the third room.

The third room s thermostat was broken.

On top of that a resort fee was added to our reservation which is a dirty practice done by some local hotels which spoiled the first impression.

Would not recommend.

Hotel is fine, but they charge you a daily $35 fee for the '' complimentary '' services, such as parking. Kind of dishonest, if you ask me.

Nice hotel over all, but a bit of a walk to the beach and an uphill walk to get back. I would find something closer next time. Rooms are very comfortable, got a great modern flair.

Trendy and clean, this hotel is conveniently located near all beach attractions. Complementary coffee in lobby. Service is excellent and rooms are great. Only complaint would be in service breakfast which took too long, even though advanced ordered, and some issues with the order in general. They comped the order in the end.

The staff has to be the best staff at a hotel we have ever had. The rooms were nice, great views. Free valet parking was awesome! We will definitely stay here again when in the area!

the staff is amazing and the facility itself is kept well. we just arrived but so far have enjoyed everything. I do believe that they could raise the temp of the pool a few degrees

Stayed here for a business trip. They charged my card $75 dollars, no explanation at check out it just appeared on my credit card statement. When found and asked about it a week later, they had to ask around for a few days then finally said it was an erroneous charge. They said they would have it refunded.<br/>Now a month later I realized they never got around to refunding the charge. I will call them tomorrow.<br/>If you stay here double check your credit card statement.

Rooms on 2nd floor are noisier due to the open concept in the hallway. The outside room view is also obstructed with a large steel beam. People are nice. Location is near water and shopping.

Nice rooms, friendly staff. The hotel is a short walk from the beach. However, WiFi was $30 for two days. Parking was a bit of an issue for us. Saturday night of our stay the hotel run out of parking spaces for hotel guests (not even valet parking was available) and asked us to use the public parking about half a mile away.

Stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. Nice amenities and great location. If you get a room with a balcony, the views of Santa Monica and the ocean are lovely. Service at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. I only ate breakfast which was fine, but don t know how meals are.

Your housekeeping staff is stellar! They predict your needs and remember the small things like id you want extra wash cloths or bottles of water. Overall the staff here was superb!!! The hotel rooms are spacious and the location is great! Highly recommended! Thanks for making my stay so enjoyable!

I love staying here. Awesome location near the beach walking distance to the pier or to Venice. Decent views if you pay enough.

I love this hotel. I've been staying there for years, even back when it was a Sheraton. The location is great but what really makes the experience is the staff. Just yesterday they went above and beyond, accommodating me, my two dogs, their crates and all my luggage during a move to Norway. They really made that last push on the process easier. Thanks everyone!
