Le Méridien Bangkok Review

Still one of my favourite spg hotels in Bangkok. Siloam gets more attractive every year.

Today I come to use the service again. Reserve through Eatigo but the system is very bad. The staff said there was no reservation list. Make a new reservation .... What is it? Complete all transactions in the system I have a confirmation message from eatigo, but there is no reservation.
Staff is terrible Show the confirmation item that the screen captures to see. It is very important to be scolded.
Customer mistakes or how ...
Considered today the service did not pass In a bad stage, need to improve, the staff still apologize.
But still needs to be improved It's not the customer's fault ... Please fix it, don't mess it up.
Plus today the food menu is not delighted again Take as much as one star

International buffet Delicious food The pumpkin soup is the signature here. Delicious bakery, everything is very appetizing. Various flavors of gelato ice cream to choose from. Strawberry Sorbet Today's special mango ice cream Excellent, very pleasing

Very good servant staff. Speak fluently, whether forgetting. He was full.

This evening went to Le Merdien buffet, very good service.

Excellent services, well located, modern apartments ... loved the stay in this place.

Stylish hotel. It seems that there are many people who speak Japanese, probably because it is close to Tanya. It seems that there are also Japanese people. What is ginger chocolate in the room. It is novel. The room I stayed in had a washlet that everyone loved. There are so many types of breakfast, and there are hot meals anyway, so I'll move on! The staff recommended The mango recommended is very delicious and amazing. I feel that even if there is enough mango there, it is better than that. The bar called bamboo chic in the hotel is also fashionable and has a good atmosphere. Of course we can drink variously, so anyone except beer is by all means. The pool is small but not so crowded, so it can be relatively slow. Because of the position of the sun, it is a good place to be able to bathe in the water after noon. It was a good hotel that could be recommended to everyone!

Loved this hotel. Very central location. Good restaurants on site and fast food just outside the hotel. Rooms and common areas were super clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. Modern architecture without being cold. Upper floor rooms may have a good view but it was very hazy when I was there (crop burning?). Strongly recommended.

They take care of everything. I am upset that I only decided to use them at the end of my trip. Good for platinum member travelers that want a help exploring the city. The perks of the hotel are nice also.

Great staff and service. Buffet at the Latest Recipe is a must try, especially the Sunday brunch.

The location is good, new and so beautiful. Breakfast is rich in variety and taste is the best.

An excellent hotel with the lowest prices among the Starwood chain in Bangkok. A little far to the BTS compared to the other properties but not terribly so. The do a decent enough happy hour for Platinums but I am not a fan of their breakfast spread. It appears large but choices are limited and it is much worse than the other 5* breakfast options at Starwoods in Bangkok. Internet is speedy. Suite rooms are super large and as a Platinum I'm always upgraded to one. Definitely one of my go to hotels in Bangkok.

Seldom slept so heavenly as here. These are the cosiest pillows in the world. The gym is also sufficient for vacation.
The location is almost perfect. Right across from Patpong. You can go to the hotel room evergreen and freshen up for a moment. This is my third stay at this hotel. Always my pleasure.

I had an amazing two nights here in Bangkok. The hotel is modern and up-to-date, with friendly staff, a private pool, and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had.

We went for the buffet seafood it was wonderful one of the best buffets in all of Bangkok different seafood stations that will cook your product and bring it to your table huge dessert menu three types of smoked salmon oysters Alaska king crab one of the best buffets I've experienced in Bangkok

This was the first stay in Bangkok for my wife and I on our honeymoon, and we were very impressed! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic, and the suite we stayed in was well appointed. One highlight was the amazing breakfast served every morning, including foods from all over the world. Everything was super fresh and delicious.

I stay here everytime I visit Bangkok. Clean and spacious rooms. On the expensive side but I feel their professionalism and rooms are nicer than the W which is considerably more expensive. Feels like a 5 star hotel. Restaurant is pricey. Fantastic location.

Clean, quiet and good hotel, even from the Japanese perspective. It seems that there is a Japanese-speaking staff.
We had you assign (we, gold) to good room in smoking room.
Comfortable room with no fancy decoration. Good view.
Amenity is normal and is not bad level well. I used my own because I was dissatisfied with liquid things.
It's not expensive and I think all Japanese should stay here. People who want a special feeling of travel should go to Coco Suites (not too expensive) or high-end hotels.

5 star hotel, breakfast is the best! The scent of the lobby is somehow nice and I get excited every time I come to Bangkok. I watched a lot of Japanese TV.

Great design in room provides great comfort. Large room. Fitted a 3 seater couch. Soft and fluffy bed. Open bathroom can watch TV. Best hotel in Surawong / Silom area.

Every time I go to a hotel that I must live in in Bangkok, the bed sleeps comfortably, and it is convenient to eat around the environment. Rich breakfast can't be missed.

Live many times! Very friendly regulars-members (Platinum, Ambassador) upgrade the suite almost every time! I really like the smell of Le Labo brand LM 01 they used ~

Wow. Couldn't have had a better experience from staff and management. As a frequent spg guest and intermittent guest to bangkok, we were treated like royalty. Upgraded to beautiful suite, met at front desk by GM, provided beautiful ammenity and note in room. Had wonderful happy hour in lounge. . . Beautiful 24 hour break on our way to Africa. . . The property has always been one of our favorites, but this visit surely cemented Le Meridien as our "goto" hotel whenever our travels bring us here. Thanks to all the wonderful staff for your help. Chic hotel ..connection to Silom night market road.. The hotel Bar was nice / good drink..convenient.

This is a very nice property which needs a lot of maintainence. Location is very nice, 5mind walk from the nearest sky train station. They r next to the very popular Patpong market. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Pool is alright. Needs a bit of cleaning. Our rooms were changed. Rooms are good, we got a good view room when changed but bathroom surely needs maintainence. The shower holder was loose and would bend down every time we put shower back in holder. Flush wouldn't work properly. There needs to be anti skip mat outside shower too because the floor is marble, my friend slipped twice. Luckily she balanced herself and didn't got injured. On d last day of stay, house keeping didn't cleaned the room. WiFi was alright. This is a good hotel But needs a lot of maintainence to be done. They have a nice little bar that offer happy hour in evening. Good deals. I gave 4* bcoz of their good room size, friendly staff and location.

Nice location, big rooms with really nice bathroom/shower. Good facilities, nice spa/pool. The breakfast is good and variety is good (European, Asian options) but sometimes you feel there is something missing. This last time the healthy options seemed less than before.

I am staying here for ASQ and I will be checking out tomorrow. 5 stars for services from the day I contacted the salesperson, great pickup from airport and my entire stay. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to have enjoyable experience. The staffs are really nice and they will try their best to accommodate your request. Price is reasonable too for 3 covid test from BNH, nice food, gym access and free laundry.

Just come back from Bangkok for business trip and staying at Le Meridien Bangkok while was there. I was staying in the deluxe rooms. The room was clean and comfortable and has a city view as well. The inroom phone was so advanced and a lot of function & information can be found in the inroom phone. I did use the sms in room phone to my colleague rooms and it free. That was greats such as leaving a short message like meet you up at lobby for dinner at 6pm and it prompt up from the inroom phone. Look cools? I was so impress that they provide us the city map as well which we normally need to ask from front desk and it was put in small envelope. The broadband was fast and we did have some issues connecting to our vpn but once we told the front desk, they send over the IT personnel and it fixed our issues within few minutes. That was great! I like the bath room design which is using the slide door whereby you can enjoy the bath tub while open the slide door to watch the movie.

Most important is the excellent services from the hotels in various department. They all are very friendly & helpful and always serving with smile & friendliness which I really need to give extra credit on it. The food was fantastic & delicious as well. There is a lot of food serving for the breakfast and is delicious.

I been staying few hotels and this is the best services I ever get from the hotels and of course the room was clean, comfortable and luxury. I will strongly recommend to my friends on this hotels and overall rating for me is 5/5.

A great hotel. Guests are greeted with a beautiful fragrance. Nice pool on the 6th floor and good location vis a vis massage salon and night market. Delicious breakfasts and friendly service.

Great view, great breakfast, great room and service, great location, great food nearby and plenty of massage places (the good, non shady type if you know what I mean) around. Can't get better than this. Really solid choice if you're looking a near-5 star experience in Bangkok.

Lovely restaurant... a little bit pricey but you pay for what you get.

The hotel staff was eager to help and offered assistance every step of the way. The location is near some of the best shopping malls I ve ever been to. Our room was huge with stunning views. Up keeping is not perfect. The carpets have stains, the furniture is also stained and you can tell it s been a while since the last renovations. Still, with a perfect location, friendly staff and amazing spa (try the Thai Balinese massage) you can t go wrong.
