Nice hotel in a good location.
The le Meridian is located directly on the Patpong Market to go shopping in the evenings if necessary.
Although the hotel is a bit older, it is perfectly maintained and the rooms are clean
I would definitely stay here again.

Very classy and elegnant hotel. Staff was very friendly and the view was amazing. Every morning we would see the sunrise from bed through the windows.I recomand getting a corner room as its a bit brighter than the rest having an extra window. The only downside was that our flight was late at night and we wanted to pay for the room for half day, but the hotel was fully occupied, so we had to check out at noon. Good thing was they would let you use the bar, gym and pool even after check out until u have to leave for the airport

A very good location, it has about 2 shopping centers one even with a supermarket, the attention by the hotel staff of the best, very friendly people attentive to your doubts, the kitchen of the hotel is also the best with fresh ingredients and Very good quality, very comfortable and spacious rooms, in my case I touch one with a view of the city and at night you can appreciate how cosmopolitan the city of Bangkok is, the bathrooms of the room very well with tub and shower, Even if you forget your toothbrush or rake they leave you in the room, the pool is very clean and the GYM is well equipped considering it is a hotel.

As an SPG (Marriott) Platinum guest I was blown away during my stay. The staff were fantastic in every way. I chose to be picked up by the hotel Mercedes Benz at Bangkok international. The driver picked me up just outside gate 5. He was fantastic and speedily delivered me to the Le Meridian Bangkok. The car came with WiFi, water bottles, and wet towels to freshen up prior to arrival.

I checked in around 6am, and the hotel was able to accommodate me for early check in by only charging my half price. They made the shower and hotel facilities available to me if I wanted to wait, but I chose to pay the small amount and get settled.

I highly recommend that you do the breakfast buffet option. The food was fresh and if you're a platinum guest there is a special seating area for you. Service was prompt and the bottomless champagne until 10:30 am was a nice touch.

The coffee this hotel serves is freaking AMAZING. It's served via French Press! If you're a coffee lover the rooms come with a French press as well. I am going to buy the beans.

The evening cocktail reception is excellent as well. 5 stars.

I enjoyed almost every minute of my stay. My only two complaints would be that the spa didnt as of my stay offer male therapist's, and the pool area looked a little dated and the pool deck could have used a touch up with the bar area. But these are small things in the grand scheme of things. My 5 days here was overall amazing! Highly recommend it.

Great place to stay for relaxing and just few steps away from night life entertainment in BKK

The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff is very helpful. The pool, gym, and spa area is spacious and well-kept. The machines in the gym are old but it is better equipped than most hotel gyms I've seen. The room was spacious for a cramped city as well. It had a large walk-in shower and a free-standing bathtub and the option to open the sliding wall between it and the rest of the room. It was also nice to have mechanical night and day blinds. The location is right across the street from a night market and small red light district. The street food and fruit across the street is great and cheap, although a few baht more than other areas in the city.

Stay at Your Own Risk- Insect (bedbugs) Bites!

As way of background, I'm a fairly avid traveler and actually stayed at this hotel 4 years ago on another trip to Bangkok. I was so impressed with the staff, the hospitality, and location that I recommended that a group of friends stay here on a recent milestone birthday trip.

Unfortunately, I was too tired to be social and fell asleep in my room our first night. The morning after, i woke up with bites all over my feet and ankles. I figured that I had just fallen asleep with my feet outside of the covers and chalked it up a mosquito that must have been in the room and went about my day (albeit very itchy) to a dentist appointment and a dinner with friends. However, the next morning, I woke up with even more bites and now my legs were swollen, inflamed (literally felt like burnin) and itchy. I was going to let it go until I mentioned it while on a tour with the rest of my friends and another group of our party had the same bites all over her knees and legs. Sure enough, they were the same kinds of bites!!!!

We went to the front desk and immediately informed the manager on duty. Although she tried to convince me that 1) they "of course had no bedbugs (I hadn't mentioned them before this and indeed it had never occurred to me that these were bedbugs because I have NEVER had any exposure to them), 2) I could be having an allergic reaction (and quiz me on my activities the day before and what I had eaten) and 3) that "guests sometimes lie", she insisted I go to the hospital (at my own costs but it was worth it because I was in serious agony and it was conveniently located across the street). I did and ended up having to get several very painful anti-inflammatory INJECTIONS in over 26 bites (confirmed by the doctor as bug bites) as well as a prescription antihistamine and anti-inflammatory cream. When I came back to the hotel all bandaged up and bloodied from the injections, the manager insisted that "take some time and relax" because she had had the cleaning staff change the sheets on the bed.... yes, THEY WANTED ME TO LAY BACK DOWN IN THE SAME BED I HAD JUST BEEN BITTEN TO SMITHEREENS IN! Yeah, that would be a no.... I was already checking out that day and had previously arranged a late check out but i got out of there as soon as I could pack my things.

I stayed in Room 1204 and my friend stayed in Room 1220. I'm not saying every room has whatever bugs bit me (cough,.... bedbugs..... cough) but this wasn't an isolated event.

it was bad enough that this interfered with my vacation (and my wedding, which is in 3 weeks, since I now have dark healing scars on my feet) but as someone who frequently travels for work, I can't imagine staying at an establishment that prides itself on being a 5 star business hotel and getting bitten up to the point of having to go to the hospital while traveling for work! I reported the hotel to our work travel agency and asked that it be removed as a preferred hotel for business travel to the area and I would caution you to be diligent if staying there- at the first signs of bites, leave! And while I appreciate that hotel have very little control of what hotel guests bring in and out of their hotels, the response from management was pretty appalling.

The customer service was unmatched. From checkin to checkout they were great. It is literally walking distance to most things you could want. A quick cab right to the Grand Palace. 5 star hotel did not disappoint. The view from our hotel room was great as well. Plenty of food, markets, street food, and vendors nearby. Also, I suggest whenever taking a cab in Bangkok you stop at any hotel and ask them to call one for you. That was there is no confusion and you won't get taken for your money.

We stayed here for our ASQ in December 2020. Our usual Bangkok hotel wasn't in the ASQ list so we decided to give Le Meridien a try based on reviews in the Facebook ASQ Hotel Review group. It wasn't cheap at 128K THB for a married couple in connected rooms, but we didn't want to be stuck in a dump for what is already a difficult experience. We believe we made the right decision. My wife is celiac so it's important for her food to not contain any gluten. After contacting the hotel, they assured is that it wouldn't be a problem. After arrival, the chef called her and had a long talk about food and it worked out great. He even followed up to make sure things were going well. Every day we would select our 3 meals from 3 choices: Italian, international and Thai. If you want you can order up to a week in advance. It's all easily done online with google forms. A couple of times there were mistakes or a problem with the food but they were immediately taken care of. Upon arrival we received a Covid test and then 2 more on days 5 and 12. After a negative result on day 7 you can spend an hour in the gym or pool side every day. Interestingly they do not allow mixing of high and low risk countries during these periods outside the room. We became friendly with the couple across the hall from is but as they were from the US, we couldn't go outside and chat with them. Probably for the best. The WiFi was very fast and never went down and the 50" TV in each room were great for keeping us occupied. We had a south facing room on the 9th floor. If I did it again I would request a higher room away from the streets (noisy at Xmas and New Years) with a better room as well as North facing. During the day the sun hits the windows and you have to crank the aircon to keep up which we hate to do. The blast shield blackout blinds do a good job of blocking the light but heat still radiates from them. During our first week there was construction going on in the room below us which sucked when we first arrived with jet lag. The gym was great with 2 treadmills, a bike, elliptical and weights but depending on when you are taken down they may be already occupied. Staff were friendly and professional. You get 30 items of laundry for free (2 per day of stay) that can start after day 7 which was more than enough. The airport transfer was in a very nice SUV.

Expensive but worth every penny. It's close to everything and they still manage to get the place clean and neat and very welcoming.

The service here can be said to be first class. I don't have any picky place for their service. The location here is very good. Traveling can be said to be a very smooth thing. I like it very much. The room here. The decoration and the design are all the ones I like to live here. It is like being living in my own home. It feels very happy. The facilities here are very perfect. It is more convenient to use, leave it to me. The impression is very deep, but the impression I gave here is not very good. The sound insulation here is not very good. It is a bit noisy when I sleep at night. In short, this is a good place, if I have the chance, I will still come here.

A great property which is part of the Marriott Group, with great accessibility to food and retail outlets since it is within close proximity to Patpong. Lots of convenience stores in the vicinity too.

The hospitality team is really friendly and warm. Warm welcome was extended at the entrance and we were warmly received at the check-in desk too! With a dollop of refreshing coffee ice-cream to cool off the sweltering heat!

The room was really cosy and comfortable too. Love the great view of the skyscrapers outside the hotel room. The gym is really nicely equipped with the necessary equipment, and the pool was really great for soaking and sunbathing.

Having a drink at Bamboo Chic which is the bar within the property. Was really happy to be served by really warm and hospitable staff!

Come stay for 25-27 July 2020 because of registering for our government tour program. Bring mom to visit Wat Pho Leng Nei Temple Stop to visit Bangpoo too. The room is very clean. The receptionist gave a good reception. Explain the check-in with the project. And upgraded the room to a better room. On the 23rd floor, the view is very beautiful and the restaurant staff are providing advice. The breakfast menu is very good. The porter also explains the route we are going to travel with in great detail. With a map as well. So give 5 stars

Perfect location. Near restaurants bars clubs parks and public transportation. Friendly and polite staff that treated me with so much respect. Room was comfortable clean and with a great air conditioner. I will definetily go back and stay there. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic and with everything necessary for a great breakfast. Only bad thing is the size of the area of the swimming pool. Very small and difficult to even move around. Other than that great deal great location great 3 stars hotel.

This hotel is outstanding. The moment you walk in, you feel like you are getting the red carpet treatment. Attentive, friendly and helpful staff make your stay comfortable and memorable. The Congierge goes our if his way to arrange anything from excursions to cooking classes.

The breakfast buffet is out of this world.

You really get to know hotel service when something doesn t go as planned. My AC stopped working and in no time they arranged a different room and helped me move my stuff.

I love the room designs, especially the sliding wall around the bathtub. You can (but don t have to) take a bath while enjoying the view or watching tv.

Excellent hotel! Great service is spectacular breakfast! The location is close to the BTS and metro stations, but it is a region with prostitution. This is the only negative aspect, although it is not a dangerous area. The hotel has a beautiful pool too! There was no club lounge for Bonvoy elite members, but members are recognized and have multiple privileges! It is the second time I stay here!

Good service and lovely breakfast choices including fresh fruits. The location just opposit the patpong nightmarket is perfect for nightbirds.

I have written a number of reviews about my stays at this property and one constant theme is the reason why I actually plan my Asian trips around a stop over in Bangkok and this time spent most of the time at the hotel - THE STAFF

Over the years there have been "staff of legends" such as Nicole (Now the W Insider in Shanghai) and Nina and Son. It is always a pleasure every-time you meet him in the restaurants.

I totally appreciate, as we all do that staff progress and take their expertise with them (Nicole a classic example) and the tone of any hotel can change. One key change here that is going to keep me coming back is the new GM Killian who you can see is building a team of experts around him. Probably the most engaging and hands on GM I have met and spending half my life in hotels thats a big statement. As a devote SPG member Killian is the first person with a Marriott background who has made me reconsider my initial concerns of the merger. Engaging with staff and guests in a natural style and this is clearing shining through to all the staff. Service continues to be exceptional, there is something very special about returning to a hotel and being remembered. The hotel scene in Bangkok is not short on options but this one continues to be my "coming home" spot.

Very convenient to nearby Patpong Night Market and BTS station. The standard Starwood experience but the bell guys are the very helpful people.

I loved the hotel! My view was awesome, the bathtub heavenly! And the pool was clean.... no itchy eyes. The meals are varied and tasteful and the gym well equipped. A very good place to stay in Bangkok, centrally located with friendly staff.... message palors opposite and a night market a few meters away.

If you want to go sightseeing near Taniya, it is a recommended hotel!

The facilities are top notch here, and they throw in a few freebies like coffee and ice cream to make you feel welcome. The staff were super helpful in booking me a show ticket and setting up my room. The gym and pool were also both very nice, better than many dedicated gyms. The location is very central and walking distance from both the MRT and BTS public transit options.

Great place to live in for business trip or leisure

Superb, top of the range hotel. Loved stayed here and could not fault it. The buffet breakfast was simply amazing.

Love this place. Staff are awesome, breakfast is great and the location is good (for my office and clients, access to highways) but could do with a better lounge.

Perfect stay for the ASQ experience. The staff went above and beyond on welcome, providing me a yoga mat, 5kg weights and a stretching band in the room. Food was great quality and presentation, usually a choice of Italian, Japanese or Thai. I ran out of Dental Floss and they even had someone go to the store and drop for me. TV was very nice and could easily connect my Xbox and utilize the WiFi (very fast) for Netflix, Spotify or Call of Duty. After the 2nd covid test could visit the gym or pool area for an hour a day. Can't use the pool but nice to use the loungers and the gym was comfortable with never more than 2 other people. Staff was very friendly, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for your ASQ.

Excellent location and near major tourist shopping and entertainment area. Near BTS too to beat the traffic to go places!

A speciality of a lot of larger hotels in Bangkok is a seafood buffet. The list prices are okay but if you book through one of the online food apps you aften get deals up to 50% off as I did here. The seafood buffet here includes a 'seafood tower', as seen in the photo. It was ok, not great. I like sashimi and sushi and here it was good. I've had a few buffets at various hotels and I would say this one just ok, but not overly impressed. Maybe I was there on the wrong night.

Location is convenient. There are many types of breakfast, and the taste is also seasoned to suit Japanese people!
