Just come back from Bangkok for business trip and staying at Le Meridien Bangkok while was there. I was staying in the deluxe rooms. The room was clean and comfortable and has a city view as well. The inroom phone was so advanced and a lot of function & information can be found in the inroom phone. I did use the sms in room phone to my colleague rooms and it free. That was greats such as leaving a short message like meet you up at lobby for dinner at 6pm and it prompt up from the inroom phone. Look cools? I was so impress that they provide us the city map as well which we normally need to ask from front desk and it was put in small envelope. The broadband was fast and we did have some issues connecting to our vpn but once we told the front desk, they send over the IT personnel and it fixed our issues within few minutes. That was great! I like the bath room design which is using the slide door whereby you can enjoy the bath tub while open the slide door to watch the movie.

Most important is the excellent services from the hotels in various department. They all are very friendly & helpful and always serving with smile & friendliness which I really need to give extra credit on it. The food was fantastic & delicious as well. There is a lot of food serving for the breakfast and is delicious.

I been staying few hotels and this is the best services I ever get from the hotels and of course the room was clean, comfortable and luxury. I will strongly recommend to my friends on this hotels and overall rating for me is 5/5.
