I spoke with Philbert and paid for 2 business clas...

I spoke with Philbert and paid for 2 business class seats from Japan to Australia. He told me that I had 24 hours to cancel the tickets without a charge. After purchasing the tickets I learned that I might not receive an Australian visa in time so I called Philbert to cancel and rebook after I received the Visa. Philbert tried to convince me not to cancel and I would probably get the tickets in time. When I repeated that I want to cancel the tickets he said he would charge me $280.00 per ticket even though I was within the twenty four hours. I later received an email from Philbert saying he refunded the bulk of the ticket charge. His refund did not appear on my credit card statement. I filed a dispute and sent the entire email exchange to my credit card company and Visa refunded the entire amount.

They just robbed me, THEY ARE SCAMMERS, they charge your card without being authorized that is a CRIME. And then you call the airline and you don't have the services you paid for.
They basically steal MONEY.

Mother booked flight From Europe to USA before cruise. Her cabin mate got ill and required hospitalization. They cancelled her cabin mates flight as requested, and ALSO cancelled my mothers. Trying to get this fixed was impossible...put on hold, told they could not help me, which is what they also told my mother. I asked to speak to a manager, and they said there was nothing they could do.

My mother tells me they gave a great price. Let the buyer beware

They steal money basically, customer service does not exit, they charge my card very gently and them begins the nightmare, all people from India working there and I HATE them all from now on, what bunch of liars. The flight was cancelled and they never refunded my money despite all my effort, the sales rep I was talking Barry Rains what a lair you are!
Can t believe how they let this trash get in to the country...
STAY WAY PEOPLE PLEASE !!
Lost 1,484.76 Dollar's and there's no way I will see my money again, only promises!!

Double Charged + Penalty . My Mom bought a Air Plane ticket over a Month ago and had to change the date . so, after talking with them on the phone she was told that their were going to charge of $ 25 for changing her departure and that was fine. Now, when she received her Statement the did not only charge the Penalty but also another ticket of $196.80 . We called them, and they said that they could not see the extra charge "of course" and they ask us to e-mail their customer service with a copy of the Statement . We did that, and they wrote us back and stated about the extra charge and they were going to reimburse the money for the extra ticket charge and to give them time. We wrote them back and told them we were going to give them 7 days to reimburse the money back on her card , or we were going to write reviews . And we also told them that they took her Money in Seconds from her credit card seriously why should we wait so long, it takes only a few second to put back the money on the Credit Card. They still did not Reimburse my Mom and I don't know if they ever will . But if they do, I will write it on a review. Dang, why do we always have to do the work for those incompetent People !!!! How much are they gonna pay us for it ????

Honestly, didn t have the best experience at first. But my man Winston with SmartFares has been great to deal with. My wife and I were at LAX waiting to board our flight and we had time to spare so we went ahead and booked our next flight with SmartFares. While on the phone booking the flight at the airport, they upgraded us to first class. Will continue to use their services.

They are scam! Booked online and 2 days after called me that my flight was cancelled due to high price. Offered me new price which was double price what I paid. Also they made unauthorized payment from my card and deny they took.

Inexpensive great customer service from people you can understand...they do what they say and best price ever I booked Las Vegas round trip ticket from Charlotte nc for 2 and the price was only 29.95 each round trip a 90 percent savings they can not be beat!!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! I do not know how this site has received any good reviews and most likely are fake. Travelation charged my credit card $1383 dollars and then gave me a confirmation number that was useless. British Airways had no information about any booking at all. When contacting the Travelation office we were told that there was a "mix up" and we had to pay an extra $1000 so they would process our booking, we obviously did not. After spending over an hour on the phone, mostly on hold, the supervisor said they would refund our money in 10 days. I do not believe Travelation is in San Diego or anywhere in the United States. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this site.

If was 0 or under 0 I will give them. They are the most horrible people you have to deal with. Don't be surprised when you get stuck some where on world because your ticket was being changed. My wife and my kids got stuck on Tirana Albania and we paying $1200 for their mistakes. Don't get on their website and look cheap tickets, you will pay the difference later.

Booked a flight and paid one price, went onto the airlines website and they said I should have paid $68 less. Tried calling several times, got hung up on, told someone would call me, no phone call. Already put in a dispute with credit card company. Would NEVER do business with this company again.

This is the worst agency ever! I gave them all my correct information regarding my credit card and after one day, they called me saying there was verification issue and tickets were not issued. Also the fare price is expired and the prices gotten up $200 each person. Avoid this agency as much as you can! complete lie & ripoff. I wish if there was 0 star so I would have rated them 0. AVOID AVOID.

LBF Travel ,Travel help desk and some other company are Scammer!!
Beware and don't book with them if you don't want to messed up your travel plan.

Worst Customer Service ever!
Booked my flight on 8 March and they charged me on the same day. Didn't got my confirmation number or PRN in 24 hours. Have to make 2 call to get the confirmation number. After few days on March 16 my flight schedule was changed and connecting flight was cancelled. They didn't gave any information and I was not aware of that. I contacted them back and they gave me option for other schedule I accepted it even it was not convenient for me. It's been almost 11 days and it is 27 March still not having confirmed flight. They got money on March 8 but they are not able to give me ticket confirmation till March 27 and I am flying on April 8,2019. So don't waste your time and money with this firm. I have to waste everyday 2 hours since 8 March dealing with rude customer care.

Guys pay 50$ more and fly without any hassle.Customer who got legal knowledge of how to do consumer complaints in USA against this firm please advice on that. also leave your reply so that can help other people to avoid this firm.

bad attention, cheats charged me an insurance that supposedly in 24 hours I regretted it and did not pay for the trip and it turns out that after 24 SECONDS I suspended it, they told me it was REJECTED and they NEVER REJECTED IT and if I gave them another card they charged me double During the week, I call AEROLINEAS ARGENTINAS and make a complaint to ANAC
