I came in looking to see their new models, which I told the sales person. But right off the bat, the sales person noted down used new. After looking though the catalog, I told him the specific model I wanted to see and they didn t have any on the lot, which was fine so I asked him to show me other Kia cars. The initial car he was going to show me ended up being sold so he had to search for another and brought me out to test drive a Ford. The sales person was nice but .

Had an excellent car buying experience at Lawrence Kia! Chris Pena was great to work with, he was knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into buying. Checked out other dealerships but were treated the best here. We were able to get a good deal on a nice car. Would recommend checking out Lawrence Kia if you're in the market for a new car.

Throughout the past week, it seemed like nothing w...

Throughout the past week, it seemed like nothing was going our way after a car accident. Back and forth phone calls to our insurance company, repair service companies, hospitals...you name it, we went through the ringer from it. The last thing we wanted to do was deal with a car dealership and their pushy salesmen. We had our sights set on going to Lawrence Kia because that's where we bought our last car from, and they just so happened to have in stock the new car that we were looking for. Dealing with them throughout this whole ordeal was our silver lining. From the moment we got there, we weren't treated like customers - we were more like family. Chris W. and his amazing staff went above and beyond to find us the perfect price for our dream car, without any kind of hassle or upsell whatsoever. They were genuinely concerned with our situation and did everything possible to make our visit there worthwhile. When we initially thought this was going to be a multi-day process, we drove out of their lot with our new car within a couple of hours. I greatly appreciate the professionalism, the warmth, and the overall friendliness of Chris W., Nicholas W., and the entire Lawrence Kia team. Thank you all for making our visit there the easiest part of our journey to get back to some level of normalcy in our lives. We are forever grateful for your caring guidance and incredible support.

After totalling my precious Mini Cooper I had to start the car buying experience all over again, which I was not eager to do. Omaha's options for the things I was looking for just didn't fit and was overpriced. So I found myself looking outside Omaha for better deals on the same cars and found my way to Lawrence Kia. They worked really hard to find the right car for me that I could (as a student) afford. They were courteous and conscientious of my three and half hour drive and wanted me to leave here happy. While not the happiest of circumstances that drove me to find a new car, Lawrence Kia took the time to help me through this tough shopping experience and helped me get back on the road and back on with my life. Their lifetime warranty is unparalleled to any of the dealerships in Omaha I've dealt with. They really helped to seal the deal and made me feel comfortable and confident in the used vehicle I purchased especially because the warranty was good back home in Omaha so I wouldn't have to come all the way back for service. They are worth the three and half hour drive. They treat you better than Omaha dealers, they want you to be happy and to leave happy in their car.

The guy I talked to on the phone said they would start working on it Monday morning. Drive by only to see my car, still in the lot. No one has been in contact with me and for 3000$ dollars, I expect to be a priority.

I had a very stress-free experience buying a new Niro. Nick Williams helped me out and was very helpful and informative. He listened really well and helped me understand all my options, walked me through the financing process (which I didn't understand before) and was generally very nice to deal with. After many bad experiences over the years I finally found a dealer I am comfortable taking my young adult kids to. I brought my son here to buy his wife's first car. I went way away from my home to get treated better and boy did we. Shannon was the BEST. I feel comfortable saying they just earned lifelong business from a very large family!

Ken was an awesome salesperson helping us buy a 2011 Honda Odyssey minivan. What he did after the fact truly makes him an amazing salesperson!!! Two months later we accidentally ran out of gas and could only think to call the dealership to ask how to maybe reset the ignition after running it dry. We tried putting a gallon of gas in it but it didn't help. It wouldn't start and we are stranded with two kids in the car on a Friday evening. He offered to come out and try to help us out and then he even brought us a gallon of gas and got us started. He saved the day and we got home safely that evening. I can't think of any other car salesman that would do that for you. I would strongly recommend can at the Lawrence Kia dealership for any car purchases and if you ever need help after the fact, he is willing to help!!!

We just purchased our second vehicle from this dealership today. We had a 2017 Sorento to trade in as we wanted something bigger for our growing family. Marty Kane was able to help us find a vehicle we love that was within our budget, including the negative equity on our trade. The management and sales staff here are the most patient and helpful around. They never made us feel pressured to buy and worked with us to get a 2018 Kia Sedona which we absolutely love, yet not blow our budget. We initially went in at the end of July and from then until today had frequent communication with the Sales Managers, Chris and Valerie, who were also very helpful. We worked with Mario in Finance who was incredibly helpful and quick. I couldn't recommend this dealership more highly. Plus, they had us in and out very quickly when we went in to do our final paperwork today. Thanks again for all of your help! We will definitely be back when we are in the market for a new vehicle later down the road.

I am very happy with our purchase of a 2016 suburban form Lawrence Kia. I was skeptical at 1st because we have always purchased from the Chevy dealers and usually knew the salesmen or they were referred by a friend. We met with Marty Kane he was very nice and easy to work with. I am a very impatient person so the only issue i had was waiting for the car to be cleaned so we could leave lol. I got in the truck and it was out of Gas Marty quickly took it across the street and put a half tank of gas in it. While i would have preferred it to be filled up since i just bought a car from them just over half wasn't bad. I would defiantly buy from them again. I didn't get the extra set of key's so that makes me sad because its expensive to get a second set. I know they guarantee one set but they really should provide two on all used vehicles its one less hassle for the customer. overall though nice dealership and pretty easy to work with.

Let's be honest, no one likes buying a new car. I mean driving away with the new car is nice but the purchasing process is downright painful. Am I right? However, with that said, my experience with Lawrence Kia was probably the best experience I have ever had in a car dealership. Nick was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Once I made it clear that I absolutely wasn't into the back-and-forth game, the sales manager, who's name escapes me, was also very easy to work with. I'm not sure why they required me to meet with someone from All State but she was nice too - and after speaking with her I did call my State Farm agent to ask for an increase in liability coverage per her recommendation. Lastly, the financing department was short, sweet, and to the point -which is my kind of process! He crunched numbers and actually talked me into purchasing their lifetime bumper to bumper warranty which I'm always skeptical about so I suppose we will see how much good that actually does for us. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience. I hope my post-purchase experience is just as good when it comes to working with their service department as the need arises. If this proves to be the case, I will definitely be back for future purchases.

I went in on a few different days to look at cars. Ben helped me the first day, and Matt the second. Both were very nice to work with and indulged my desire to test drive a ton of used cars. In the end I decided on one and bought it. Chris the manager and the rest of the staff were great during the bargaining process and I walked away happy with a new used car. They stayed over two hours past closing time to work with me.

The Used Car buying process has improved dramatica...

The Used Car buying process has improved dramatically the last several years and Lawrence Kia gets it almost. We recently purchased pre-owned vehicle through Lawrence Kia. Their pre-owned buyer clearly has a sharp eye. The used vehicles we looked at were in exceptional condition. The dealership s inspection checklist is lengthy and the unlimited, lifetime powertrain warranty (even on non-Kia brands) is an unexpected bonus. Dakota facilitated our transaction and made the process as simple and efficient as possible.

On-line prices were right in the blue book range. A $399 admin fee is annoying. It s offset by the value of the extensive pre-owned inspection and unlimited powertrain warranty. Trying to add a $750 dealer prep fee on top of that is absurd. C mon guys, just build whatever margin you need into the price. Seriously, if a grocery store added a Produce Preparation Fee , would you keep shopping there? Overall, our buying experience at Lawrence Kia was positive.

Horrible experience that resulted in over 4 hrs of drive time and a wasted day off of work to go to this dealership to buy a car that they didn't even have on the lot! I was interested in a Ford Fusion I found online do I called the dealer to confirm they had it, while talking to one of the girls on the phone she told me it didn't have an option I was after so I said no big deal I'll just keep looking. Thirty minutes later another girl called me back and said they checked the vehicle and it did indeed have the remote start option I was after so i started my 2 hr drive to go buy my new car. When I got to the dealership they pulled the car out front, I inspected it and the salesman drove it off the lot and we switched places down the road. After being in the driver's seat for a minute I looked at the odometer and realized this was not the right milage. They did not even have the car I came to look at on the lot so they tried pulling a fast one by bringing out, letting me inspect, then test drive a car that was an exact replica except for the interior options and had more milage. Needless to say the test drive was over and I got to drive 2 hrs back home with no car. The manager of course got in contact and said he would do anything to make it right but that has not been see . I would take my business, valuable time, and money elsewhere.

If you're looking to purchase a vehicle the best place to go is Lawrence Kia and I'd like to recommend asking for the sales specialist Ken Coltharp. I've purchased a few cars in my lifetime and dealing with sales people I found Ken to be very knowledgeable about the Kia products not only did Ken answer all my questions I had about the Kia, Ken explained everything about this Vehicle and other Kias from inside out and front to back. I found the Kia Soul I was looking for, given a better price on the vehicle then i had anticipated I was introduced to all the people that work at Kia that I will be working with while I have my Kia.Soul Customer service is alive and well at Lawrence Kia, from sales, financing, Thank you J.T., parts & service to Jennifer with All State Insurance. My new Kia Soul handles and maneuvers great, exceptional saftey features, very comfortable riding, and awesome gas mileage. I was shown a good car that met all my requirements for a good price. The salesmen were courteous and polite, they had a very classy way of asking you background questions and didn't act patronising or condescending.
The only issue I had with them was the rate at which the process took place. Which could be good since they aren't rushing through things and manipulating you to buy a car. In my case though I had decided to get this one and waiting around was a little cumbersome.
All in all great mid-western hospitality, they let you have some fun when you buy your car by hitting a gong and taking a photo of you for their instagram.

The sales department is a joke along with their website. You have to provide your phone number and email just to view their inventory. Then expect emails and phone calls from the sales guys saying I just want to help you find the right car. There are reasons I go to car lots on Sundays and visit websites to view inventory. I don t want to visit with a sales person till I m ready to actually buy. I want to quietly view my different options and this whole BS that other dealers spend more time on their website well after 3 calls and 2 emails I d had enough.

After reading many reviews and the owner's responses it's clear to me this is a quality dealership. Unfortunately, I had what appears to be an outlier, negative customer experience trying to purchase a new Telluride.

The sales person and I negotiated a price (msrp) and I confirmed it with her twice. About an hour later I get a call from the Sales manager telling me they would not accept the deal. Apparently, there is high demand for that model and I would need to bid a price over msrp. None of this was mentioned in my discussions with the sales person.

Based on my own business dealings and to uphold the integrity of my own company and brand reputation, I would have never backed out of a deal made in good faith, even if it had lost me money. Moreover, I would never not back a representative of the company who was authorized and empowered to sell on behalf of the company. Maintaining a strong reputation is more important than a few thousand dollars.
