I was shown a good car that met all my requirements for a good price. The salesmen were courteous and polite, they had a very classy way of asking you background questions and didn't act patronising or condescending.
The only issue I had with them was the rate at which the process took place. Which could be good since they aren't rushing through things and manipulating you to buy a car. In my case though I had decided to get this one and waiting around was a little cumbersome.
All in all great mid-western hospitality, they let you have some fun when you buy your car by hitting a gong and taking a photo of you for their instagram.
