I was told that they would price match on a used car. Once at the dealership and drove 30 miles, things changed and was told they wouldn't price match on the car after 2 hours. After leaving and finding out the car that they where not going to price match the car, the other car was now sold from the other dealer. Don't tell someone you are going to do one thing and then do something else.
Got a Kia Forte from Isom, he was super helpful, extremely nice, and it felt like he had our best interests in mind. If anyone ever asks I'll send them to see Isom at Kia.

I was hesitant at first as I didn't really NEED to buy a new car, but my parents had recently purchased a new Serento from Lawrence KIA. I inquired about a specific vehicle online and was ultimately told that financing within my budget was not an option. I went into the dealership and Will was most helpful...even entertaining my daughter on our many visits to the dealership. Everyone was super friendly and quite accommodating. I ended up purchasing a used vehicle (new to me) that met my finance terms and I am comfortable with my purchase. Great environment and lots of friendly employees.

Chris, our initial contact, was very personable. He wasn't a high pressure salesperson but showed us the features of the Sorento in a clear and honest manner. If he didn't know an answer to specific questions, he made a point to seek the information as quickly as possible and helped us understand the assets of the Sorento. We felt he appreciated our purchase. For those reasons, we give him a 5-star rating. We had some communication issues with management. On our first visit, we asked for a brochure showing features and avaible colors of the Sorento but none we're available. We were shown an exterior and interior color combination by management that we really liked. Because the combination of colors and features we wanted wasn't readily available, we ordered a car to meet our specifications. After 2 weeks of waiting, we were told the color was no longer available and we had to begin another search. We wish that we had been told when the "lifetime warranty" was described that an additional monthly charge would be required for complete bumper to bumper warranty for the lifetime of the car. For those reasons we give management only 4 stars. We appreciated being able to buy the car locally, and we look forward to years of happy driving and good service.
My dealer earned a 5 star for everything that he did. He was very nice and new everything about the car that I wanted. He also made us laugh and felt comfortable talking to him. He did an amazing job. I would like to say thank you for taking your time to work with me.

Several times a gentleman named Charlie popped in to check on my 2 year old and help distract with popcorn while I worked on the deal. I expressed interest in a vehicle found during an online search of the website on 9/10/2018...I immediately received an email from the online liaison that promised a return call from a salesman. After 2 days I called again spoke with the online consultant & was informed that a salesman should have & will return a call. A salesman returned my call the same day, stated that he will need to speak with a manager regarding the discrepancy of the online price. I called again today was informed that the salesman I initially spoke with is out for the week, but was again promised that a manager will return a phone call. I am still awaiting a phone call from a manager.
This was first time I ever bought a car from a dealer. I told the guy I could spend 15,000. So he sold me a used kia Sorrento with 50,000 miles for 15,000. By the time I had moved through 5 different offices and was signing the paper work the car was being sold to me for 25,000. I got taken advantage of, and unfortunately learned the hard way. I should have walked out and never came back. They are your true typical car salesmen. Scandalous!

We bought a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder. For a growing family. The car dealer that we worked with was very nice and knowledgeable. We were out of there within a couple hours with a very nice family car.
I would have gave them five stars. But three months in to owning the car. My wife was having issues hearing squeaking on the rear brakes. She called the dealership and they said bring it in and we'll see what's what.
I said that it was brake dust and that was the we were hearing that squeaking. I just replaced my if I knew what sound was of when the pad is worn out.
So instead of saying our fault or we miss that on the hundred point checklist they said they do. Close to being bad let's go ahead and spend an extra $300. So the family is buying doesn't have to worry about.
Called a couple times and got the runaround from some of the management there. We got the "will call you back let us look into it." Instead of having the customer come first they Penny pinched.
I'm old school the customer always comes first. If they're asking for the world I asked him to meet me in the middle.
Instead of doing the right thing they lost two customers for life.
Tyrone Taylor was an amazing salesman and got me right in to what I wanted quickly and effortlessly. I stumbled upon Lawrence Kia and they reached out to me and took care of all the hassle that normally requires you to set in a stuffy dealership for hour just over the phone. It let me come in the next day and sign on the dotted line and be out in no time at all. They were beyond friendly and welcoming. It took me almost 3 hours to get here and I would drive it over and over again just for the incredible customer service. This is the best spot for your Kia wants and needs hands down.
