I currently work at Latitude, and have been working here for the last year. I could not be more happy going to work everyday! The work culture is great: laid back, hard working, and everyone gets a long, all at the same time. Latitude cares about it's employees, as management has recently new ways for recruiters to grow into more senior level positions. The owner and both VP's express a genuine interest in the success of everyone who works here, not only at work but in their personal lives as well. Latitude is a great place to grow your career, and a great recruiting firm that works with some genuinely professional and excellent clients! I would recommend latitude to anyone who is looking for a job, whether it be as a recruiter internally or working for one of our clients!
