My husband and I were on our way back to the Detro...

My husband and I were on our way back to the Detroit area; coming back from a family funeral in Tennessee, on Sunday July 1. Our check engine light came on in Cincinnati but we were able to make it to a rest area near Findlay when our car wouldn't go any further. We got in touch with On-Star and arranged to be towed, by Dick's Towing, to LaRiche Chevrolet Cadillac. We left our key in the overnight slot and hoped for the best. Alex, our service advisor, got in touch with us before 7:30 on Monday July 3. They prioritized our repair (variable timing valve solenoids) and finished the work before 9:30. Amazing service! My husband and I would recommend the dealership highly!

My husband was in Ohio working and was targeted by thieves. They broke out his window in his truck and stole his work tools. Not tools that his employers owned, his tools that he uses to feed our family. Kelly in Body shop and Alex in service went above and beyond to turn his week around. They fixed his truck and and restored his faith in humanity again. It was a horrible week for our family and will take us awhile to absorb the impact but their kindness went a long way towards making us feel safe again.

***STAY AWAY & DON'T USE*** My vehicle was damaged in an accident. The "at fault party's" insurance adjuster called me and mentioned that La Riche Chevrolet was a "preferred body shop & service center." So, I agreed to take my vehicle there to have it repaired. I left my vehicle with La Riche's body shop & service center. I eventually received a call from a male from the body shop. He told me what was damaged and need repaired. I told him that the windshield wiper fluid reservoir was knocked completely out of the vehicle. He laughed and said, "I didn't even notice it. I will have to go back an add that on." My car was eventually repaired. When I picked it up, they told me that my left rear tire had a bulge, there was some tread missing and there was some unrelated damage to the right front that would need repaired. I bought tires elsewhere, but I made the mistake of taking it back to La Riche. When the vehicle was picked up, it was parked in the parking lot on the south side of body shop & service center. The front was parked facing away. The vehicle was driven straight home from La Riche and parked. As I was walking away from the car, I looked back and noticed a medium sized hole in my brand new front bumper. That hole was not in the bumper when it was left my car in La Riche's custody and care. I called Kelly, who I had been dealing with about the damage to the front bumper. I was told everytime that she was not in the office and she was away from her desk. I left messages, but she never returned my calls. One time, somebody must have asked who was calling for Kelly, because I heard the male who answered the phone say, "It's a 740 number." I was going to give up, but decided to send an email to La Riche. I received a response from a Mr. Baker on 03/09/16. Mr. Baker said he would look into and get back to me. I still have NOT heard from him and that was a few days ago. DO NOT USE FOR REPAIRS!

Only fixed 1/2 the problem. The problem is very obvious and they keep saying it needs out of our pocket services like tire balance $45 which we knew wouldn't help but we did anyways. Now saying we need new tires. Call GM who also says now if it us they will pay for them because it is most likely not our problem and to take to different dealer!!!!

I order parts for my car with a recall they said they would call but never did. Part of the deal when we bought the car was fix the paint on it. 6 years later they still have not done it and we have confronted them many time about it and they said they never agreed.

Jennie was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. She was always available to answer a question during my purchase experience. She saw the entire transaction from start to finish and I appreciated that. Best of all, Jennie thanked me several times for purchasing my new Traverse with her and always had a smile on her face!

Used car department is about as dishonest as they come. I bought a BMW from them. Jerry claimed more than once how he wasn't clear on all of the options because he didn't know BMW's very well, but said if I found anything wrong they would take care of it. I contacted them two weeks later because I found two options not working and a door needed alignment. They said they would have BMW in Toledo fix the items. I get the car back 2 weeks later and find out from Yark BMW that only one issue was fixed (faulty parking assist camera) because LaRiche refused to fix the other problem (COM box outdated and SOS features not working). Then I find that they didn't even pay for what was fixed but used the warranty I had purchased for the car. I also found out that the brakes were below BMW standards, but LaRiche refused to take care of this as well. I'm sure it's because these two issues are not covered under the warranty I paid for and LaRiche wasn't going to pay for it.

Highly recommend LaRiche Chevrolet Cadillac. I have never been to a dealership that is so welcoming. Scotty and Brit were so helpful to get me and my car back on the road. Several staff members even walked by the waiting area and greeted the customers. Trust me when I say you don't get this kind of service in many places. Wish I lived here so they could be my dealership of choice. Great job to all the staff!

We had stopped at the lot for new cars and it was slightly raining. We had stopped
over the weekend and drove through on Sunday afternoon to get an idea plus had
been looking at the web site. Hunter Dillinger came out and saw us looking at the
cars and asked if he could help us. We told him we wanted to test drive the red
car. He answered our questions after test driving. Very professional customer
service. Also we were able to pick up the car later in the day after signing
all the paperwork. Hunter went over several other things before we left
later in the afternoon. (pointed out several other features) One of the main
reasons to go back to this dealership is the service. I had an Impala before
this purchase and the service availability to have it look over and checked
for the miles drove. Even meet the young woman was is in the service
dept. Casey. Overall, I had an excellent experience in obtaining this
vehicle and the sales person stated if you have any questions or concerns
please give me a call.

I used to be extremely happy with lariche. I've bought used cars and a new pickup from them. Always left happy. Now the service... It used to be great, now I can't even get a call returned for 2 mud flaps, oil change, fuel filter, air filter, and a driver's side mirror. I've called and left a voicemail and called again to leave my number so they could get right back... first call was September 23rd at 859a, second call was September 25th at 1248p. I'm done waiting, you're service department lost a loyal customer since 2011.

I found this dealership while I had a problem driving out of town and I feel they went way out of their way to accommodate my needs and take care of my vehicle. I live about 130 miles away from here but I would make the drive if at all possible just to come back to be treated as well as I have been by this dealership.

The salesperson was very helpful in the selection of this vehicle and took extra time to make us the best deal she could and to explain the great features of this car, Everyone at this dealrship was very friendly making us feel like we were new members of an extended family. It was a great experience.

(The following is the first review I posted - after I leased my first car with them): I leased a new car...and I acquired confidence. Very disappointed. I rescheduled my service so they could do more than just an oil change. They told me everything would be taken care of. My appointment was at 130pm. I got a call at 540pm saying just my oil change was done and i had to schedule yet another appointment to take care of three other things i asked to be taken care of when rescheduling my original appointment. .. very poor customer service.

A problem (would not start) with my 2014 Corvette ( that turned put to be a loose connection after I installed a new Delco 42 month battery) was handled quickly and efficiently within one day with a very minimum charge. An oil change ( I supplied the Mobil 1 5-30 and correct GM filter) for the Corvette was also accomplished during the one day while the Corvette was at LaRiche. I was very impressed with the understanding, communication, degree of knowledge and prompt effective repair by the technician and Service Manager. Thank you, dt

Thought that it was great they were opened on a Saturday when I bought my used car from the dealership, but after reading the terms of the financing they got for me (my credit score is 811) which included a high interest rate, I was disappointed. So much to the great "deal" - they will make their money from you for certain - I am sure they must have gotten a nice kickback for the bogus loan they gave me. I wasn't initially too concerned about the high interest rate, because I was planning on paying the car off sooner, but now - over a year later, I find out there is a prepayment penalty in the fine print! Watch out for this sneaky practice!

The service department is wonderful - from the people like Alex Bibler to the shop personnel, especially the shop foreman, Bill. They do a FANTASTIC job on my truck and keeping me informed and satisfied. I cannot say enough good about them. Definitely where i will buy again.

This is by far the best purchase I have ever made. After conversing with Jim, I made the 3.5-hour drive out to see the certified Silverado. This dealership is outstanding, Jim O Donnell in sales is unbelievable and the F & I manager Lois Risner is the best I ve ever seen thanks again I will definitely recommend my friends.

A month later, it was determined that one of the tires had a flat spot. I had taken my Silverado to another GM dealer (closer to home who replaced the tire and force balanced it for free)

The next morning I reached out to Jim, AMAZING! He responded right away that he would talk with the owner and get back to me. Within the hour he noted a check was on the way to reimburse me for this inconvenience. Sure it was only $200 to a company BUT the fact that they compensated me is truly outstanding.

I have shared my experiences with friends and family and will make the 3.5 hour drive the next time I am in the market!

First class people, first-class organization. They gained a customer for life!

I want to take a moment to clarify why you are see...

I want to take a moment to clarify why you are seeing so many responses from me recently. . We just relocated back to this area and our lease was coming to an end. I was super impressed (Brett) with the way things went with this transaction. That when I saw our car at delivery a 2020 Malibu.
I scheduled my 2020 Silverado for detailing when this was completed I wanted to drive it back to the dealership I got it from to show them what a vehicle should look like when it's being delivered to the customer. Then I scheduled my first oil change and tire rotation to be completed again a great experience. Although after getting it back home I notice a squeaky noise that I hadn't noticed previously while checking it out there was a small mishap where one of my running board got damaged during the test drive. Once again I praise everyone for how this got handled the damage was not noticeable from our view point and very easily could have been ignored and I would have never noticed but instead a new running board was ordered and installed, I am super impressed by the level of integrity.And if all that wasn't enough my wife got ran into a curb and slit her tire on her brand new car and again we were treated very well and promptly to get her car safely back on the road . I can honestly say if all my experiences continue to be handled this professionally and promptly you and everyone I come in touch with will know what a great place Lariche Chevrolet is to buy and service your vehicles at. I might get a few names wrong but I would really like to Thank Brett (sales) Bettsie (detailing) Trish and Chris in (service) and the young lady at the rewards desk that helped us to redeem a new rearview mirror for my wife's car so she could have her garage door openers on it.I believe you have accomplished making a customer for life. I've been having issues with the speakers in my 2013 Traverse. I asked the Lariche Service dept to diagnose the issue. They called me back and told me they needed to take the entire headliner out because of a module. I had done my own research and told the service manager there was no module up there. They insisted they needed to drop the headliner for almost $600 dollars so I told them not to do anything. I took it to another dealer who diagnosed the issue and corrected it for $200 without having to work on any 'module' in the headliner. Lariche has lost a customer for good.
