Awesome little motel, comfy beds with stores and food near by for convenience. Clean beds and bathroom with a very rustic feel. Extremely helpful managment. Grills and seating outside for cooking and gathering. Family friendly with plenty of grass and a swim area in the river. Little wood fire area for evenings. Plenty of parking. Canoe, double and single kayak, and raft rent's and transport available! AC and tons of satalite channels for rainy days or relaxing before bed.
Fun Fun Fun. Campsites available also, with or without electricity. Great amenities! Friendly staff!

Our group of riders has been enjoying this quaint little establishment for years. We always look forward to staying here for a night or two a couple of times a year. The owners, Justin and Carrie, are more like friends and family than just innkeepers. If you get down this way and need a quiet, restful night, this is the place. The deck just out back with the waterfall built by Carrie's parents is perfect for grilling (grills provided), fishing, or just a relaxing evening or two. This place would be perfect for family reunions, group motorcycle rides, or just a float trip weekend (they have rafts and kayaks at the motel).

A decent place to stay for a night or two in the area. Didn't want to camp on a float trip with friends so we stayed here. The room was clean & the bed comfortable.
Super friendly, easy to get along with. I have no idea, why there are a few negatives on here unless you are a spoiled, snot nose entitled jerk. Great experience, all the necessities.
Please look into other places to stay while in the area. The pictures look nice but this place is known for bed bugs. They will not refund you in the case that you end up with bed bug bites all over your body. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.
I love the place for work nights,it is only a 20minute walk from work, and quiet and restful most nights. Very nice person managing it! Frank
Our family has been staying there for the past 15 years, always a great place to meet up and hang out at. Nice little fishing dock, bbq grill with picnic tables. Cotton eyed Joe's just up the road (great place to eat). We did not get to stay there last year due to the floods, but hopefully this year.
Stayed with my wife for the night. We had a great time, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We plan on coming back for kayaking when the season starts back up. Highly recommended!
Stayed a few days here. The rooms are nicely decorated with super soft beds. Lots to do from fishing/swimming from the dock to lounging on the back patio and enjoying the peace and quiet.
Justin snd carrie are the best. .first time to stay here but not the last. ..
Loved this place forever, finally made it back after several years. Quaint and comfortable. Could really use coffee somewhere on premises and a decent sized trash receptacle somewhere on site if not in room. Worth staying at if you're in Noel.
If i could give it a half a star i would.. but i imagine if you are just passing through and need a place to stay for the night this would be a ok. If you like paper thin walls (like literally you can have 3 guys whispering insidewalk outside and shut the door and hear everyword they say) Barely enough water pressure to make it out of the shower head. Owners that would rather kick out 4 rooms of people that paid for a whole weekend and refuse to refund their money because a lady that stayed there one night was complaining that we were to loud for her baby to sleep aven after our group left and went to a bar and came back and moved from the dock area to the sign way out by the road. No ice machine one bag of ice per day per room with no refrigerators in the rooms. As well as being located rite across the river from a large camp ground with parties going on along the riverside so complete silence is kind of impossible. The rooms were clean A/C was cold, Beautiful deck down by the river, But thats about all of the good things i have to say about it. Wont ever be going back
They have a brick pizza oven! And one if the rooms has its own private fishing dock! Next time my husband and I come that's where we want to stay.

The views were wonderful! The staff was helpful as could be and you could there had been recent updates. It was a great place with great beds and very clean rooms. I'd certainly stay again. Take a moment to talk to the lady at the desk, very pleasant.

I have stayed at motels from NY to Florida and have never been treated like family as I was at this motel. The scenery was beautiful the people were awesome. I look forward to visiting and meeting the new owners

We had a good time and the rooms were nice but I had a weird vibe and we heard 6 or 7 other people saying that while they were cleaning stuff was taken from their room, for that reason I probably won t be returning

Very clean rooms, a.c. rocks, beautiful waterfall, Ken & family are great prople, very accommodating, they are very nice people that go the extra mile to take care of their guests. We want to try their elk river floats cabins by Ginger Blue. Always very informative and make us feel right at home. Beds are so comfy too. Darren & Lisa Moncrief
