Your hamburger buns continue to be the only choice in my home.

Since November your Betty super moist bread has been, for lack of a better word, terrible! It is course in texture and very dry. This has always been my favourite bread that I buy at the No Frills in Arnprior, but something is very wrong with it! Hope you can find the solution!

I would have left five stars up to about November. Like all the previous and recent reviews before me , I concur.
something drastically has changed for this was the best,freshest and moistest bread to something I don t even recognize anymore.
I ve tried multiple loaves since November hoping it was just a bad batch which is understandable but they are consistently bad .
I could be wrong but I believe I heard that the company sold to someone else. Whoever that someone else now is, you really should not have fixed what s wasn t broken from the consumer s end....the ones that buy the bread.
Hopefully you guys see this review and I ll be more than happy to update it if the recipe changes back .
If it s a matter of saving a few pennies per loaf, please change it back and charge us an extra $0.25 I really don t mind. Just bring back the original bread please .

Your bread now sucks big time. From best to worst. How is this possible. I now change brand. Want me back. Go back to how it was.

Enjoyed working at Lanthier bakery. Great employees, friendly and helpful. Only had medical insurance, no other at the time.

Something is gone wrong with this bakery. They used to have good bread, moist and great for sandwiches. They charge a lot more than other breads but I didn't mind, it was worth it. However, the past few weeks this bread has gone from one of the best to the worst bread you can buy. It's dry, and tastes terrible. Lanthier should be ashamed of themselves for labelling this bread as Super Moist, in reality it is SUPER DRY. With the prices they charge they should be ashamed of themselves.
HORRIBLE BREAD.

I have been buying Betty bread for years. I would even buy it to bring to Sudbury but not any more. I've called the company many times to talk to customer service but no call back and couldn't even get a hold of anyone. It use to be the best amazing bread but the taste the freshness and even the color has changed . If you're changing the recipe for your bread change the name. False advertising.

Bought 2 loafs recently...both dried out. This bread is pretty disgusting now. I ate Betty bread for years and now over the past year it is absolutely the most disgusting bread I've ever had. If you have the old recipe, I'll take it.

I'm from Winnipeg, good thing we have sliced and mini brioche here. The taste and texture was really good. My family and friends loved it too. It's like "MONAY" in the Philippines. lol
