Place as kinda difficult to find because it is in the middle of shops, more signs from the beach area or main road (Brisbane road) leading to the hotel would make it easier to find

It was clean, the staff were friendly & the location was just perfect!

Had a great stay for several nights here. Concierge were friendly and helpful on arrival. The room was clean and tidy. My experience overall was very pleasant. Would definitely return.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was fantastic, we had the 2 bed rooftop with private spa (room 10136) overlooking the beach. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you needed for your stay, sure their may have been a few minor imperfections but nothing to piss and moan about that would spoil your stay there. All the staff on reception were absolutely wonderful and helpful, we even got early check in, big thank you to Brett also to the maintenance guy and the lovely cleaning lady who were also very helpful. You are surrounded by shops and restaurants and public transport and the beach what more could you want, I will give the Landmark a 10/5 Thanks guys see you next time.

Great apartment with large balcony opposite the beach. Friendly reception. Highly recommended.

Rooms are a little dated now, but it is in a great spot in the middle of Mooloolaba, rooftop spa and faux landscaped pool are neat extras

Best ever beds, so comfortable, great place to stay right in the heart of Mooloolaba with beautiful ocean views. Very quiet rooms and the staff are so delightful and helpful. We manage a motel ourselves and this is our go to resort every four weeks, couldn't be happier.

Have stayed at Landmark a few times now. Always friendly staff and rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is 2nd to none, walking distance to everything you need.

One particular reception staff member was incredibly rude to several of our guests on multiple occasions. Rooms are dated and dirty. Found several cockroaches.. never again.

Service was fantastic. Location was brilliant. Gym was good for a resort gym. The rooms were fantastic as well.

Great location!! 1-2min walk to beach, 1min to restaurants & shops. Tidy, clean and comfortable appartment with all you need. Would definately stay again.

These units have one of the best locations in Mooloolaba right on the esplanade. The units are very well appointed with comfy beds, living area with a couch, and a kitchen. If you're lucky enough to be on the coastal side you'll get a fantastic view. There's a great pool for families and a rooftop BBQ area with a hot tub. This is my third visit, and will be back for more!

Hotel is particularly well positioned. Staff were courteous. Building is aged, but has been renovated with time

Top place for holiday or a get away for the weekend. Great views over the water. Great food places just outside.

Good facilities and value for money. The location is amazing with many eateries, bars and restaurants right outside the front door. The beach, playground and bbq area is just across the road. There is WiFi available in rooms via a 3rd party at a cost. There is free secure car parking included. Become a Gold member for free and book using the resorts own website for discounted room prices.

Great Location, rooms are good, aircond is ok but not great, and there is no wifi in the rooms. Good 4G coverage for Telstra and Optus in the rooms. Pool is pretty good, nice temp for the kids. Place is well maintained and overall very good really.

This is my favourite place to stay in Mooloolaba. For singles or couples, choose the Ocean View Superior Suite. Directly across the road from the beach and Surf Club. Close to all shops, cafes, bars & restaurants. Very friendly, helpful & welcoming staff. Book directly and save.

We have enjoyed our stay here. Our room was just as advertised, a small studio with a sea glimpse. The bed is super comfy. Great location, right in the action with heaps of restaurants walking distance.

Great location but hotel itself is a bit disappointing couldn't take my clothes out of suitcase room was very damp everything felt wet and they even charge u for toliet roll it's like saying come stay at my house but bring ur own toilet roll lol

Fairly simple rooms and decor, but has everything you need and is comfortable. We had a balcony looking out onto the town & river. What makes this place great is it's location, it's literally in the heart of all the shops and is a 30 second walk down to the beach. Highly recommend as it's a great location for a good price. The pool is also pretty sweet and it has a gym with enough for a holiday.
