Excellent customer service!! Definitely recommend this company.

The worst ever company we dealt with.. Just avoid! Case logged early January this year and until now 14th of June nothing seems to be moving (non fault car accident), no matter how you chase them ..no customer service at all ! they will push you to what suits them better, if it doesn't suit you as a client -they wont be bothered and your case will be soooo delayed..They will keep sending you to numerous medical appointments with no further updates just bla bla bla .. They wont even send you the copy of you files in accordance with data access regulation. This company needs a proper complain to Solicitors Regulation Authority if smb can afford spending more time on them. If we could opt out , we would have done this long time ago, but we can't simply because they will impose fees for doing nothing and loosing your time. Will never ever use this company again , will never recommend them to anyone else, waste of time , money , disgusting attitude ! just AVOID

I have had a very pleasant experience with this company they were very pleasant and professional, throughout the whole procedure I would recommend and use them again should the need arise.

Last october i had an accident at work with resulted in an archilles tendon surgery. My workplace and insurance avoided paying me my contracted salary, not trying to sue for damages just my basic salary while i rehabilited my leg. Lance solicitors made sure i got my money after little delay, my file handler Allison was really transparent with the process, fighting on my behalf while educating me about the medical, legal process so i know my rights moving forward.

If you don t want the stress of being lied to and led to believe when you will receive money to then be told you have to wait another week go some where else once your solicitor has delt with ya case you will be passsed on to there finance department where josh can be unprofessional and obstructed he even had to keep going off as he hadnt even got the correct pay out figures and was so so rude well i am going to retrieve all recording of our phone call Lizzie McGuire and take this as far as I can so the moral of the story here use another firm stressed out today is an understatement funny thing is this I m a single mum disabled get my pip next week so I m not in need like I am right now was so pleased last week to here it would be in my account this week to now be told be in the same day as my pip is no help to me like you led me to believe jokers BE WARNED

This is the worst solicitors ever. They lie and lead you to believe that they are capable enough to get the rightful compensation you deserve. Provide you with false hope to gain your trust, only to take the absolute mick. Their disgusting lack of communication which left me in the dark for months , and blatant disregard for clients is something of which no company should have.
