I keep calling Yana a magician because I don't know what she does or how she does it but she has been making miracles happen with my 10 month old daughter in the short time we have been seeing her. She is so incredibly knowledgable about infant and child movement & development. She also has an incredible way of getting babies and children to trust and work with her to achieve maximum results in the most gentle way possible. I wish we had found her months ago but am so grateful to be working with her now!

My son was one of Yana Kofman's first private yoga clients when the center opened over 10 years ago. Over the years, she has worked with him to achieve so many goals - improved coordination, balance, strength, confidence, focus - the list is endless. The fact that she and many on her team are licensed PT's and OT's provides them with the unique skills and insights to modify his experience so that he achieves all the benefits of yoga but in a safe, controlled and blissfully enjoyable environment for him. It has such a profound effect on him during his sessions that we often see a notable calming effect in his mood and demeanor in the hours following his session as well. It has transformed him in so many ways and we are proud to say that he is now confident, independent and capable enough to participate in group classes at the studio and is thriving. We are forever grateful to Yana and her team for their tireless dedication to our son. Namaste dear Yana.

Very good, the instructors are very good with my daughter. She really enjoys coming here to do yoga.
