I would not recommend speed medical if they call that speed medical I wonder what s there slow like

Awful nobody even spoke english fluently just pidgin english!
DO NOT USE

Speed medical : 5 months down the line and not a medical report in sight.
No physio arranged, unproffessional specialist gave a level 1 out of 10 examination, didn't request my medical records and didn't write the report he was paid to by my solicitor.
If you want to be treated like an absolute joke, contact them and risk not healing your injury at the same time.

Very professional and accommodating with appointments, treatment was very excellent. All in all would would use again for any physio problems.

I have been struggling with this company too. I was sent to see a so called "expert" at the start of my claim to which there was a lady (receptionist) helping people fill out their forms and basically telling them what to write to make it worse! Alarm bells rang! I saw the so called expert after refusing any help from the very helpful receptionist to which I was in an out in 5 mins with the advice of 6 months of physio to fix all my problems! Now unless this expert had x ray vision, I would love to know how he knew what was going on under my skin. It was only after the 6 months, and still in massive amounts of pain I decided to see a highly recommended expert at the Holly House Hospital. It was discovered that after a request for an MRI, I had fractured my collar bone! I required a small minor operation, further physio treatment and moving forward maybe key hole surgery. All of my findings and experiences with speed medical and their expert were reported to my insurance company, solicitor and speed medical - to which speed medical just ignored me and done nothing. They also request ALL of your medical history from your GP (why do they need to know about when you broke your little toe when you was 10 when your claim is 20 years ahead of that?) also I can not find anything on their site about the data protection they use or how they safe guard or use your information you provide to them - More alarm bells. This company is very worrying. Use if you only have to, be careful what you give them (information wise).

Solicitors referred my claim to Speed Medical on a tuesday, received confirmation of an appointment with a specialist by Friday. Friendly staff on the telephone. They have made this whole ordeal a little less painful. Thank you

My experience was terrible, I would never recommend this practice, not only did I receive the worst treatment, which was 2 electoral pass just thrown on me for 6 weeks, I then received a chiropractic adjustments which has left me in pain for months afterwards.

The appointment was fine once I found the location. The only problem was that the address that I had been provided with contained only a street name, town and post code, with no building name or street number. Therefore, I had no idea which building on the street I was supposed to go to. I tried phoning and emailing speed medical but did not get a response. I had to guess which building on the street I was supposed to go to, which turned out to be a Premier Inn.

I have had a very positive experience with Speed Medical, very efficient, helpful, professional. Arranged appointments straight away.

A company that is supposed to help you post a car accident and yet you receive no follow up calls, poorly communicated to no emails, and you end up chasing them, only for them to close your account. Not helpful at all.

Poorest company I have ever worked with.
Don't know what they're doing. Typical call centre staff rude and ignorant.
Be warned you will struggle with this company.

Absolutely shocking. The consultant is the least compassionate health care professional I ve come across. He made me feel I was an inconvenience, would not give me eye contact and was only interested in yes no answers. He saw me for 5 minutes and that s being generous and I certainly was not examined properly

I am disabled wheelchair user their had steps out side but no ramp in place are any sort off disabled access to the building

This company is writing fake medical reports. Dodgy company, someone tries to fake an accident and 3 months after the so called accident, we have a letter from carpenter s solicitors, that claimant never attended medical, and year after they try to claim from us. And after year this solicitors carpenter s send us a letter that month after the so called accident the claimant attended medical at this company. But also a strange thing is, that medical letter has 3 dates, one after 2 months and other after 3 months on the same report. I m in court now and hopefully justice will be served to the claimant that tries to claim from us, and hopefully this company will pay for their dodgy medical report. Period.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would!. Truly awful company to deal with. They don't return calls but more to the point they don't pay their invoices on time. We've been waiting for payment of an invoice since August last year despite sending them all the documentation.

So far Speed Medical has been excellent in arranging appointments for examinations and treatment. When ever I have needed to contact this service their response has been first class and very understanding.

Really slow company, they might as well be called snail medical. I was forsed to work with them as part of my insurance claim. The earliest appointment they could book me was in 7weeks time. And on top of that my contact with them was so rude with me. I'm so disappointed!

Physio and MRI's arranged in a good timeframe, letters sent to me. Professionals helpful and supportive. Provided solid advice.

Very poor to work for. They have an outstanding bill from over 110 days ago and despite chasing multiple times they do not answer or reply to emails.

Painful experience! I never want to deal with these people ever again! I got treated like a third rate citizen and for the privilege of contacting them - They use a premium rate 0844 number you'll get charged 45p per minute (Three network).

Speed Medical have dealt with us after our accident in the most caring way, arranging everything from the day it happened. We can t thank you enough

I hope no one uses them as the company is a sham. It doesn t pay its employees on time neither the Physiotherapist who are a part of the network

The doctor was not good at diagnosing my symptoms..

Horrendous company to accept any patients from. Never pay their invoices on time, never respond to any emails and constantly have to chase to get paid. Would not recommend anyone practitioner take on any patients from them.

Still awaiting a report that is relevant to the accident hopefully my experience changes

After a car accident I had a really good physio arranged by Speed, after a copy & paste report from the Doctor my physio was cancelled. I challenged the decision and won but was sent to a different physiotherapist, not as good as the original. I am still suffering back, shoulder and neck pain. The physio suggest extra sessions, this was in October........ we are now end of January and not heard a peep. Not very speedy.

Pretty poor service to be honest,, my claim got moved to another department which i wasnt informed about i had to contact them myself and still havent heard anything back. Its like they do everything for you at the start to get you onboard then you get lost in the system. Thanks for nothing speed medical

Spam calls - incredibly annoying.

Sent an email, nothing was actioned.
I don't even have a solicitor so that much was a lie.
Got their number blocked and problem solved.

Speed medical 'is this ironic' still waiting. Passed from pillar to post lied to and still nothing. Utterly useless

Dr.Lincoln Simmonds was the most encouraging and kind man l could have wished for, he was very patient and did a lot to help me get over the repercussions of the car accident.

10 out of ten for efficiency. Pity the nhs isnt the same.

As name mentioned SPEED - very fast service. all customer service agents are kind & prompt. Really appreciated speed medical's assistant while I were recovery stage.

Apart from showing minimal concern for sending my information to a nearby house with same postcode they also engage specialists who are rude, indifferent and slow to complete their reports. Very unimpressed and wonder how they come to use their company name which misrepresents what they achieve. I asked my solicitor to use a different organisation but it was too late and would have slowed the process down even further. Hopefully my experience is out of the ordinary but I don t have any confidence it is

Good communications, however the venue was poor and the appt was rushed because the Doctor was over running. Subsequent report detailed injury on wrong side of my body. I gave this feedback to the company directly via the survey I was sent.

Never paid my invoice after HOURS of work and chasing! Unbelievably rude and demanding to get the work completed, constant phone calls and letters even after the reports were completed! Steer well clear!

Got seen straight away and in contact every step of the way, got me my treatment sorted that was needed and I had a good experience

Shocking "doctor" who performed medical review after accident. Got date of accident wrong, kept calling me by incorrect name, didnt listen to a word I said and was answering questions for me. Have complained to insurance but wont do anything about it. Report came back and suprise suprise after me saying he didnt listen it's completely wrong! Not even the correct part of my body! now stuck battling with insurance as his word is gospel even though it cannot be further from the truth. Absolutely shocking.

'Speed Medical' ironic name given how god awful slow they are.

Very efficient customer service, pleasant attitude. Physiotherapy sessions helped enormously with whiplash injury.

I work for my father, a doctor who has done many reports for them and despite chasing they never pay his bills. An absolutely awful company - do not do any work for them. They are a disgrace

Had a voicemail from them, which by the sounds of it, was spoken by a retard through a sock so couldn't understand a word.

From a supplier's point of view Speed Medical are very much on the ball when it comes to getting reports in on time, and providing whatever help is necessary - advice or documentation - to allow us to do so. Our contact - Diane Beesley - is delightful to deal with - with a sunny and cheerful disposition, and a positive, can-do attitude. A pleasure to deal with! :)

Service ok, strange to turn upto a room full of people like a conveyabelt being seen by the Doctor.

Lack of patient confidentiality, names being called out in full with surname.

Still waiting for the outcome of the medical I had done on the 23thd of November not heard a thing from you so I don't call it speed medical.

I did not have a good experience with Speed Medical. Others may be luckier.

Shocking company, have made my son attend THREE appointments each time they had they had no record of the last. we have filled in and signed the forms twice and sent them in yet they apparently still don't have them. They have now taken to calling me daily to tell me the same information as the day before (They are still waiting for the forms to be returns and we need to bring him in for a medical appointment) We have told them that this has now gone on for 3 years and we can't be bothered anymore so please leave us alone, the car crash is a distant memory and my son is now fine, we don't want any compensation as it's not worth the hassle pf dealing with this company.

I have worked as a medical expert in partnership with Speed medical since 2007. Very efficient MRO , friendly staff and credit to Diane Beesley who fostered a positive relationship with the experts. No doubt, this has had a huge impact on the process of turning around reports. Well done Diane and keep up the good work.

Speedy medical sorted my medical assessment, which granted was about 2 months post injury/accident. But was very professional and efficient. Highly recommended

Waited 6month for my medical report to come through. When it arrived it had several mistakes in and now waited 2more months to get it sorted!!!!!! do not use these Muppet's

I'm not to happy with the service I had. I explained my accident was 3 months previous to my examination and I wasn't in to much pain anymore, I also explained I could move a lot better than I had before. The examiner asked me to take my top of, I explained I felt uncomfortable with this because I don't see the need. The physio therapist kept sniggering and shaking his head as I spoke. If I had to attend again I would take my husband with me because of how uneasy I felt
