Worst company ever do not use anyway false information they give, no help and say they are half and half a no win no fee company, fraudulent people

My wife and I were both involved in an accident recently and obtained help from Lance Mason Solicitors, we where both happy and thankful for the prompt settlement and the quick conclusion to this this matter and help towards our medical treatment and would recommend them to anyone in the same situation,

Lance Mason have been very thorough throughout my claim. Always available to talk with and correspondence was on point. I had a few bad moments and Tara was very empathetic and gave some advice and encouragement. They are a very professional team and I would definitley recommend them.

there is no way i would ever recommend anyone to this company, wether you are a reffere or a client!! no customer service and they will just send you for a medical and later on tell you your case is not good enough! they deduct more than 35% AND not send your cheques for months!!!! i would rather not claim than go through with this company! ahmed, lauren and sohail would lie to you time after time

Ridwan dealt with my personal injury claim professionally and sensitively (was going through a bereavement). He conducted the claim in a timely manner and was always polite and approachable. The service I received was amazing and the outcome of my claim was beyond my expectations.

This is the worst solicitors ever. They lie and lead you to believe that they are capable enough to get the rightful compensation you deserve. Provide you with false hope to gain your trust, only to take the absolute mick. Their disgusting lack of communication which left me in the dark for months , and blatant disregard for clients is something of which no company should have. Very good Soliciter company to go with to pursue your claim they re very well managed and I highly recommend. Only flaw is that they charge 25% of your commission and also give to your insurance which is abit of a pain but apart from that it was handled well.

Initially had a awful claims handler who was difficult to communicate and deal with. he used all the legal jargon and lost me completely at times. Then was generally not a nice person to have to communicate with.
since then Rachel and John Konczak have been dealing with my case and what a difference. much better understanding of what happening and they were clear and patient with me. just goes to show that its the PEOPLE in your organization that make the difference between a good reputation and a bad one. Lance Mason have dealt with me very professionally and not wasted any time with anything. I've not been kept in the unknown about anything and had every bit of information I needed given to me so I would highly recommend. I was dealt with by Umera Bangi who was very clear with what was going to happen and extremely helpful with my claim, Umera made everything easy for me so I didn't have any technical stuff to worry about.

In May this year, i was involved in a serious accident which wasn't my fault. To compound matters; the driver did not have a licence and was therefore uninsured. I contacted Lance Mason Solicitors on the recommendation of a friend who used them recently for his road traffic accident claim.
From the moment i spoke with their representative (Who I believe is called Tara) I felt reassured and in very good hands. My claim was then forwarded to an individual called Lukhman, in the past when i have dealt with lawyers and matters get 'handed over' it has always (and i mean always) resulted in a information being lost in the chain and a loss of communication. I can honestly say that this wasn't the case with Lance Mason Solicitors. At every stage of the claim, i was notified accordingly and all my queries were dealt with the upmost professionalism.

The real icing on the cake was they got me the maximum amount for my injuries, no charges were hidden and everything from my settlement to the charges was 100% transparent.

I cannot recommend them enough! In an industry where everyone is pushing to take on your claim, promising the world and delivering very little the clear choice is Lance Mason Solicitors. I would like to personally thank Tara, Lukhman and Andrea who did everything they could to fight my corner: I am 100% satisfied with my outcome. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

A good overall experience. The organisation stays in touch with you regularly and answered anything I was unsure of, following a car accident I recently had. One mark off for delays in having mistakes within the medical report rectified but this could potentially have had more to do with the medical services provided by a third party.

Alima is a great asset to the team. She is professional, polite and very helpful. Hardworking and committed.
