First time i have had to use a solicitor, and i found Lance Mason, to be very prompt and efficient, very polite and easy to talk to. My only concern that i found frustrating was that i received emails and calls from different people, i would have preferred someone to be allocated to me and just deal with that one person, but other than that, they were all great. Thank you.
