Wonderful place to stay with swimming pool, all sport facilities

Nice budget friendly place to stay for BUSINESS TRAVELLERS. Besides NESCO. And 30 mins from airport

We have been here twice in the last 14 months, which says a lot about Lalco Residency.
Our stay on both occasions has been quite comfortable, the rooms are well maintained; even in these difficult times Lalco has managed to stay on top by providing hand sanitisers at every touch point, the responsible staff insist on the wearing of masks and the house keeping staff do their best too.
The whole staff from the front desk and those tasked with the security are very courteous and helpful at all times.

Coming to the next important necessity of a hospitality business is food.
All food gets delivered to the room.
Lalco cafe serves very good food in terms of taste, freshness and variety. Breakfast is included and yet there is a variety on a day to day basis. My favourite was the stuffed parathas - soft but not rubbery, made out of quality wheat flour and the stuffing done to perfection. Kudos to the Chefs. The efforts of the entire team in the Kitchen go to making this an experience to remember and of course to be recommended to others as well.

I had booked an apartment at Lalco Residency for my guests in September 2020. It was a wonderful stay for them. The entire apartment was very clean and tidy. All the amenities within the apartment was in excellent condition which includes TVs, refrigerator, ACs, water heater, washing machine. Rooms were spacious. Service staff were friendly. Food and beverages I would say were very costly so I avoided it. You can order food online or buy from outside. Rates were at a bit higher side but I won't complain about that since the apartment was of a top notch. I would definitely recommend it for families, instead of taking 2 or 3 rooms in a hotel go for this apartment. It is even close to Mumbai International Airport.

Situated in Kalpattru Estate, one of the bettet societies around Andheri with 3BHK apartments available on each floor. The food is really good and the Lalco offers good amenities like Club House, Gym, Swimming Pool, Badminton, Pool, Table tennis.

Amazing and friendly service with good drivers as well. The breakfast also tastes good and the rooms are fully furnished and they have everything we need. It is also in a good location.

Very good place to stay. Service need to improve as I requested several times to clear after dinner ,but no actions even after assurance.
Want to add another instance of poor service. Yesterday their executive met me & assured to take care of service improvements. Requested him for a fruit platter packing during my early checkout at 6am which he assured & I called twice yesterday to check knowing their service. While checkout @6am found nothing ready except front office have information. Requested me to wait & they will provide the parcel. After 8 minute fruits came in a plate & not in parcel. So there is a gap in execution in service which mgmnt must plug in to uphold the nice stay experience.

As a regular visitor, I couldn't visit this hotel last year. Within these two years, there where lot of changes. But those are something bad. Lalco was really a higher end stay hotel. But this time some minor problems that made me reducing the stars. Like bad door handles, no glasses to drink water, no hot water is coming from water dispenser. Everything you get only if you asks. Felt like, these all are common things, y the management didn't care about it. Anyway stay was superb as always, and the neatness was good. Breakfast, again this time not made upto the mark.

Best place to stay in Mumbai. Very clean appartments, good service , great breakfasts & very cooperative staff. Would love stay here again & recommend others as well.
